Found a price a liked on a vehicle i wanted. Submitted all the paperwork and thats it. 2 days later car was delivered. Staff if courteous, professional and pleasant. The part is.... everything was done through the app. Highly recommended

This has definitely been one of the best experiences, especially it being my first time ever leasing a vehicle. Ryan called me several times for any questions I had, discussing details with me, and making it such an easy process. I got the deal I wanted, the exact car I wanted, and it only took less than 3 whole days to process everything. I simply sent in my information needed on the app, chose my scheduled date and time, and had the nicest saleslady come to my house to deliver the car. 10000/10 will recommend to ANYONE.

Got a great deal on C43 AMG through Rodo. Took some time to sort things out due to car being far, but was totally worth the wait. Can't be happier with the process, Nadia was great too.

It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Rob Edwards. You tell RODO what your looking for and they send you about 20 vehicles on line with prices and specifications. I saw one I liked and clicked on it and it automatically is taken out of circulation until you make a decision. I worked with Rob Edwards on a trade in price on my 2013 Toyota RAV4 limited and the price I was willing to pay on the new 2020 Rav4 limited.
Rob worked with a Toyota dealership out of state who had the car and we made a deal. The car was delivered to my house and they drove my trade in back. I didn t have to deal with car salesman who can t make a decision on price until they keep checking with their bosses. I highly recommend the RODO process of buying a car.

I was skeptical at first purchasing a car via online app. Turns out it is Legit. Smooth process, no haggling. My old car was picked up. And we had the option of having new car delivered to us. Rodo customer service was on point. We are very happy with our purchase and the transaction process. I would def recommend Rodo and will be using them again.

I was skeptical on leasing such an expensive Mercedes on an app and giving all my personal information on the internet. Ryan called me and reassured me about how the process worked. He was calling / texting me the whole way thru. There were a couple of hiccups along the way.

However, fast forward 72 hours and I have a my brand new 2020 Mercedes GLE sitting in my driveway. No games or nonsense. I signed the paperwork for the exact payment Ryan told me. I ve always wanted to lease a car online and I finally did. RODO is literally the Amazon of car leasing.

Our Initial deal fell through but Ari managed to help me find another car and have it delivered within 24 hours AND ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND NO LESS! The Rodo agents are professional and courteous. Overall good experience and happy with the car.

The whole experience with Rodo unfortunately has been terrible. From them delivering the wrong color interior vehicle. The young lady they sent to deliver the car didn t have a pen for me to sign the lease agreement, didn t have tools to remove the plates and she instructed me where to sign and sat in the car the whole time. However the following week I received a call from Wayne dealership saying that the paper work wasn t complete and that I had to come all the way to New Jersey to correct it or my lease will have been null and voided. Also the young lady from Roto didn t instruct us to keep the temp plates on the car so we were driving around with our old plates and we found out from Wayne dealership that that is incorrect and that we could ve gotten pulled over by the police. This being due to Covid there is a delay with DMV with peoples plates being registered. So basically they sent someone from the dealership because I was not driving to another state to fill out paperwork that I didn t mess up and signed everywhere the Rodo rep instructed me to. Also I received not one not two not three not four, but five different bills for tolls. My husband even reached out to them and they said I was not responsible for them however I already paid for 3 of them and the other two came in and were marked as late which wasn t my fault because it looks like they might have sent it to someone else first. Reason being to make matters worse they reuse temporary plates because one of the pictures is not even the vehicle I m driving or was the trade in vehicle. Another thing was that one of the representatives Jimmy told me about a wear and tear package and told me I could pay in 2 installments and I was never charged then the following month they charge me the whole amount plus additional fees and basically I had to file a dispute with my credit card over that and I m still waiting for a callback from Rodo in regards to that as well. I will say one of the representatives Matt did give me seat covers to make up for the fact that they sold me a light interior car when I ask for a dark interior vehicle however I m still waiting on a callback from him to in regards to the whole issue with the wear and tear package. I really wish that I would have not utilized this app or service because their service and customer service is lacking to say the least. I ve never been told we will call you back and not even so much but get a callback from anyone in regards to this issue. It s not fair and I will not recommended them to family or friends.

