Love this Hotel! Beautiful Suite with Jacuzzi! Great People!

Terrific everything after tiring drive through windy, snowy mountains.

Very clean, like new facilities. Very friendly and caring owners and staff. I enjoyed my 2 night stay very much. I've never reviewed a hotel before btw. :)

Loved the Wyoming Cowboy Suite! Very good service as well. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Nice rooms and facilities. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast is a bit better than the "continental" from many hotels, but it is still far from a gourmet breakfast .

Decent clean room for a overnight guest, close to downtown.

What an awesome place to stay! The hospitality, comfort, decor, and ease of location all make this stay a memorable and top favorite. The best part was the fresh and off-odor-free smell of my room when I walked in. My short stay was wonderfully restful!!

Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions for travelers. They let you use pool and jacuzzi after temp check however there aren't any lounge chairs or tables in the room. They have breakfast and very good coffee also. They don't have a restaurant or bar on the premises.

It was a decent hotel. Nothing overtly wrong with it. The floor in the room was pretty dirty with stains and the pool was overchlorinated, but overall a nice place to stay.

Reasonable stay. Bed was very comfortable, room smelled nice, free coffee was good. Tub stopper was kinda broken but still did its job, bathroom fan didn't work. I wish the TV had a sleep setting. All minor complaints really.

Friendly and fast check-in. Room is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a Western (Wyoming) touch. Luv the jetted tub and fireplace (first time we didn't even have minor issues with either and a nice added touch we look for the winter. The largest and nicest Americinn suite with King bed, jetted tub and fireplace we have stayed in.

This should be rated at star without a doubt. Clean rooms, gorgeous lobby, yummy big breakfast, nice owner's and staff, great pool. Everything above and beyond

Been staying there 3 to 4 times per year for 5 years. Always had great service, great breakfasts, hot tub and pool always clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff. Fun Post and Beam style decor. Powdered eggs, a little bit of pealing paint in the bathroom and the doors were squeaky but I would stay there again.

Stayed 7 days in June. Hotel, room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is in a quite location. Staff was amazing especially Vicki and Grant. Was very helpful with anything that came up. Thanks for and amazing week. I now have my go to hotel when I visit Laramie again.

Raised prices for game weekend. I get that but expected the sevice to at least be better. The guest clerck was not overly friendly while checking in or greeting us at night. Not to big of deal but felt we were a bother.

We had a air/heat unit in our room that was broken at the outdoor seal and streaming cold air in all of the time. We rolled a towel up and plugged the leak and could not run the heat. Toldvthe front desk on the night of high winds and sub zero temps outside. He did bring us an extra blanket but still very cold night inside. Probably could have moved us as they were not booked full.

Probably stay somewhere else next time.

The young man at the front desk was not equipped to handle our reservation in a courteous manner. Didn't ask the person making the reservation on the phone earlier to E-mail him a authorization form, wishy washy about needing it when we show up. In general rude behavior. I was waiting outside in the car with 2 young grandchildren. I am being kind by saying 20 minutes. More like a half hour. He didn't know what a fax machine was! I went in and said we are not staying here. I had plenty more to say but...for what?

A group of us 20 firefighters are without a place to stay because the owners rented out our rooms, after we already agreed to rent for 6 straight nights. It was honestly shocking to find out that we are in town from another state keeping the residents safe and the managers of the hotel went back on their end of our business transaction and out 20 people out a place to stay for no spoken reason.

Nice enough, seems like a good value. The mattress came loose from the bed frame. The stopper in the bathroom did not work. These were reported to front desk upon check out. Minor inconveniences, that can be remedied if ownership keeps up with updates. Staff seems attentive.
We have now stayed at this property 3 additional times. Each time better then the last. All the carpet was replaced and everything seems to be new and updated. Staff is exceptional. Pool and hot tub are always clean and inviting. Breakfast is very good.
We have stayed here several time since our first visit. Hotel has been updated with new carpet and paint throughout. The staff at this hotel is exceptional.

