Great place, beautiful, and very affordable! Also sits in a nice area with access to yummy food! It's our go to if staying in the St. Louis area.

Nice experience, clean hotel and very comfortable bed. We didn't partake in breakfast but there was one offered. Free parking in the garage. We were here with a free night for our 1 year anniversary after having the reception there. Overall a great hotel.

Very clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The customer service was also top notch. Thanks guys for giving us a peace of mind during our stay!

This hotel and their staff is top notch. Definitely plan on staying again. Very hospitable and friendly. I'm not sure if they have someone working an omelette station for every breakfast, but it was a nice touch for the morning. Location is also great, with the movie theater next door as well as lots of restaurants and shops.

Such a nice place to stay for the weekend. There are many shops within walking distance. Nice pool with a jacuzzi. Big rooms with comfy beds. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is my favorite part. You can make your own waffles. Fun for the whole family.

This hotel is in a great location. It could use a few updates. It was the only hotel in Wildwood, so we did not really have any options. The price was good, the rooms were clean, the staff was nice. The need to turn the air up in the halls and breakfast area.

Loved the beds. Only one parking pass per room, but lots of very close parking. Easy walk to Walgreens and bars.

I was there in April for with a group attending a seminar. I was charged an extra charge I was told for incidentals but when I checked out early as had an emergency at home was told it was a pet deposit although did not have a pet in room. After numerous calls to get this resolved was told since I initialed a form they were not giving me a credit. I was there with a dog group but no pet in the room. The room was fine I wont stay there again if the opportunity arises, nor will I recommend it.

It's a beautiful hotel. The room was smaller than I expected but I do believe after I checked in, a staff member went to my room to turn on the a/c and lights! Staff was friendly and eager to assist you with any questions. Breakfast was great. Made my own waffle & was terrific. Will stay again but will wait till the hot tub suite is available.

I love this place! It was beautiful, clean and worth the money! It's located in an area where you could just walk to get to many activities! We will visit again!

Great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We booked this hotel over the internet the night before. I was everything we expected and everyone was polite and helpful to boot. It was a nice very clean room with lots of extra space and upscale furnishings. Not one glitch, oops or sorry! We arrived late and did not need any hangups or mistakes and were so glad that there were none. It was nice that the parking garage was connected to the building because it was raining. The town was nice and new looking. The hotel was located in a very nice shopping center and the new city hall and police department were across the street.

in a king room... The bed was SO comfortable! The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh. This was my first experience and I will definitely stay again in the future.

It's is a nice mix of the old and the new. The staff is very nice. Though a little pricey, the breakfast buffet is awesome.

The room set-up was awesome. Me and my boyfriend stayed in the King Jacuzzi sweet. We loved the tub and it was so cool that it was in the room not in the bathroom. The internet was very spotty, forcing you to log in to their page every use almost. We also had an ant problem. I think we were in room 1404. I saw 3 ants crawling on the wall near the bed. The beds were extremely comfy. I actually thought of calling and asking what mattress was in my room, the bed was that comfortable! I would recommend this to a friend. Overall the experience was good. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast or the pool or the fitness center. Police station literally right next to the hotel and a movie theater as well.

Hotel was very nice. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because the beds were too soft. Felt like a black hole sucking you in when you would lay down on them. Other than that, it was great. Very clean. Great service.

The hotel was very clean the desk clerks were very nice and professional, however the upmost important thing when staying in a Hotel is not the cleanliness or the hospitality of the employees, it is how your money is being held. Upon arrival we were informed that there would be a $50.00 hold which is acceptable, however we were not told that after paying for the room that we would still be struggling several days later to get a hold off our account for the amount of the room, so not only did we have a $50.00 hold that was put on hold, in additional to paying for the room, on top of that an additional hold was placed on our account for the cost of the room. The $50.00 was released the next business day, however we could not get the hotel to release the hold in the amount of the room off our account, they were not helpful in this process at all, not to mention there was no reason at all there should have ben a hold for the amount of the room placed on our account. This reason alone is why we will never stay at The Wildwood Hotel again, after paying for the room there is no need to have a hold for the amount of the room held onto our account for DAYS and having to struggle to get the hold released when they had already received their money.

Check the in room was dirty had not been clean dirty towels on the floor bed dirty wine glasses all over the place not a good experience

A very nice hotel. Started for 2 nights and everyone was awesome. Bed was a little worn down but other than that a great stay.

The WildWood Hotel offers an boutique experience that you can't get anywhere else in the area. Fun, luxurious and close to movies, restaurants, shopping and great places to socialize.

Pet friendly, everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back!

Our room had lamps that flickered on and off and the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. Literally the flimsiest mattress I have ever seen - it may as well have been a water bed. Awful.

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed - have stayed here in the past but attended a luncheon on this visit. Lovely room and the staff were well trained and on point with regards to serving tables, clearing, and keeping drinks refilled.

