Evan did a great job on the install of my new furnace and AC. I asked a ton of questions and he answered every one of them. He gave me pointers about PVC and gas lines. Also, he spent a little extra time making sure he didn't cut corners when installing the exhaust vent for the furnace. I can't comment about other employees that other reviewers might have had problems with, but if Evan comes to install your furnace and AC, you are in good hands.

We had a toilet overflow in our basement so we called Mr. Plumber. John came out and was able to get the line clear enough for the toilet not to overflow, but pulled out tree roots so Chad came out with a camera to inspect and confirmed tree roots present and the clay tile had colapsed-home built in 1977. Several guys showed up within a few days and replaced the line. Everyone was extremley courteous and efficient. They were cautious of the mud on their boots too so when entering our home they wore booties! I was especially grateful for that! We have had no issues since and will call Mr. Plumber if needed in the future!! Thanks guys for all your hard work!

We received our first snow storm the morning my service was scheduled and Andrew the technician got here before I could clear my drive. I have a very long and steep and not very easy to walk up even without snow, Andrew could have very easily said let s reschedule but instead he walked up to the house and even had to make a couple trips back down to his truck. He spent the time needed to diagnose the issue and figured out what was going on. Thanks

Chris was the service technician that came out and did the diagnostics and repair of my defective part. He was very well versed in service and knowledge of the furnace parts. He explained what was wrong and made appropriate suggestions. I feel that I was given information which helped make the repairs.

I use Williams Comfort Air /Mr Plummer for ALL my HVAC and plumbing needs. They are always efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been a maintenance customer for a number of years and can t see myself ever using anyone else.
I enjoyed meeting Seth. I asked if he minded if I watched everything he was doing to satisfy my curiosity & feel comfortable with the way things were being done. He said not only didn't he mind, but encouraged me to be there & ask questions. I came away with not only a better understanding of what was done but why it was necessary. I was impressed with Seth's knowledge & how thorough the furnace check-up was. I plan on using Williams again when it's time for another service call.
Everyone I spoke to or came out to the house was very friendly, but William's just wants to sell units rather than repair them. I was told there were 2 leaks in the system and that it would cost thousands of dollars to repair them (basically the same cost of a brand new unit). However, I was directed by a family member to reach out to an independent contractor in Kokomo. He came down one evening and actually pressure tested the system to find the leak, which William's didn't do. He was able to fix the leak and refill our unit with refrigerant for a fraction of the price. I'm really disappointed with William's and will not be contacting them in the future.
Note: the leak the independent contractor found was not where William's claimed it would be either.
I had them install a furnace since they claimed mine was going bad, it was about 15 years old, so I believed them and had the unit replaced for $2,600. A couple months later I get a phone call saying they need to setup a "free" AC tuneup, I tell them I don't want the service, but they insist so I agree since it is supposedly free. The tech comes out and starts putting a thermometer into my ducts poking holes it in in the process, these never get patched. Five minutes later he claims my AC unit, which has been working perfectly up until this point, has a freon leak and will cost $1,200-3,700 to fix. This is more than a coincidence as AC units do not form leaks the day a tech happens to come out when they have been working perfectly before hand. Also informs me that I have to pay him $74 to come out, when I didn't ask for him to come out the company sent him to my home after I told them I didn't want them to come out.
I have no actual proof, other than my father who has worked on HVAC equipment for 30+ years telling me these things don't just happen. I would recommend staying away from a company with shady practices like breaking customers equipment then claiming it is bad and trying to charge them thousands of dollars to fix what they broke.
We just had Williams Comfort Air out for a duct cleaning in our new home as things were very dusty and we felt as though the air quality was poor. The gentlemen came out on time with a call beforehand, were polite and efficient, and did a thorough job on our duct cleaning. The price was better than other places I had quotes from. Overall we are very pleased.

thrilled with our experience. did a complex trenchless pipe burst on a sewer outflow break that was under part of our house, in order to preserve our (and the neighbors) front yards. each day we'd get text updates with GPS tracking on tech's en route, with fun biographies of the guys. everyone was well spoken, professional, polite, and VERY HARD WORKING. GREAT GROUP OF GUYS, THANKS SO MUCH.

