Rejected the offer due to Senior HR Attitude.
Technical Team was good while kickoff session.
Would been into the position Sr.DBA but I never regret the decision.
Exact wordings was "This is not a place for earning money Its the place only to improve your skills." Then why the heck they need a Experienced profile? a Million dollar Question

Mostly they hiring contract based & without reason they will fire employees
1,More pressure
2, No flexible time

More work pressure, extended hours without payment .
Very Low Salary, no hike.
Poor Managing System.

Team with perfection. Experiencing long way to travel with them.

I would say "WORST COMPANY EVER TO WORK WITH".

1) Contract based work. No matter how you work, they will just throw you out once when their work is finished.

2) More work pressure. You will not even allowed to utilize your breaks in the peak season time.

3) Political games in management. They won't let you learn or reach next level in your career at any cost.
