I just ate at the Wild Wings in HH, I usually go to the Bluffton one because of the live music & great service. Tonight I had the worse experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've been to. First of all the server forgot the burger my brother order, she never apologized or said anything about it, thinking maybe we forgot about it? When we got the check we saw we didn't get charged so she erased it. Most of the serves don't write down the orders but for future reference they NEED TO so stuff like this doesn't happen! Second, there was a hair in my wings.. The young black lady (server) when she brought the food out we never saw her again, never offered us refills on our drinks, never asked if everything was okay or anything, she didn't come by the table at all. She would just pass through like if we weren't her table at all. The table behind us was a table of white males; she brought their food out and few minutes later she went to their table and asked if they were doing okay.... I'm Hispanic myself, I do not know if I should take it as racist thing or she was just embarrassed that she forgot to put in the burger, I really don't know. I had to get the other server for my check and 2 boxes to go, because she was too busy sitting down at the banch by the entrance. The young man was nice to check us out and even though he shouldn't had apologized for his coworkers mistakes he did. This is absolutely the worse experience I've ever had! We did not leave a tip AT ALL because she DID NOT DESERVE IT!!