With apps you never know if they will come thru or not. I took a chance on Rodo because of all the 5* reviews in Google.

Well my experience was 5*. Easily saved over 3K over the life of the 3 year loan. Two hiccups: original vehicle selected was not available. Replacement vehicle found in 2 days. Almost identical deal; and, dealer inadvertently charged me for the tax in addition to the due at signing amount. Raised issue with Rodo and this additional sum was promptly refunded.

I dealt throughout the process with Rob E. from Rodo. Every step of the way, his #1 concern was me. This plus the savings on my lease plus getting the exact car I wanted have made me a believer and you can trust these 5* reviews on Google.

Last year I got my Ram 1500 Limited from Rodo. It was such an amazing and seamless experience. Not to mention the price of the lease was significantly cheaper than walking in a dealership. I m not sure how they do it but I am so happy I found RODO I will continue to use them going forward for all my leases. The whole team made the process easy. I used Rodo for the first time to lease a car in September. I downloaded the app mainly to get an idea on pricing. I found a great lease deal on the brand and model I was looking for so I decided to go forward with the deal on Rodo. The process was extremely straight forward and easy. I provided my information and paperwork through the app. At each step I had a Rodo contact (Robert) who was available to quickly answer any questions I had. Once the local dealership finished their part, Rodo put me in touch with a dealership representative and they delivered the car to me on the date I chose. It was a great no hassle experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new car.

Rob and Elgin were awesome with assisting with the purchase and trade respectively. Got an awesome price for trade in - matched the highest offer I could find and got a crazy good deal through the "make an offer" feature on a Toyota Tacoma Limited Nightshade edition. New truck got delivered to my house - took my trade in and signed all paperwork all within about 15 minutes. Beats wasting an entire day getting aggravated at the dealer. Only thing I'd say that could be better is the pictures. A lot of the listings have inaccurate virtual photos and not many have the real photos provided by dealer. To get around that I either just viewed the car manufacturer websites and built them to match the features of the rodo listings or just Googled them. Best part of rodo is the transparency of the pricing and the option to put as much or little down, while seeing the complete monthly price with all fees, as well as the money factor for the lease, which is huge in knowing how good of a lease deal you got. Also see residual value up front as well. Overall great experience and would never buy from a dealer again. As long as rodo is around, I'll be going back whenever I end up getting a car again.

The Rodo team was extremely helpful getting me the vehicle, the price, and day that i wanted the car to be delivered.. Mr. Jimmy Luna went well above and beyond to make sure I walked away happily satisfied with my car.. He answered every question and concern I had about using Rodo and Mr Luna also arranged the pickup and return of my old lease and got all charges waived.. I can t say enough nice words about my experience with Mr. Luna and his staff. Would strongly recommend to get your next car through this staff.

I am usually too lazy to write Google Reviews. Still, I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to thank Rodo's team for making the process of selling my car and leasing a new one incredibly easy and smooth.

Selling my car: Elgin Swift made selling my car more straightforward than I thought was possible. From the initial interaction, he gave me a better quote than any I received from any of the other online car buyers. He was easy to connect with, gave me direct answers with no "sales talk," and the process of having my car picked up, transferring my title, and receiving the check was incredibly painless and stress-free. I thought I would have to sell my vehicle locally and deal with flaky buyers who would try to nickel and dime me, but instead, I got a great price with no hassle.

