We were grateful for an early check-in and a lovely concierge, but the rooms were extremely dated and looked nothing like the photos. Bathroom vanity sink had no hot water entire stay. Breakfast buffet was standard, but not great if you have any food restrictions/allergies. The club portion of the hotel was wonderful and lots going on for the family in terms of fitness. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Niagara on the Lake.
