Have been dealing with Williams Batters for a very long time and found Nelson Rowe to be diligent, conscientious, and on the ball. I have not had to chase him up for anything and he has always brought any matter requiring my attention to my notice immediately He has also done more than expected and helped me save a little money. I gladly leave him in charge if I am away and have every confidence in his abilities to look out both for tenant and landlord.

I have been using WB to manage an apartment for years. They have been excellent throughout. Nikki Baglieri has recently taken over the account and been exceptional.

My son has recently transferred management for his property after having to deal with a horrible Property Manager Ourania. I spoke with her a few times and she is recommending works that have not been raised by tenants or occupants of the property. I was contacted by two different trades people asking for access when I never asked for any quotes or works to proceed. After having to speak with Ourania, she then began to advise I was incorrect and then provided information that was not necessary. It began to stress me out worrying about issues that I shouldn t have to worry about. You re better off having Hocking Stuart or Melbourne Real Estate managing your property.

It is apparently big headache to handle the property overseas. During the stay in Melbourne last year, we visited Williams Batters in South Yarra and met Mr Ashton Jaeger who gave a comprehensive introduction and friendly offer of services that were exactly what we need. Later Ashton and his colleague Mr Zane Reeves did all the work, including inspections (a couple of times), advertising, picking the blinds, finding the tenants, etc. and left us with total relief and the ability of focusing on other matters.
We are 100% satisfied with WB's service and would recommend to other people who need property management around this area.

Do not expect to get anything answered quickly by these estate agents. We put in an application for a property a month ago, and were stalled by the estate agent who handled our application. After multiple calls to ask if the estate agents required more information, we were continually told that the property would be left open 'for one more weekend' before a decision was made. We were finally told that we were unsuccessful two days ago, after a month of waiting. In my opinion, if an owner does not wish to let a house to applicants, they should be informed promptly rather than left to wait based on someone's whims. Fortunately we were prepared and found somewhere else to live in the interim. We began to move in there before we got a response from this agency - I had in fact completely forgotten about the application. Don't bother wasting your time with these people.

I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jasmine Kesici from Williams Batters to manage my lease property. What a gun! Smart, funny, intelligent and a total delight to deal with. I had a few difficulties along the way with a defiant tenant paying late rent and Jasmine achieved where other agents had just fallen along the wayside, as it was a 2 year lease. I got my rent paid up front in full till the end of the lease period. Jasmine was a great communicator, calm and relaxed though out a very stressful period. She was always extremely professional, punctual and responsive to any questions I had answering without hesitation.

I must say Williams Batters is a tenant friendly company. I was with this company for last 6 years. I was so happy with them that when I need to change my apartment, I use to ask them do you have anything available for me? However, things do not work always in the same way. WORST experience as a tenant. Avoid. Sonia is the most incompetent real estate agent you'll ever meet. Property wasn't clean when I moved in, black mould throughout the apartment. Didn't act straight away when I told her the entire floor of the building had flooded and just responded "hopefully it dries up", and only actioned anything after multiple attempts of communication from my end.