Leasing my new car: Rodo's promise is simple: they help you get the vehicle you want at the best price without dealing with the dealership. I'm not great at negotiating and don't have the patience to sit in a dealer's office. While looking at Rodo's cars, I was connected with Jimmy Luna, who is the finance director of the site (meaning, he's not even part of the sales team). Jimmy took the time to talk about what cars made the most sense in my price range, what was most realistic for me, and matched what I needed in a vehicle (All Wheel Drive, excellent safety features for driving in Massachusetts with a kid in the snow). I've never had such a good experience when getting a car. Yes, I needed to go to the dealership, but that was to sign the papers. Jimmy went above and beyond, arranging a car to pick me up (since my car was being picked up for sale). I honestly couldn't have asked for a better process of doing this.

From start to finish the process was smooth. All the necessary information was upfront and transparent. The fees and monthly you see is what you will pay. I wish every car buying experience was like this. To be honest, these aren t the best deals you can get but they are pretty really good. Beats going to the dealership and getting the runaround (And no RODO isn t paying me for this review).

Got to the dealer in Mass and they knew nothing about the transaction. I had to leave which cost $120 for an Uber that my rep said he would refund. Must have got lost in the mail. Finally picked up the car the next day. Communication was terrible and I understand everyone wants to go home on Friday, but no excuse. I think 3 stars is more than generous because the cost was the cost until the finance guy tried to sell me on a bunch of add-ons.

Today, I lease a Honda HR-V through Rodo. I always lease a car through a dealer, but it was my first time by online. btw I live in Florida.
At first I tried to lease a car through carvoy and was so so disappointed.
They cheated and the price on the website was different from the actual price. They asked $20 more for monthly payment! But by chance I got to know Rodo through Google, which was so honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend you to lease a car through Rodo. Three years later I will use Rodo again. =)

UPDATE:
It has now been over 30 days since I wrote this review. David the VP from Rodo contacted me after my initial review and promised to make this situation right, and acknowledged that the way this was handled was not acceptable on Rodo s end. Although, since we spoke I have not heard back from David and Nissan still has not received any payment. The next step is unfortunately small claims court it seems which I would really rather avoid! It is really a shame because I was excited about working with Rodo and avoiding the dealership situation being I always lease, but now I have to continue spending time and energy on this situation since Rodo refuses to resolve things amicably and follow through on their agreement.


Rodo has been a terrible experience. At first, I thought things were going smooth and it was great to avoid the sales people at a dealership which was my reason for using the app, I knew the car we needed and just wanted a quick transaction without negotiations. Things quickly turned when we tried to schedule the delivery date for my new lease. I made it clear during the entire transaction process that the upcoming Monday is the next day I have available, which I was being told would not be a problem. They emailed me that the car was going to be delivered on Thursday between 12pm-5pm (the day after credit was approved), so I told them I work Thursday and can we please change the delivery date to Monday as I requested from the beginning. I was told they won t deliver the car after 72 hours, but if I wanted to pick it up 60 miles away that would be ok! Unbelievable. So I re-arranged my schedule and agreed on Friday so that I can be available and the car would be delivered between 12pm-5pm. The car shows up about 5pm without floor mats and 16 wheels instead of 17 wheels that were advertised on Rodo site. I complained about both of these issues to Rodo, finally received the mats after about a month. I was asked to send picture of where it stated 17 wheels on the app, I did send this by email and of course no response back.

This is where the nightmare just began though....because Rodo also purchased a vehicle lease that was ending with my father-in-laws car, which I was helping to coordinate since he cannot due to his medical condition. They agreed to pay the last two payments and cover the disposition fee so I figured at the beginning of all of this (before I knew what I was getting into), why not. First, they are supposed to pick up the car on a Monday (same Monday that my new lease was supposed to be delivered originally) and they never came because they didn t have a driver. They end up coming a WEEK later on the following Monday because they needed to find a driver. Then, someone picks the car up, basically has no information on what is to happen next just that they are picking it up and bringing it to New Jersey. They said they needed to keep the plates and she asked us for a title....on a leased car? I was in contact with someone from Rodo throughout this process who told me that they can return the plates to DMV and will provide me the proof that the finance company was paid off. (Which I asked for multiple times). About a week after the car was picked up there was still no proof of plates being returned, so I told the Rodo representative I would be demanding insurance reimbursement-no response. Suddenly the next day I got an overnight package with the plates delivered back to me which I then needed to return myself. Now, I received a final bill from Nissan that the car was returned to them! So Rodo returned the car to Nissan and did not take care of the final two payments or the disposition fee according to the final bill. It seems at this point it may be necessary to contact an attorney which I will be doing if this is not resolved ASAP. The situation is really frustrating, there is really no professional process being used any step of the way with this company. Disorganized, poor follow up, poor communication, and lesson learned to never use Rodo again obviously.

