Horrible service no one now's anything or any information they never get back with you. Whoever answers the phone everyday Rude!!! I take it personal because i love to help people as much as possible bit ive never felt so outcasted there a very few people with good atritudes and who actually care, but as everyone else super super unprofessional and very careless with clients

No one calls you back whether you get a aide or you are one. I go three weeks without anyone and only find out when I call after they supposed to start. If someone comes it s at a different time and no one tells either of us anything. Almost cussed out one girl that show up two hours late and the office ain t even tell her to be there at 3:00 and not 5:00. Smh.

LHC GROUP is worse than the thieves they had before. Early timeslips, just to get paid LATE still... TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

They had five stars from me but the longer I ve spent here the worst things have got. If a aide shows up to your house at all consider yourself lucky. If your aide shows up and is on time...well that ain t happening. No one will let you know it s just a surprise every time. Try calling if you want but it s a waste of time

They have been the best so far. We have worked with many agencies. This is the only one that is not rude or creepy. Thanks Willcare!

I called a month ago and asked them to send brochures or info about there services, never received anything. Some lady from another healthcare facility called me out the clear blue. So im going with them.ty

This place needs to be shut down. Very nasty and rude people when you call to get information on there services. Never called back and I had to keep calling till finally someone answered me. And the women never said the company name and was rude and told me if I can read look up online it will tell me what services they have, then she hung up on me. Please close this dam company down.

I would never work for this company I went to orientation and everything had my paperwork ready and all to start they are unprofessional and unorganized the receptionist is rude the HR is rude they gave me the wrong address to go to for a refresher and said it was my fault and that prolonged me of working and they thought that was cool I wasted my time effort and money for a unprofessional job that needs to be shutdown there so rude that there HR called my mom and tried to curse her out because of her co-workers negligence I'm already certified and they treat u like a number not a person how are u in HR and write down the wrong address for your future employee and and get mad because someone calls you on on your short comings if I could give them 0 stars I would I hope they see this review and realize they need new staff

Current but soon 2 be ex-employee!... DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY... SEND TIMESHEETS IN ON TIME & GET PAID LATE OR NOT AT ALL. (EXAMPLE: I WRK 4HRS PER DAY 7 DAYS PER WEEK WHICH EQUALS 28HRS PER WEEK BUT THEY ONLY PAID ME FOR 14HRS & WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THEIR CLERICAL ERROR I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE REST OF MY HOURS IN MY NEXT CHECK, WHEN I ASKED WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR & ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR TAMMY I WAS PUT ON HOLD NEVER SPOKE TO TAMMY BUT I WAS TOLD BY SAME PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE THAT IT WAS BEING TAKEN CARE OF & I SHOULD HAVE MY FULL CHECK ON FRIDAY WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN & I AM STILL WAITING)
