Make sure you get a second quote from another company! Williams uses high pressure scare tactics to pressure you into buying services from them. I saved 80% by calling another company. Williams Heating and Air are SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Williams Comfort Air for me today. The lady who answered the phone this morning around 7:30 was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and reassuring. I m sorry that I don t know her name because I would like to thank her publicly for her help. And the technician that came to my house today was outstanding. His name is Michael M., and I d request him if I could for any future service calls. I like to know how things work and why things sometimes don t work, and Mike took the time to show me exactly what he was testing, cleaning, and installing as he worked. I can t imagine a more professional or knowledgeable service specialist. Heating and air conditioning issues can be technical and expensive, but in the end it s the people working for the company that make the difference. With people like these working for them, I m confident in the service provided by Williams Comfort Air.

I m assuming that this place is Williams comfort air and Mr. plumbing, it wasn t made totally clear. I did not have the best experience at all when calling in for help, and by the way it was an emergency. I spent my first 10 minutes on the phone describing my issue and providing my information with a staff member. After that I was told that I would be transferred to a technician. I sat on the phone and listened to holding music for about another three or four minutes and then another woman got on the phone. This woman had none of my information, and had no idea why I was transferred to her. I gave her my name and address in hopes that she would be able To pull my information back up and send me over to the technician that I was told that I was being sent to. Well, that didn t work and I had to explain everything again. Once getting toward the ending of the explanation and answering all of the same questions that I just answered 20 or so minutes ago we got to the last question again and that question was, ..do you rent or own the home? I again told them that I rent but as a part of the lease I am responsible for this. And then after close to 25 minutes of talking and holding time she says, ..oh well there s nothing that we can do if your renting.
So I m sitting here with a toilet that s running down into the basement and I just wasted another 25 minutes. DAMN SHAME! And furthermore I don t know what business this place is?? Is this place Williams Comfort Air or is it Mr. Plumber??? With that confusion coupled with horribly-terrible customer service it really doesn t matter what their name is because they won t be getting a dime of my money or anyone else s that I know for that matter. And if you re in an emergency situation don t call these people because You could be swimming in sewage before they give you a yes or no.

04/14/2020 My father-in-law recently passed due to COVID-19. It has been over 14 days since he and my mother-in-law have been in the house. We have cleaned and disinfected the house and followed all guidelines from doctors about letting house sit. I drove to the house from out of town to get the house ready for my mother in law to come home. In the process, we found that we were locked out of the thermostat and furnace was not igniting. We called William's Comfort Air, they sent one of their technicians, Skyler. He called 30 minutes out just like they said, he arrived and put covers over his shoes. Skyler was very professional, explained things, talked us through things, and fixed the issue. We cannot thank you enough Skyler with Williams Comfort Air!!!! Highly recommend this company!

Arrived on time, fixed my problem for the quoted price and it was cheaper than most places. I needed a sink unclogged and it was done for the advertised $93.
Zac was very professional. He explained all that he was to do before starting. He gave a summary of what was done after finishing. I liked that he thoroughly cleaned the outside A/C unit.
Techs were very professional and polite.
Very punctual. And when faced with an unexpected complication handled it very professionally and without complaint. If i need service on my HVAC system in the future. I would love to have these gentlemen back again.
This was one of the best experiences I ve had with a technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested it could be taken care of by warranty from a different company. His honesty was appreciated, and we will start using this company now. :-)
Talking on the phone the whole time, personal phone call. And broke the drain that drains condensation from the furnace. Told me to get a $200 leak detention instead.
My salesman Jay was great. He was very helpful. Both of the technicians who came and installed our HVAC system were very fast and did an awesome job. We are very pleased with the service.

Tech was very professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and fixed a systemic issue I was having with it. Also was good about using all the right test equipment to ensure my HVAC system was functioning properly after we discovered an issue with our Nest thermostat.
I had the BEST experience with my tech yesterday, he was kind, and very helpful in giving me all options to take care of my issue. He gave me the real life scenario as in if this were my home, I would do this. He was very clear in his explanations, and took the time to explain everything to another family member, after he went through it all with me. He made me laugh too, which when you are faced with some big decisions and possible financial responsibility for a large fix, I needed the lightness of the convo he provided with laughter. Thanks for all you guys do!!!! Customer for life :)
The technicians I had were nice but they kept trying to sell me stuff extra even though I said no. Also I had one tech on Friday to do my air ducts and when he switched out my filter and replaced it with a new one, which I had bought and was still in its wrapping, he jammed it in there. Didn't find this out until Monday when another one of their techs came out to do a tune up on the furnace. Funny thing is I told the person on the phone my ac unit was the one that needed a tune up. I quit. This will be the last time I use you guys. I won't recommend you to any of my friends.
The technician was very friendly ,did his job well and explained everything to me. I was very pleased with my service.
Tune up advertised $53 try to charge me $93 minimum diagnostic fee plus repair and I know it just needed the gas heat sensor cleaned. To bad I let them install my ac. I m going to use Action Air as they are the only ones honoring their prices. I called 15 different places and only one honors their advertised price.
Update Action air honored their no truck fee. They were professional and able to quickly fix the problem in a timely manner.
Ive always had good experiences with Williams Comfort Air and its subsidiary Mr. Plumber. They are a bit pricey without the service agreement, but every business seems to operate this way now. All of the representatives have been prompt an courteous, and the work has been quality. Id definitely recommend their suite of companies if you are looking for services.

