Beautiful rooms and grounds. We were there for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. I can't think of anything to complain about

I had my wedding here this past Friday, and it was amazing! The year of planning with Alicia (the wedding organizer) was a breeze and she was such a great person to work with! The rooms were very tidy and beautiful. The food at our wedding was amazing and the service was great!!! Our only complaint is the bar service was not up to our standards.

Spent last weekend at White Oaks Resort and Spa, and it was wonderful. I didn't get a chance to use the amenities and restaurant but the hotel service was great! I like to return so I can enjoy all of the resort and try out the spa! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Thanks White Oaks for the nice time :)

Very posh establishment. I felt so out of place. However, Jennica helped us start to plan our wedding reception. They maybe posh and fancy, but they can work with your budget anywhere.

Hotel grounds and room well kept. Check-in process efficient, friendly and courteous. Staff followed up with call shortly after we arrived in hotel room to make sure everything was fine. We had the suite with 2 double beds ans sofa bed on the 4th. It was clean and tidy as expected. Very quiet considering that there were a fair amount of guests. Pillows were a bit too soft and could be improved.

We visited fitness facilities on a Friday morning and it was fairly busy - I think as a hotel guest you would need to consider pre-booking space for your activities - it is a very comprehensive facility and you can read more about it on the website.

My wife and I visited the spa for massages. While service was adequate and staff were friendly, I think the spa fell a bit short of our expectations compared to others we've been to of the same caliber. E.g. no choice of oil, staff was not as comprehensive in establishing your requests/expectations - e.g. amount of pressure prior to starting the massage. Some of these small things do make a difference and I think this spa can consider these.

Location is great, walking distance to the outlet mall and 10-15 min drive into Niagara and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Overall, we will visit again.

Very clean with friendly staff. If you enjoy playing tennis or squash, then it's the best place to stay. The gym is big too and the pool is clean. If you want to go shopping, you can walk to Niagara outlet.

Service was wonderful. LIV restaurant was a very nice intimate dining experience well worth every penny.

Have stayed here multiple times now and the experience is always great. Not too far from Niagara on the lake or the falls and walking distance to a huge outlet mall. Rooms are well kept and amenities are good. Attached restaurants are also good albeit a little bit pricey.

Attended a bridal shower here last weekend. Food was on the high-average-to-good range, nice venue, clean facilities (although remarkably busy for a Sunday!)

Visiting the White Oaks has become a yearly tradition. Great service from the moment you walk in until you head back home. Their on-site restaurants are amazing. You can never go hungry. If you're vegan, you'll love the selection at Play Urban Cafe. The gym is fully equipped, and I mean fully. Oh the steam room is a must. The rooms are always clean and quite spacious. The hotel is across the street from a really nice outdoor outlet mall and about 15 minute drive to the main street in Niagara on the Lake (Queen Street). Don't forget the wineries, where some are only a 5 minute drive away. Great for a romantic or family getaway.

Stayed at White Oaks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We booked the spa and it was a wonderful experience for both of us to feel more than special. The customer service at White Oaks is outstanding. They are Food was amazing. I highly recommend White Oaks.

A fantastic stay at a very conveniently located resort. Excellent service, food, and facilities! For anyone who likes to exercise while travelling, this place has top notch fitness facilities that includes classes, a sauna and steam room, and squash and tennis courts! Highly recommend!