Our newly installed system in 2010 will cost me $500+ over the course of 5 years, due to Williams either not installing the system correctly or the system having some fault that they have failed find and fix without charging additional fees.
WCA installed a new Carrier HVAC system for us in 2010 and it has now failed twice. The refrigerant in the system obviously has a small leak that depletes the system completely over the course of a two year period... Instead of standing by their work and fixing the issue, they have insisted on me buying into their maintenance program at $185/yr. or paying out of pocket for the repairs and refrigerant.
Williams Comfort arrived at the house on time, the technician was able to diagnose the problem right away. He made the needed repair and was in and out in no time. Thank you Williams, you make my life a little easier!!

Called on Monday morning after one of the hottest weekends of this summer. My new air conditioner started blowing mildly cold air and was running constantly to keep the house at 80 degrees. WCA was able to have a technician show up that afternoon, who quickly diagnosed the issue which was a known issue with some Carrier products that were manufactured with a rust inhibitor in the system causing a valve to stick shut, not allowing freon to circulate correctly. Very pleased with the quick and timely service call, and the knowledge and professionalism of the technician.
I meant to do this review earlier, but got sidetracked. Jaron was very professional and personable. My husband and I thought he did a very good job, and we (especially my husband) so enjoyed talking with him. In fact, We would like to request him for next year when we have the air conditioner checked out.
Kory serviced our furnace and acclimated is to our new home system. We were unfamiliar with a heat pump and he explained every question we had in a polite and patient and businesslike manner. He mentioned installing an iwave to help with air purification and after watching the video, we decided to have him install it today! We hope to have Kory attend to all our maintenance visits and other issues. Very clean cut, respectful, friendly and trustworthy.
We purchased new heating and cooling units a few years ago. Our service annual inspection was performed on the units. They check over everything to make sure the system is performing as it should. Highly recommend!
The service tech was quite knowledgeable about the problem (clogged heating coil).
The technicians called 45 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know they were on there way. They were prompt and did a through inspection. Adjusted the fan speed to match the heat pump and did a through gas pressure inspection as well. Every courtesy and professional informed me of ways I could save a few dollars. Will keep them as my Heating and Air technicians.
For the first time, they were late for the appointment as the office scheduled the technician for training at the appointment time. They had always sent a coupon to defray some of the cost & they did not do that this year which was frustrating. Technician was very good & very professional.
With the installation of our new hot water heater and water softener, we have now used Williams Comfort Air for 4 separate projects as well as routine and preventative maintenance on our furnace and AC. In the past two years, Williams Comfort Air has replaced all of our plumbing, installed a new dryer vent line, replaced wastewater lines and in-feed lines, and now installed a new hot water heater and water softener. The crew included Steve (whom we had the pleasure of working with on the wastewater and in-feed line replacements), Wayne, Jimmy, Saide, and Travis. All were professional, friendly, helpful, skilled, and knowledgeable. The details such as post work clean up, floor protection, providing status updates and mindfulness of our home life and schedule i.e. bedtimes are always taken into consideration. We have been and continue to be happy with the promptness and quality of the work we receive. Great work again today! As much as we enjoy the crews and their top notch service, we hope to take a break from so many house projects .
In this most frigid time of the year, I was able to have a same-day service call because my furnace was only operationally sporadically. It was getting really cold in my cottage. The exact time of appointment wasn't set - but Tom Schibley arrived, about half an hour after getting the heads up call that he was arriving. Bottom line: I learned a lesson about room humidifiers, furnace filters, overheating furnace ... and I've been warm since Tom left. Yay!

This company is so well run. They managed to replace our entire HVAC system in JULY within a day, which also happened to be 1 day prior to my husband having knee surgery and family visiting! They recognized our situation and really worked to get us an appt asap. We also had a cleaning and aero-sealing of our ductwork, all to excellent results. Each time they come for an included check, I get an email and text with the service person's name and picture. This is excellent for anyone, but particularly for anyone home alone. Each service person who has come has been incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Can't say enough about this company.