Called a service tech out for routine maintenance on our HVAC and had a rather unpleasant experience.
Marv first informed us the filter needed replacement and he had one on the truck in our size. Hmmm, I just replaced the filter two weeks ago, I think we're good with that, Marv.
Was also offered something called 'gel tabs' and of course the extended service agreement. Marv told us the humidifier needed replacement, and they happened to have a special going on! We'll pass on that too, thanks.
Marv told us the condenser (outdoor part) needed cleaning. Hey, that's what we're paying you for - let me show you where the hose is.
Don't think we'll be calling WCA again for service.

Williams Comfort makes dealing with our heat and air a breeze. (Pun intended) Kyle serviced both our AC and Heating unit today and was both professional and friendly.

My experience with Williams is that they try to upsell you to buy a new unit and their prices are very steep. I would check around before I would purchase anything from them. I saved more then 1,400 dollars using another service and received a new air conditioner. The technician who came out was actually decent but the people giving the estimate you can tell are on a commission and if they are not they act like it. Get a second opinion from locally owned place and not a franchise. Look in the phone book and make your calls and you can save money, because they are expensive.

Our 'new' Infinity system experienced a problem and notified Williams Comfort Air before we even knew we had a problem. They contacted us and immediately dispatched Mr. Copeland to resolve the issue. He contacted us prior to his arrival and was knwledgeable, efficient and professional. He not only fixed the problem, he performed the annual maintenance that was scheduled for a later date. He explained what happened and what he did to fix the problem. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase from and use Williams Comfort Air for our Heating and Cooling needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Williams Comfort Air to my friends and neighbors. They do what they say they will do and then stand behind it. That says a lot to me.
After purchased a new furnace and a/c for our new home, we received a free plumbing inspection! Plumbing Tech was on-time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all our questions and inspected everything!! Would recommend Williams Comfort and Mr. Plumber.

I have had three different plumbers from you company in last month. They all tried to diagnose the problem and the third plumber today finally explained it. He read the notes of the last two visits and realized that one plumber reported he did nothing. Today's plumber realized I shouldn't have been charged for that visit as I had maintenance agreement. He took the time to contact the office. He really followed thru and and was able to satisfy my question. He restored my faith in Mr Plumber. Also, the woman I spoke to this am to make appt really t ok the time to understand my problem and find the right type of plumber to send. Thank you for having such competent employees.

Very satisfied with my new hvac! I love all the updates Williams Comfort Air gives you when your technicians are on their way and when appointments are scheduled. All 3 of my appointments called when on their way and always very friendly. The technicians were here all day but you wouldn t be able to tell. They are very clean and picked up after themselves. As for the hvac, my house is already so much warmer and comfortable. I love it!

The people that came out to do our new air conditioning installation were very professional and dedicated to excellence. They pointed out errors that were pre existing from the old unit that was put in before we bought the house. They took the time to ensure everything was j stalled correctly and were very pleasant to interact with.

My A/C went out after hours on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend so I called Williams Comfort Air to come take a look. Dispatcher staff was very friendly. The on-call technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to easily identify the issue and walk me through the options to fix it. He got it all taken care of in no time! The service call fee was also reasonable for it being the time of day it was. Overall, highly recommended!
Williams HVAC does a very good job at routine maintenance. There service man Kyle is amazing, he takes the time to do the job the right way. We have never had such a complete routine service. Would recommend Williams and Kyle.

I had a full hvac system installed today. Darvelle and Dave were awesome installers who gave their full expertise to every minute detail of not only the new units installed but all of the connecting ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas pipes, drainage and electrical. As a property manager I know that often times the origin of a failed unit begins in these overlooked places. One of my fears about oyher companies was their lack of attention to these details in their sales estimates. Jay in sales was a pleasure to work with-very responsive, efficient and ready to help make it possible for me to choose Williams over the other 3 competitors I also brought out for estimates.
Technician failed to show during scheduled appointment window
Spencer from William's Comfort Air was here just for a tune up on our a/c unit and furnace and we were very pleased with the services he performed. He cleaned and tested everything to ensure everything was in tiptop shape and even answered my questions, which Im sure he hears all the time, "Should I cover my a/c unit during the winter, how often should I have my vents cleaned, yadda yadda yadda." He was very professional and courteous to even put on shoe covers everytime he entered my house. Took his time with everything and gave me peace of mind regarding my units. Also mentioned what could be potential problems going down the road and what it would cost. Capacitor is good, but should be replaced possibly next year. Ignitor is good but sees it probably should be replaced next year as well. The usual stuff from "wear and tear". Needless to say, when a problem should arise from the a/c or furnace, I will not hesitate to call William's Comfort Air again to come out and repair it.
We've always had good service with them. Frank is our regular technician, I request him each time because he's very professional and knowledgeable. I feel like he's always honest with me, never trying to upsell me on anything I don't need. Would definitely recommend.
