The hostess was SO rude to us, like others have stated. We requested a boothe (I have a bad back) and she refused to seat us in one! (There were 12 boothes open and it wasn't busy!!) Also, she was scratching her hair/playing (long braided hair) with her hair when we walked in. I used to work in the restaurant business and understand how rotation goes with servers. However, to refuse to seat a paying customer at a boothe, not a very good first impression. Not to mention, she didn't welcome us in either or seem enthusiastic about her job. If you're going to be a hostess, you're the first impression on a customer, saying hello with a smile and welcoming people in goes a long way! Our server, Chandler, was awesome!! 10 out of 10 stars for him! We let him know of our concerns and he moved us to a boothe - excellent customer service!! He was very friendly and spectacular. It does put a damper on our experience though, please re-train that hostess and give her a 411 on customer service skills! Probably wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend because of that hostess- rude!