I've had the app for quite some time prior to me actually making a purchase on it. I figured there was a catch or hidden fee involved but i figured i would give it a shot since i was out of my old lease. The Rodo app sent me a message that a car i was interested in was discounted and i pulled the trigger. It was a painless process that took me all of 5 min from start to finish and i was ready to pick up my car. The dealership i made the deal with was very easy to work with as well.

I am a car lover. I always change my cars every year. This time my cousin told me about Rodo. This time it was really a hassle free experience. It was very smooth transaction. Rodo compete the market price and gave me the best car deal and $200.00 less than the dealership. But only complaint is about the vehicle they show or place the order for is might hard to get. Sometime they don't have that color or don t have that deal. But Rodo defiantly beat the dealership. I 100% recommend to try them after going to the dealership to see the difference.

I recently leased a Honda Accord through Rodo. It was a great experience from start to finish. The app was easy to use and the Rodo staff was was there to help through every step of the leasing process. I will definitely use Rodo again for my next lease.

I m used to going into a dealership, listening to the sales person tell me how honest they are and how they will give me the very best price, haggle on that very best price until we reach a number I wanted to pay and then spend my entire day at the dealership. So to say I was a little skeptical of using Rodo is an understatement. Browsing through the app and seeing the prices listed for the vehicles almost seemed too good to be true, so again, I was skeptical. How could I do all of this from the comfort of my home and get a great deal on a vehicle? Either way, I gave it shot first when I wanted to see what the trade in value was on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I leased a Jeep and was only a year in, I checked the trade in value in the app and Elgin emailed me back within minutes with the trade in value. The trade in value was more than what I owed. Again, I m skeptical, how could that be? Elgin and I emailed back and forth and I agreed for RODO to payoff of my Jeep. My Jeep was picked up and paid off within a few days. Now, I need a second vehicle again so I searched on RODO for a truck (just moved to Florida a week ago and trucks seem like the thing to do) inventory is so low right now it was tough to find a vehicle. I placed an order for a Toyota Tundra and Mike, from RODO reached out immediately and we went over a few details. The vehicle I wanted was no longer available and I was upset. Mike knew I was a little upset because I really wanted that truck and no Toyota dealership had another one that I wanted. Elgin called me and explained the inventory struggles across all dealerships but promised to find me a vehicle I would be happy with. A few moment later I received a call from Steven and he explained the process to me, explained inventory and told me that he would be looking for a vehicle. Steven texted or emailed me hourly to let me know his findings. After all said and done, Steven found me a Toyota Tacoma that I absolutely love. Not only did he keep me in the loop as he was searching, he had the car delivered to me after hours. Not only am I impressed with the ease of the app, I am even more impressed with the way Elgin, Mike and Steve handle business. They are true professionals and I will never purchase a vehicle without using Rodo. Elgin, Mike and Steve, I appreciate you and wish you much success!! Thank you!

