My girlfriends and I booked this trip as a one-night 'get away' girls' trip. We reserved in advance spa appointments for 2pm on the day of arrival. The spa was clean, friendly, and professional. The hotel staff was somewhat helpful and accommodating. I say somewhat, because we asked where the spa was (no signage from the lobby), and we were led half way to our destination, then given direction, which still ended up being a bit confusing. Directions to the elevator were confusing as well. Also, I had requested early arrival check-in because of our appointments. I was told they would try, but there would be no guarantee the room would be ready. That would've been fine, had, at the time of our arrival upon checking in, they told us our room was not ready, but we witnessed other people checking in and receiving the keys to their room. I will say the room was decent, and they even thought to leave us with 3 of almost everything, since we reserved 3 people to the room. The water pressure of the shower was amazing compared to other hotels. And the TV in the bathroom was a nice touch.
