New Plymouth District Council Review

My most recent stay in New Plymouth was very far from satisfactory, who pays the wages for the 3 parking wardens to walk up and down the same street (Devon) is shocking and money hungry to set up that many pins in one street. It also looks as tho 98% of any money the council makes will either blow it on their building (that is ALWAYS under construction) or blow a big portion on a completely pointless piece of "art" (if you can call a building wrapped in tinfoil art) I feel sorry forthe New Plymouth residents having to battle these legal thieves.

The staff are very helpful when you say a question put to a staff member what you need to know about at this moment

Helpful staff at the front counter, and great service from the Contact Centre staff who answer the phones and handle the emails.

Very helpful staff, they really took their time to help us even late in the evening. This is a first class service, a model for other authorities !

Yeah Na had to pay a fine wasn't happy with the service didn't get anything in return . Won't be returning