Got the car I want this the montly payment I want. Really smooth transaction from start to finish. I even used the app to negotiate with dealers, but in the end, I got the best deal through the app. After my decision to do through the app for my new car, I got contacted by Mr. Mike S right away. He was so professional and fast. All the answers and instructions from Mike are crystal clear. Thanks to him, I got the car I want within 24 hours after I clicked purchase. I was in and out at the dealer for less than 15 minutes. NO HASSLE, NO ADD ON. Highly recommended if you don't wanna have all the headaches dealing with salesperson at dealerships. They took care of everything. I had a lease return and they returned it a no cost to me. Leased another vehicle and was set up with a reputable dealer. Monthly lease turned out to be less than agreed upon. My experience was so much better than my first experience when they operated under the Honecker name. They have Improved greatly and I found them to be very responsive.

The overall experience was ok. It is easy and convenient. The prices were not bad. The agent told me that they can waive the existing lease disposition fee, but they did not do it. Actually the agent even contacted with my existing lease company. At the end they said they can waive the fees if I got the car from the same company. Meaning if returning lease Toyota and I am getting another Toyota, then they can waive the disposition fee. However, this is not RODO's feature. The companies already doing it! So it was a disappointing! I got the car because I thought I did not pay the disposition fee. Unfortunately, I had to pay it! What a disappointing!

What an awesome experience! Picked out a new Highlander through the app yesterday and had it delivered to my house today. Painless process that guarantees I ll never visit a dealer again.

I ve used Rodo before when it was called Honcker and that transaction went so smooth without a hitch. This time around using Rodo, I found my options were more limited. For instance, the pricing which is supposed to be based on your tier, changes as they attempt to increase pricing after an offer is accepted. However, I d prefer the Rodo app experience working with Jimmy & the others far superior & worth more than wasting hours of my life being haggled at a dealership. The convenience alone from home is worth it!!

I just got a new car from Rodo I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new lease to deal with them. Everyone from they office in all departments are so grateful and nice, very very quick and easy. I got my car 2 days after submitting my application! I wish them all the best.

Awful service. 2nd time in a year I made an offer with a dealer on a car with RODO.
The dealer counter-offered me and I accepted. Upload all my info, including a credit check.
The net day RODO calls me and says they had the wrong pricing information and they wouldn't honor the deal.
I called the dealer and they didn't even have the car in inventory.
No accountability from RODO or the dealer.
Big waste of time!

Friendly, smooth and excellent app. I was skeptic with this app, when I started the process. Even I went to dealer to verify it. I was thinking in scam but by surprise to me every thing was real. You avoid the process of discussion with the dealer, that is oppressive for me. The guys taking care of you, are really friendly and responsable. I recommend the app to buy or finance your car is really impressive. I am going to continue using this app to buy or lease a car in the future for me or my family and friends.

This is my second car with Rodo, this time I could not find the car I wanted at a local dealer at the price I wanted, so I contacted Rodo and their rep Ryan not only found me the same car locally but he got me a better price and extra miles. All these recent, suspiciously positive reviews. They are scammers. Total bait and switch. The cars you see on the app are not real, even after they send you a VIN number. We went back and forth for days and nothing. They were courteous and now have our personal information which I greatly regret. I went to them based on a recommendation and I got scammed.

Found a deal on a car in the app.
Filled out the order details (including my social!!), submitted the order and started waiting.
After about an hour I called the customer service phone number and asked what's the status and what's next.
They told me they are waiting to confirm inventory with the dealer and they will get back to me within the hour..... waited...... Called back a few hours later, was told that they're still waiting for the dealership and someone will be in touch with me in 15 minutes.
A half hour later I got a text from Jocelin stating that she will assist me with my lease.
I asked what's going on and of course again no answer.
I kept on texting her every hour asking what's the status until finally at the end of the day she texted me that the car i wanted was a dealer demo and it's not even for sale!!! was by mistake listed and it's impossible to get me that car for that price.
All I got was a text asking if I want assistance choosing a different car!
All in all the entire thing was highly unprofessional and irritating. I wasted an entire day with them.
After I had this experience I looked them up online and found lots of reviews of people saying that they raised the price after than what it was listed in the app.
Should have done more research before and not relied on google reviews that their employees wrote for them.

