The spa was overpriced for the service we received...

The spa was overpriced for the service we received, and majority of staff did not seem very personable. The rooms were renovated, but appeared to be done so on a budget. We didn't mind that look, but felt it made the hotel seem overpriced. A small detail, but there were no slippers and very limited selection to the coffee and tea in the room: something we expected to be standard given the price we paid for the suite. Nonetheless, we appreciated that the hotel was very conscious about incorporating green initiatives into their practices, including offering $5/night for choosing not to have guests towels changed daily