Driven past White Oaks numerous times, so this was my wife and mines 1st ever stay at White Oaks. My wife surprised me for Christmas with a life experience gift card and I found a great deal on their site. The deal included a nights stay in one of the standard rooms (very spacious) a wine tour and tasting at Ravine vineyards and $25 off vouchers for both breakfast and the spa at the resort. They blew us away with first impressions, they had concierge greet us at the front as we pulled in and directed us where to check in. Some other places do this but this one felt more friendly and like an actual resort, not some big chain hotel. Check in was quick, easy, very informative and we had no issues or delays. The room was great standard with a king bed, very clean we had a bottle of wine from the vineyard we were going to tour waiting in our room, washroom was clean, food size had a mini TV which was a nice added touch. We did find the washroom in comparison to the room a bit dated, especially the shower which was an insert unit and was a dull yellow. Beds were great, 3 pillows which was odd we could of asked for another but I was fine with the one and my wife took the two. Ravine vineyard was great, this was both of our 1st wine tour and we enjoyed it. The resort is big has lots of amenities including the spa, pool and squash courts so boring is kinda out of the question especially with the Niagara outlets across the street (good deals if you take the time to look) . 3 restaurants for the choosing LIV which is on the fancy side but great, Play which has a sports bar feel, pub food and Grow kitchen & cafe which is casual, farm fresh healthy type of food. We had breakfast at LIV and it was fantastic and the coffee was excellent, the spa was very relaxing, my wife and I went for massages and facials highly recommended everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Stayed at club level, the room was clean but carpet was stained. The bathrooms are outdated, but supplies provided of good quality. Service was decent, with the exception of front desk at checkout where mysterious breakfast charges appear on the bill, and the. having to wait for them to dig up breakfast receipts just so you can say it s not your signature. It s a decent location if you re there to shop and amenities are good for the area.

Stayed here last year and it was great. This year we where put in a room that was straight out of the 80 s. We paid $370 for a room that was sub par. The tv was super old and blurry, the bathroom countertop was peeling, the shower/bathtub was probably from the 80 s. The conceierge was rude and un-helpful. We called down for a pillow which they forgot about. Restaurant food was also sub par and the service as well. This morning they forgot about us and didn t approach the table for 20min. Complete 180 from the last time we stayed here. Won t be coming back if this is the new standard.

Spent a weekend here & absolutely loved the spa services! Bonus that prime outlets are literally across the street - perfect ladies weekend away!

This place needs major updating.

A fine place to hold summer weddings and receptions, easily accessed from 407 and QEW from both Toronto and Niagara. The landscaped garden layout is exceptional with very nicely planted flower beds and shrubbery. The large and well appointed dining hall on the First Floor offered a fine Italian menu (there may be other choices on demand !)
The minus point is the lift access to the First Floor and the lack of toilet facilities on that floor or near the open garden reception areas.
And if it is good sunny weather and you have to sit on the lawns, do be sure to pack a sunshade or umbrella !
They could also do with a small reception desk at the parking area to direct guests attending a large party.

The staff at the company Christmas dinner were very friendly and kept up the good work throughout the night.

Recently attended the Pearl Gloves Charity Event at White Oakes, and everything was top notch. The staff were attentive; the washrooms were clean, well-stocked, and frequently attended to; the food was amazing, and the drinks were reasonably priced considering the potential with the location/event. The event itself was nothing short of impressive. The setup, the fights, the a/v, and all the crowd and attendees helped make it ana amazing night which raised over $135,000 towards MS Research.

I am a club member. This place is excellent on many different levels.

The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff. Like the location and the gardens. The restaurants need to improve on their food quality to match the hotel. Liv restaurant, halibut was overcooked and dry but the Tuna dish was good. The lunch was forgettable at the other restaurant there.

Great facility with caring staff who take care of all your needs.

Rooms were nice, despite the double beds. All the amenities we're fantastic. The squash Corey's and fitness facilities were top notch

Another wonderful girls weekend at White Oaks. Spacious rooms, shopping and excellent food & drink at the bar, especially the Sangria pitcher!

Perfection and attention to details. This resort/club is beautiful. The staff of course pull this all together with the friendliness and the service you would probably expect. Was my first time there and I was very well impressed.
Valet at the front door. Les Clefs d'Or certified concierge in property, Work out areas, courts for this and that, Spa, Meeting and event space plus more I'm sure. The back courtyard, pond and reception terrace is where we were and was perfect for the birthday we were attending. Combo of in and out. Washrooms were close. Plenty of space for 125 or so attending. Can't wait to return again. I thought the message in the trash can was funny but out of place for this club. I didn't take as many pics but I'm sure there's plenty on google.

