Have had a great experience with Williams Batters over the past 4 years. Property manager Nikki Baglieri is always helpful and quick to respond to any issues or queries I've had. Would highly recommend!

Successful sale during COVID
The property is a rundown single storey terrace in a good location near the Prahran Aquatic Centre. It was sold successfully by submissions to a deadline by pointing out other successfully renovated properties in the area and making prospective purchasers aware of the potential.

Nikki Baglieri from William Batters is an extremely Professional Property Manager with a very polite demeanour. She has been our property manager for more than an year now and always been willing to advise and proactively help for any issues faced. I had an excellent experience dealing with Nikki Baglieri from Williams and Batters. I was in Melbourne for 3 days needing to find a place to live before I relocated from New Zealand in 4 weeks and until I met Nikki had found the inspection process to be discouraging as we went from dirty flat to dirty flat. It was the very last apartment that we went to that Nikki was showing, which was very well maintained and cared for and it was obvious the agency understood the value of showing a clean, well kept environment inn order to attract likeminded tenants that would respect the space they move into. I applied immediately and Nikki came back to me within 24 hours, she reviewed all of my references that day and my application was accepted within 48 hours. She was professional and friendly to deal with and made everything very easy. I would highly recommend anyone looking to find an apartment or looking to rent their apartment out, to use this agency.

I had the chance to encounter with Damian Chenoweth - William Batters' property manager - during the time I was looking for a property in Melbourne. He was so prompt and on it, such a lovely and approachable character to work with. Highly recommend William Batters for anyone who have properties or look for properties in Victoria.

Moved into a rental managed by these guys and didn't get the key to the shared laundry for 3 or so weeks.

Just abysmal. If you're a renter please stay as far away as possible. Zero communication, rude, no assistance at all in emergency situations, don't listen to renters concerns. Everything you worry about as a tenant, these guys do. I will quite honestly never deal with them again for rental or purchase.

Seriously, I highly advise never going anywhere NEAR this unprofessional, incompetent and rude bunch of money grabbing fools. We could not recommend Jasmine Kesici as an agent enough! She is a model of efficiency, responsiveness and friendliness. She is quick to answer queries, and goes the extra mile to make sure renters such as us are very well looked after. She facilitated some fairly significant repair/improvement works in our apartment, such as the installation of flyscreens, and the replacement of the washing machine with a brand new, top-of-the-range unit.

She is delightful to interact with, and the next tenants at the properties she manages will thank their lucky star that she is in charge.

I moved in to a new apartment in South Yarra a couple of months ago. Very soon I had to move out for personal reasons. The property manager, Damian Chenoweth, has been with me since the beginning. He is very helpful and kind and responds to my emails fast, explaining everything that needs to be done. He even gave me his copy of the key when I lost mine, to use while I waited for mine to be cut.

As a long time renter I have had a lot to do with agents. Happily this lot seem to be pretty quick when it comes to repairs etc and generally pretty friendly. In real-estate land this is like finding the golden goose- no complaints here.

I have had nothing but great customer service with William Batters as a Tenant. They go over an above to maintain effective and fair communication between landlord and tenant that work towards everyone being satisfied with the end result. At the request of the landlord to find an older tenant, Property manager Joshua Ling did not respond to our rental application in 3 weeks. Took us following up to discover he was on leave. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Williams Batters has managed by rental property for 9 years and I am very happy with their service. They have always found stable long term tenants for the property and gone the extra mile to help with any work that needed to be done around the property. I had a glimpse through reviews posted here and I can see that opinions are very polar, certainly there are stores of success and miscommunications but as my experience tells me it all comes down to individuals. I ve been fortunate to deal with mr. Suri Phak-Uthai. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and professional he handled all the issues which we had. The communications were quick and down to the point. The apartment was rented within a first week as it was advertised. Of course as they say your mileage may vary but it certainly points out the high level of professionalism of Suri. The management and leasing rates are very competitive and based on my research are best in the area. I would certainly recommend Suri as a property manager to my friends.

Williams Batters have been our real estate agents for a number of years.
Recently, following a change of staff Nelson Rowe was appointed to look after our properties.

We are pleased to record that Nelson has maintained the level of professionalism and competence that we have always enjoyed with the firm.

Specifically we are pleased to note that in association with his Manager, Nelson assumed responsibility for preparing the advertisement for placement online to secure tenants for three of our properties in three different suburbs.

Nelson arranged the scheduling of the open for inspections and when prospective tenants were identified he assessed them and made recommendations for selection.

Documents were well prepared and recorded all the necessary information.

Two matters which impacted on tenants but were clearly the responsibility of the Owners Corporation were extremely well addressed with Nelson contacting the Owners Corporation manager and arranging with their tradesperson to meet with the tenant to address the concern.

The link with the accounts Department was also well managed and all payments were received on schedule.

On any matter affecting our property Nelson keeps us fully informed by emailing or phoning us promptly.

We are extremely happy with Nelson and expect to maintain a long relationship