FANTASTIC Hotel! Clean clean clean. Very helpful staff. They saved me when the hotel I had booked, in another town, lost my reservation. AmericInn had room, they said yes to dogs, and they gave me great directions. They greeted me with a smile knowing I was the one left out in the cold. I ended up winning the lottery when I fell upon this location; the hotel was ten times better then where I would have stayed. The beds were perfect and the rooms have great space. Even the chair at the desk, in the room, was comfortable. This hotel looks brand new; the deco is wonderful.
I was so pleased they had a dog area to potty dogs (they even supplied bags). My only suggestion would be to fence the area; may be a short 4' foot would do. And to put some bushes next to the rock pillars by the entry on the East doors. This would keep the dogs from wanting to potty on the rocks. I will come back for sure. (P.S. the dog fees are a bit high but they seem to be the current trend. Some hotels are realizing the prices don't need to be so high--would be nice to have other hotel chains review their pricing.)

Beautiful hotel, the lobby is finished like a ski Lodge and is very cozy.

If only the beds of Rivendell were this soft or the feasts of Rohan were this grand.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, delicious, hot breakfast !

Checked in about 11pm. Decided to rest during a road trip. Desk clerk was very nice. Room clean and comfortable. Best part is that accept dogs, so my St. Bernards were comfortable too.

Great friendly hospitality, clean room, nice breakfast bar. Beautiful Western decor.

Bad customer services on the 8/11 night. Young men with bad attitude and didn't know what That'she was doing. The room was fine. The manager tried to make it right the next day which was a good thing

Had yet another wonderful stay at the AmericInn of Laramie, Wyo! We've been staying there 4-5 times a year gor the past 4 years, and we've never had a bad ecperience. Their customer service is impeccable. Their employee, Vicki, was so cheerful and is always greeting us with a smile in the mornings when we enter the breakfast room. She keeps the food and coffee hot and even offered me a Gluten Free muffin when I shared with her that I couldn't eat the pancakes. Waffles, or biscuits. The eggs and sausage have always been my favorite. But she went out of her way to get me a muffin. Grant, at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant as well. Thanks so much for so many lovely nights in Laramie!

Very clean and relatively inexpensive. Other then runny gravy for the the biscuits, it was a great stay! Nice hot tub and pool.

Friendly staff, very clean, very nice place. Coming from California it's so nice to find such a decent place with available 2-queen rooms for under $100!

Went here as a backup plan for an outdoor birthday. Very reasonable price to rent a conference room for a couple hours. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

We stayed for the night. While driving cross country. Grant was extremely helpful. I accidentally left my lumbar pillow and they were amazing enough to mail it out to me in Miami, FL. Stayed in a bunch of places but this one came thru for us.

Great Prices, Great Customer Service, Great Pool & Hot Tub, I'd stay there again.

First off the only reason I dropped 2 stars is because of the terribly slow wifi, for someone who needs to work late into the night slow wifi doubles the time it takes to get the research, so so so slow, a part from that the inn is very nice, breakfast is nice with (on Tuesdays) hand cheese omlets. The pool and jacuzzi are also a nice touch, room is fine, clean and just in general nothing wrong with it.

So clean and loved their staff, yummy check in cookies and great breakfast. Pool wasn't too cold and beds were comfy!!

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Disappointed that they would not give me credit for my stay on my hotel membership. Had the same problem in Florida.

It was ok nothing fancy or even really nice stands out about this place. The pool is closed, the gym is closed, and the breakfast is a joke. A bottle of water and a cereal bar is not a breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was excellent. Amenities were great. Morning breakfast was good. Place is big and pleasant looking. Staff courteous and wearing mask. Desk clerk disenfects after each guest.