Was at the resort & spa last weekend for a wedding. What a wonderful place to have a wedding. The ceremony was held on the grounds, the reception was stellar! Great food, wonderful decor, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms with comfortable beds make this a place worth staying at again!

Conference facilities and rooms were great. The staff made every effort to make sure things ran smoothly. The fitness centre is AMAZING. I would book a trip just for that. It's hard to highlight one item because everything was just so well done, but if I had to then I'd say the fitness center would have to be it. I'm really hoping we go back there next year!

We had a small problem with our room and the staff were outstanding in dealing with it. Pure 100% customer service. We were very pleased. Our breakfast was included in our room rate and it was a great portion size and delicious. 2nd time here and they always impress us.

Everyone was friendly, pool area smelled too chemical (chlorine) was charged a $15 facility fee on our bill...charges to everyone on top of their rate

I love White Oaks and we've been going for mini getaways for years. Last year we were disappointed. The heater kept making loud noises and after a few hours they finally came and replaced it. The shower was one of those prefabbed ones that are really a 'dive'. Not sure whether they were in the middle of renovations. After complaining about those two things, they send me a voucher for a free night but it was very 'time restrained' and I was unable to use it within the small window of time that they allowed. I have a couple of days off at the end of Jan and would like to go again. I wonder if they'll give me some break if I try to use the voucher....
The spa is great!

White oaks is a resort, that offers a separate membership to allow people to use their gym. The location is close to my school (Niagara college) so it's convenient to go there during my brakes in between classes.

My wife and I went to the spa because we heard great things about the resort from a family member that has gone several times...for a good reason, because it's amazing! The Spa for one thing is beautiful! In the summer you can go outside in the courtyard to enjoy the rays or simply fresh air and can also go in the fall because they have a propane fire pit which can keep you warm. There is also a state of the art fitness room and sauna, pool with hot tub. Biggest seller for my wife and I was the spa which the staff were professional and polite as well as very accommodating. Will be staying there with the wife overnight sometime to enjoy the full experience!

Came here for our anniversary weekend celebration. Service at the hotel was amazing - the hotel is nicely taken care of and a very comfortable stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean. This trip will be especially memorable as I got engaged here! We really appreciated the coupons for the restaurants in the hotel as an added bonus. We ate at Liv for breakfast twice and the food was great! Everyone made our anniversary, and now engagement day, special! Thank you Eric at the front door, especially, for your wonderful and caring hospitality.

I myself work for a cleaning business for the government, and i found this hotel to be 10/10 out of cleanliness.
I would recommend everyone to stay here.
Always hot water in the shower and the beds are super comfy!!

Second time visiting. Beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, especially in the garden. Nice staff. Great spa services. Rooms are a generous size.

We had a staff lunch at Play and it was lovely. The wait staff were friendly and the good was delicious. One of my co-workers is vegan and the vegan options on the menu are great. It was a great place to gather right before the holidays and I hope to return again soon.

We did not stay here but we had dinner here.
There were many plant based meals for me and many other excellent choices for the rest of our group.

Upon arrival we decided to upgrade our room to a suite for our wedding anniversary. We were visiting for a wedding. The room smelled like mold and dirt. The bathroom floor was sticky forcing us to wear shoes. We would have asked to change rooms but we had to get ready for the wedding so we decided to just deal with it. When we got back in the evening to the stinky room we were not happy to realize the mattress was so worn that it dipped into the centre and had had lumps. Impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower stall if you could call it that was a prefab shower that was so small my husband had to leave the door open to be able to lift his arms. All that and I would have just left it as a bad experience, but at check out. The lady serving me was rude and cold. Never even asked me how my stay was. Her blazer was stained and ill fitting (not that it matters but shouldn t it?) and she never even looked up at me. I then said once I had paid, you didn t even ask how our stay was. She became annoyed and said so how was it? . I said awful and she just rolled her eyes. I walked out. I wasn t looking for anything but as a business owner feedback is important as I want people to come back. I guess in this case they aren t interested in a return client. We would never go back.
