I had an excellent experience dealing with Nikki Baglieri from Williams and Batters. I was in Melbourne for 3 days needing to find a place to live before I relocated from New Zealand in 4 weeks and until I met Nikki had found the inspection process to be discouraging as we went from dirty flat to dirty flat. It was the very last apartment that we went to that Nikki was showing, which was very well maintained and cared for and it was obvious the agency understood the value of showing a clean, well kept environment inn order to attract likeminded tenants that would respect the space they move into. I applied immediately and Nikki came back to me within 24 hours, she reviewed all of my references that day and my application was accepted within 48 hours. She was professional and friendly to deal with and made everything very easy. I would highly recommend anyone looking to find an apartment or looking to rent their apartment out, to use this agency.
