Went here for our baby moon, it's right across the street from the shopping outlets which is convenient. The staff was very kind and even sent my wife and I some desserts and a bottle of San Pellegrino with a congrats card on the baby. My only problem was the lack of a shuttle going to the Niagara strip but wasn't enough of a problem for them to lose a star. Rooms are nice for a old hotel as this one, but they do have newer renovated ones.