We had to stay there because Hampton over booked. They tried to charge us anyhow even though Hampton was paying. It wasn't that great of a place

Nice lobby rooms are not as nice as the lobby. Issue with overcharge on the bill was taken care of after talking to the manager. Nice pool area.

If you like stains of unknown origin on your carpeting (and remember this is a pet friendly hotel) then this place is for you! Nothing fancy, front desk clerk was nice but could only respond ( upon request to change rooms due to stains) that all rooms would more than likely be the same until they replaced the carpeting. Wow! Lucky us! Breakfast lady was the best but breakfast bar was mediocre. Complimentary coffee in lobby had empty flavor jugs and cream looked old. All in all we would not recommend a stay here due to cleanliness issues. Friendly and honest employees turned my wallet in but that's not enough to save this place for me. Maybe they could email us when they get the carpeting changed- and keep some rooms pet free for us who have pets at home but prefer to let them go outside to go potty. We ended up putting towels all over the floor to walk on.

One of my favorite hotels, the service is great, Vicki does her best to help you, she works hard and you can tell she takes pride in her job. Jeff at the desk was very helpful in finding interesting things to do and see. My daughter is at the University, so we get to visit Americinn often.

Exactly what you needed after a long drive! Nice beds. They are so comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. They very nice. Had homemade chicken noodle soup. Chocolate chip cookies. It was like coming home. The best hotel by far that we have been to.

My family and I stayed 1 night on our way from Denver to Yellowstone. I had a very pleasant stay from the moment I checked in until we left the next day. The staff was great and our room was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well, plenty of items to choose from. I would recommend this hotel as a great clean space to rest your head.

Very grateful for all the staffs professionalism as well as the spectacular cleanliness in the rooms while I recovered from surgery. Thank you all.

Very clean, good service. 1 star down because the shower (handicapped room) was so tiny and without anywhere to put shampoo, etc. Breakfast was definitely far above average. There is a daily hot breakfast special and we had cheese omelettes with diced ham and potatoes. There was also granola, cereal, pancakes and waffles. Would definitely stay here again

This place is NICE! I was a little leery of the name, I normally stay at the Holiday Inn or Marriott. But this place was updated, beautiful and CLEAN! I had to stay in a pet room this time with my dog. I always dred that the room will be beat up and smell of urine. This room was spotless! If I come through this way again, I will stay here.

Clean, good service and a reasonable price. Parking lot is right out front and convenient. Location is central in Laramie and few minutes drive to most places.

Covid precautions not being enforced. Was charged 175 for a small room with malfunctioning ac. Guests in the lobby bragging about not wearing masks... avoid.

This place was great, right off of i80. The room was very clean and the hotel had a very cozy log cabin theme. Good breakfast (they had organic granola/almond milk), I didn't try the pool, but it was a good price and with the incredible mountain view it was definitely a memorable stay.

This place was so good I stayed two days. The beds are so comfy, the rooms are really clean, the staff are helpful and they have all the extras, including the soup they make for you as you come to check-in from the cold. The staff, they were SO caring and really made you feel special. You will feel rested after one night here... I highly recommend them.

Very clean with everything you need. Guest laundry, well kept gym, alright breakfast. My only complaint was the heating system was noisy.

Nice enough. But the fact that you have no control to swap inputs on the tv is trash for this day and age. Some people bring game systems or DVD players with them and yall ruin that experience. Wont be staying here again.

The hotel is immaculately kept and the staff is warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, clean and have real quality bedding and padding. I was surprised at the complementary soup to warm you up from 4-8pm. That was a welcome surprise that you just dont see.... classy touch.
Coffee bar is actually very good and they have all of the flavor options. The pool area was clean and very well maintained. Log cabin theme was darling... beautifully decorated. Pet friendly. Good ,hot breakfast. You'll enjoy your stay here.

Nice pool and jacuzzi, nice jetted tub. Carpet needs cleaning badly! Bed very comfortable, but the room was loud with plumbing noises.