Great hotel in a weirdish location, but then again I'm just passing through. Got the room for $100 all in taxes and fees. 4 stars because I had to shift a bedside table to plug in a charger for my phone

My wife and I went to the wildwood hotel and got the jacuzzi suite with the king bed on 3-24-19 to celebrate us just getting married that day. I spent $432 on this room to make this night special. So i thought anyway. We showed up and decided to test the jacuzzi. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it long because it gave a very loud annoying vibration sound. We both could not enjoy it. The hotel did not have any extra paper plates so dinner was interesting and to top everything off there was a dirty pair of underwear from the guest before us laying close to the bed that the housekeepers neglected to pick up. It did not make the night as special as we had hoped so we decided to leave very early the next morning. The only reason I gave 1 star is because they were able to work with me to get a early check in for the day of my check in but with the price I had to pay for the room. It was very disappointing

We stayed in the Jacuzzi King Suite during 12/23-12/24 for our 3-year anniversary. The Jacuzzi-style hot tub was great and romantic. I didn't quite like my pillows but overall the sleeping experience was nice. However, on morning before I check out, when I tried to open the closet, I was hurt by the sharp closet door corner. It was just a NORMAL movement of opening a closet, all I did "wrong" was not wearing covered shoes in my own hotel room which I didn't see any problems here. My great toe of my right foot started bleeding immediately. It took me a while to stop the bleeding but I still had to wear flip flops to walk to my car in a cold, snowing morning on Christmas eve. I tried to talk to the front dest agent and the manager and said I was hurt. I also suggested them to fix the problem so that no future guests would get hurt. ALL RESPONSES I GOT was "I got it". NOT even an apology or "I'm sorry to hear about this". Is this the service I deserve after I paid over $200 for a night??? This accident made my whole experience with this hotel from a 5-star to a 1-star. I won't stay here because of their attitude after I told them I got hurt. If you do stay with them, be sure you take care of yourself and your family, because they simply wouldn't care if any accident happens!

Hotel employees were very friendly! The shuttle to our reception was an added bonus! Toilet needed some repair as it ran at times. Overall good experience.

Was disappointed by our stay. For the price we paid, we could have stayed somewhere with a nicer bed and higher quality furniture and service. The tissue box was empty, when I was headed to the shower, noticed there was someone else's hair on the wall of the shower (ew.), and wallpaper was fraying at the top, and the bed quality was not up to par with the price. We were not received with any smiles, but like we were an inconvenience. For the night of our wedding, we were not satisfied with our stay.

This is really a 10 STAR Hotel. The best breakfast anywhere with freshly made omelets to order, lovely layout of all breakfast items and all freshly made, great beds, well appointed & clean hotel and the best staff ever.

The location is great. The hotel room is nice and spacious but it had a very strong smell/frangnance which kept is awake for a while and gave some headache.

Management is inefficient. The customer is definitely not a priority.

Amazing hotel and staff. Our jacuzzi didnt work and they were unable to fix it which was a bummer. They were overly sympathetic and great about the situation and compensated us greatly because they had no rooms available to move us to. Very clean and safe even during the craziness of Covid times. I will definitely stay here again. They are in a great location with great shopping, movie theater, restaurants and even a walgreens in walking distance. A woman at the front desk gave us the most excellent recommendation for a restaurant in town and we couldn't thank her enough. Overall 10 star hotel.

Quaint little place nestled in a miniature village of sorts, excellent if you want something different. Not far from downtown St. Louis, but traffic could be backed up

Breakfast buffet good, changed ballrooms the next day maybe a sign to alert customers to avoid confusion. Bed was way to comfortable double pillowtop not needed. Staff was very friendly and adressed all concerns right away and were very helpful. Concerns were not the hotels fault but they were very helpful anyway. Great stay and very satisfied. Will stay agian if in the area.

Truthfully everything was great. The location, the area, the hotel, the room, parking, everything was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Highly reccomend and will definitely stay here again.

A very nice, fancy hotel. A movie theater, a Starbucks, several restaurants, and a grocery store are all in walking distance. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting family.

The staff was so patient, accomidating, helpful, and friendly. The room was so cute and incredibly clean. We were able to stay in an amazing room with a balcony and stay on a tight budget. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Great for families. Check out the town while you're here.

Do not do room blocks at this hotel, and frankly don't even give them your business! They double and triple charged our wedding guests over a month ago and have yet to refund people the extra charges. Utterly ridiculous and completely unprofessional that this is still an issue over a month later. I spent the week after my wedding dealing with guests telling me that they were getting multiple charges on their rooms. Will never stay there again and I hope this saves anyone else a potential nightmare.

I found this hotel a few years ago when I was traveling alone with 3 kids. I chose it because it was so close to the Police Department and felt safe. We have been back here 3 times since and are extremely happy every single time. The beds and pillows are SO comfy, staff is very nice and helpful, great parking garage, clean rooms, we will absolutely be back next time we travel thru St Louis. I will note for other families looking that the pool is pretty small but it was never an issue for us.

Booked rooms fifty days in advance, confirmed the week before, arrived and desk staff acted like they had no idea what was going on. It was like they were getting us there for one rate and then were trying to up-sell a new check in rate. It was disappointing, as we were there for a family event and so they us had us. Breakfast prices, while not really the issue, were high for the quality and convenience. 15-20 a head. I d go elsewhere or make sure everything is in writing.

Five star hotel!! Profession staff greeted us at the front desk! Room was beautiful! Cute hotel kind of tucked away from the major highways out of Saint Louis. Room could have been dusted of cobwebs from corners but otherwise beautiful hotel. Great location!!

Nice hotel in s nice location. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was that they have to put a hold on $50 per night per room for "incidentals". They say they will release the funds within 7 days of when you check out. This would have been fine if they had notified me of this when I reserved the room. I had two rooms for two nights, so I had to basically give them $200 to hold on to during our vacation that I had not planned to. This was very inconvenient, and I felt like it was because the hotel did not trust us to use the rooms without damaging something. I've never had to do this with any other hotel before. Again, just start notifying guests of this policy before they arrive to check in and have no other option.

Love this room i am huge about taking a hot relaxing bath amd this room had one of the cleanest and biggest jacuzzi tubs right in the room not to mention a shower in the bathroom area as well now usually I don't like a tub in the room but the setup of this one was beautifully done so amazing i will stay again and recommend to friends and family