Prices are a little high and you would think an warranty would come with an New furnace but it don't you have to buy an maintenance plan at 179 a year

We bought this house for years ago and I have had nothing but problems with the furnace we had a home warranty and I had complained about poor Heating and they sent people out and we never could get satisfaction this was an older home it was built in 1978 so yesterday I decided to call Williamson heating and air conditioning they sent a tech out and he found our problem I can't say enough about the expertise and the way he conducted himself and care that he took making sure that our unit was in proper working order. I have since then go ahead and enrolled in a service contract for the next year and feel comfort knowing that I have them to take care of all my issues but I don't think that my heating and air conditioning is going to be one of them. Thank you Jerry you have became a friend of mine and I look forward to doing business with you down the road

Worst experience ever! Service tech was in and out within 10 or 15 minutes and basically did nothing. He watched my furnace go through it cycle and just assumed the circuit board panel was bad. Said it would cost $900 to replace it. Charged me a $94 service fee and walked out.
We have an invaluable maintenance agreement with Williams-Comfort Air where they perform service on our AC and Heater 2x per year ahead of each season.
Today, we had Chris come out and as we have found with 100% of the Comfort Air personnel, he was professional, personable, polite, and extremely thorough. This is our 2nd year of our relationship and we are extremely pleased.
Everyone they've sent out has been thorough and friendly from the initial installation to the biannual maintenance tuneups. Very happy with them.
The technician showed great care and a high level of detail when inspecting our air conditioning system. The description of work performed and suggested repairs and maintenance was very clear and easy to understand. Safety was placed at the top of the list of priorities today, and I was not pressured into paying for anything extra today before I could discuss the quotes with my spouse.

These guys are the BEST!! Quick, efficient, courteous, friendly, clean, you name the positive adjective and it can most certainly be applied to Wms Comfort Air / Mr. Plumber. Over the years and for 3 different homes I've purchased a heat pump, a central air conditioner, 2 furnaces, had a house re-plumbed, a sump pump discharge re-directed, drain cleared and a laundry sink repaired. I will continue to use Wms Comfort Air/Mr Plumber for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs and maintenance.
I was extremely disappointed by the service provided by Williams Comfort Air. My roommate and I began having problems on a Thursday afternoon with our heating and called Williams Comfort Air to come take a look at things. Unfortunately, this problem occurred during one of the coldest winters that Indianapolis has experienced in a long time. We called on a Thursday and on Friday morning at 8:00 were told that someone would be right over, however no one ever called or came. We called again at 1:00 pm and they had the wrong phone number listed, so we gave them the correct number. We did not hear from them for several more hours, so we called again and found out that they still somehow had the wrong number but were told someone would be out Saturday morning. We did not hear from them all day Saturday and when we called, they simply said we were on the list. Sunday by 11:00 am we still had not heard from anyone, so I called again and they still somehow had the first contact number to call incorrect. I reiterated that this was the third time we had told them the correct number and they still failed to have it in their system correctly. At this point it had been three full days with no service and I told them that my roommate would be at our house from 2-7 pm and that if we did not receive service during that 5 hour window we would have no choice but to go elsewhere. At 1:00 pm I received a call while I was at work saying someone could be out shortly, I asked if there was anyway we could push it back 1 hour since my roommate would most likely not be able to be back until 2. I was told if no one could be there until 2, then we would be put back at the bottom of the list. I told her to give me 5 minutes to call my roommate and see if she could get to our place a little earlier. When I called back 5 minutes later, I was told we had been again bumped to the bottom of the list meaning that while we had been waiting for 3 days to have our heating fixed in the middle of a bitterly cold winter, they were unable to wait 5 minutes for me to check with my roommate on her ability to get to our house early. I have never been the type of person to write a review, especially a negative one, however to put it frankly Williams Comfort Air kept us from being able to live in our house for three days. Never once did they attempt to make up for their lack of service. I wrote this review to encourage other people to seek service elsewhere, in hopes that no one will have to endure the frustrating experience that we did!

I had a service call to check out my AC. They said I was low on refrigerant and most likely had a leak in the evaporator coil, which would cost over $3,000 to replace. I ended up cleaning out the compressor and condensate line myself and now my system works perfectly. They did not honor their own $59 tune-up coupon so I ended up having to pay a tech $94 to lie to me about the problem and perform absolutely no work on the system.
Jeff was incredibly helpful in explain our current situation and lying out the optimal fix. He could not have been better.
The technician was knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. He went through the entire inspection and let us know any pending issues that may arise. Even made it out with the terrible weather we had the night before.

Technicians have occasionally been early but never, ever late in 10 years. They call when they are on the way. Technicians are unfailingly polite and well informed, and I especially like the pre-arrival text with their name and photo so you know exactly whom to expect at your door.
