Upon arrival we decided to upgrade our room to a suite for our wedding anniversary. We were visiting for a wedding. The room smelled like mold and dirt. The bathroom floor was sticky forcing us to wear shoes. We would have asked to change rooms but we had to get ready for the wedding so we decided to just deal with it. When we got back in the evening to the stinky room we were not happy to realize the mattress was so worn that it dipped into the centre and had had lumps. Impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower stall if you could call it that was a prefab shower that was so small my husband had to leave the door open to be able to lift his arms. All that and I would have just left it as a bad experience, but at check out. The lady serving me was rude and cold. Never even asked me how my stay was. Her blazer was stained and ill fitting (not that it matters but shouldn t it?) and she never even looked up at me. I then said once I had paid, you didn t even ask how our stay was. She became annoyed and said so how was it? . I said awful and she just rolled her eyes. I walked out. I wasn t looking for anything but as a business owner feedback is important as I want people to come back. I guess in this case they aren t interested in a return client. We would never go back.