Thank god for RODO. Steve Lowe literally spent an entire Saturday emailing me back and forth and making my car buying experience the smoothest I ve ever had. He was patient and helped me all the way through and even checked on me after I picked up my new 2021 telluride. I will never use a dealer again. Avoid the headaches and go straight to RODO.

What an outstanding experience overall! Rob Edward's was my Rep and was always available to answer questions, offer guidance as well as offering general knowledge. All American Mazda was the dealership and Mark and Ryan get big high fives both for their professionalism and readiness to answer questions. I was actually dreading the dealership part, thinking it would take hours, but they had all my paperwork ready for signing, and after a tour of the car, I was on my way in a little over an hour! I leased a Lexus LX 570 through RODO. The transaction could not have been easier. When I placed the order, Ryan reached out to me within hours and let me know he was confirming with the dealership. Once we had the car and pricing confirmed, Jimmy made the additional warranty I wanted very easy with digital signature docs. And, I picked up the car from the local dealer the next day.

The best part, which I didn t believe at first, was that I saved approximately $6,000 compared to what the Lexus dealer wanted for the same car because of RODO s pricing. The pricing and service were what sold me. After this 36 months, I will be back again.

After making an offer that was accepted on the app and information like my registration and insurance were exchanged I was told the vehicle we agreed upon was no longer available. I was offered the same vehicle in a different color at a rate of 75$ more than the deal we agreed upon. When confronting the dealer/app about this I was told well your credit wasn t pulled . I wouldn t recommend shopping here. False advertising, to make matters worse it was a car (range) for my wife. Her excitement turned to disappointment as was mine.

After several unpleasant attempts at leasing a new vehicle, I tried RODO. I figured why not try something new. I looked for the vehicle that I wanted and selected it. I was surprised to find out that within 24 hrs that not only was my new car ready for pick up but my old car was scheduled for pick up. I thought ok there is some kind of bait and switch going to happen at the dealership when I went to pick the new car up. I walked in with my wife and daughter. The salesman and manger greeted me, took us for a drive to make sure the vehicle was exactly what I wanted.

We returned to the show room where I thought okay now this is where it's going to get difficult. To my surprise, not once was there any talk or negotiation about the price or payment for the vehicle. I downloaded RODO based on a review or an add I d seen online, didn t have any expectations bc I ve always bought/leased in person. I knew I wouldn t have the time to shop for a car in person and after digging through the app, clarifying my requirements and having a custom payment option for me I actually placed an order. Long story short my rep didn t bombard me with communications, he was straight forward and helpful, even when there was a challenge early on confirming my inventory he found me an even better model than what I originally chose. All the same requirements for leasing you need in a dealership yet easily from home or for me did it while at work. Take your business somewhere else to avoid this problems, I was very happy to get car from them, after they got your money nobody care about you nobody responsible for anything Very poor customer service...temporary plate expired, temporary registration is expired calling, to reach somebody, left 5 voice massages to the guy name is Hans never answer his phone, in the desk people are saying same thing over and over, that the manager will call me back but no one is calling for a week....would not recommend this company. Irresponsible! Very disappointed

Had a great experience Rodo came in cheapest and extremely simple process. When a last minute issue came up at the dealer they got me a even better deal at a different dealer and got all paperwork done in under 2 hours so not to lose the promotion that was expiring that night. Nice app, Rodo was able to get what I was looking for. Don't be afraid to book the car you want and make an offer. You can also save multiple cars in your garage but don't let it sit too long as the car can get sold without thou knowing There is no obligation to go thru with the sale if you are not happy with the terms. My best advice is to go thru Rodo Concierge, they are excellent. They do most of the work & can accommodate most requests. Rodo offers free delivery but I elected to pick up my car direct from the Dealer. The deal we agreed on was the deal I got, no shady tactics and no changes to the agreed price.
