Williams Batters have been our real estate agents for a number of years.
Recently, following a change of staff Nelson Rowe was appointed to look after our properties.

We are pleased to record that Nelson has maintained the level of professionalism and competence that we have always enjoyed with the firm.

Specifically we are pleased to note that in association with his Manager, Nelson assumed responsibility for preparing the advertisement for placement online to secure tenants for three of our properties in three different suburbs.

Nelson arranged the scheduling of the open for inspections and when prospective tenants were identified he assessed them and made recommendations for selection.

Documents were well prepared and recorded all the necessary information.

Two matters which impacted on tenants but were clearly the responsibility of the Owners Corporation were extremely well addressed with Nelson contacting the Owners Corporation manager and arranging with their tradesperson to meet with the tenant to address the concern.

The link with the accounts Department was also well managed and all payments were received on schedule.

On any matter affecting our property Nelson keeps us fully informed by emailing or phoning us promptly.

We are extremely happy with Nelson and expect to maintain a long relationship
