I have lived at my place for 20 years. This means that Williams Batters has been my agent for 20 years. For me, a good agent is the one that is responsive to my urgent needs (e.g fixing up anything broken things in the house) and more importantly able to deliver any of my requests to the landlord. All property managers at William Batters have been able to do so. They understand what customer's needs. Damian, my latest property manger is exceptional. He is so responsive and follows up with tradies or landlord for any pending matters. I am more than comfortable to share my experience and recommend Williams Batters for anyone.
