Can't get these guys to answer. VM is always full. Don't think they care about service, not quite sure how they are business.

Avoid at all costs. I have shipped in areas this company tries to service for years.
The best way I can describe them is a black hole that gobbles up your freight never to be seen again.

Waiting on a delivery for a week. Secretary was extremely rude. She basically said it was outside the area when it was clearly in their map zone. Do NOT use!!!!! The company that I purchased the product from will not be using them anymore. I gave them 6 other companies to use in Fresno area.

I had to indirectly deal with this company when I worked at the concession service in Yosemite for 30+ years, and saw many items damaged, late, or lost completely. Now I have had a direct experience. We ordered a compact refrigerator from a specialty company in Texas who offered free shipping anywhere. I was horrified when I learned they were going to ship with White Bear. We waited for a week after its arrival in Fresno, and called for an ETA, and were told it was out for delivery and would be in my area that afternoon. They never showed up. We called, and the response was "we don't go there" (they were 15 mi. away), and "oh, well, that's the way it goes". We were told it would be another week! The only reason these guys are still in business is no competition.

Ordered a mini quad for my son, and after calling UPS Freight who told me they would deliver on a specific date. Come to find out it was the deliver date they would be turning over to White Bear and not the actual date White Bear would deliver. I've had shipments through these guys before and seems there is a trend between all carriers not taking account into the service time between them and White Bear. They are a friendly, professional carrier to work with all around either way with solid communication.

I ordered a shipment from Costco. Costo said the delivering company would contact me prior to delivery. White Bear DID not contact me but just showed up. I was not there to accept delivery. The driver said he would call before coming to my residence to verify that we were both in agreement of the delivery day. He did not call. I tried to call him but kept receiving the message that his mail box was not yet set up. I tried calling the company within the advertised time frame that they claimed to be open. They did not answer the phone. The system then transferred me to voice mail That gave me the message that the mail box was full. I conclude that this company is POORLY managed.

I am an owner operator, needed a freight dock to work an axle weight issue and was directed to White Bear. Reasonable price and no damage to my load.

Well just one more customer hoping they are able to recover their package from this black hole. My package arrived in Fresno a week ago. After repeated calls to the original shipper, and discovering white bear had sent my package up to Oakhurst, I have gotten them to agree to bring it back to Fresno so I can pick it up myself at their warehouse! Wish me luck! I'm hoping I don't disappear into that black hole!

Helped me out a lot when shipping to remote areas of Fresno County. Friendly owner too, use them if need be!

Have received several shipments using this company. The the driver who delivers to my area has always been professional and courteous.
Tony calls to schedule deliveries and works with customers to coordinate convenient deliveries in the mountain community.
The company usually alerts customers to potential problems and possible damage that may have occurred before they received the a shipment.

I work with a 3rd party logistics company that consistently uses White Bear for P&D in rural Fresno County. They put an emphasis on communication and timely delivery

I've used White Bear Transportation twice now for two different shipments to my house in Coarsegold CA and both times they have been on time and my shipments were in perfect condition. Their Driver Steve does a great job of placing my deliveries just were I wanted them. I will definitely use them again.

Filing with Fresno DA. ordered something that was damaged, returned it ordered again, had to go pick it up (paid them for shipping). Second item, was told delivery in our area every Thursday, you got it, not enough deliveries to make it cost effected. Called numerous times, never rec'd a call back so you guessed it, going to Fresno to pick it up. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING IF THE END RESULT IS "WHITE BEAR" I suggest you do the same.

Scared of the previous reviews, but everything turned out good. My box was in perfect shape, driver showed up during scheduled appointment window.

Cannot reach by phone and you cannot even leave a voicemail because its full. Missed 4 pickups over a week period.

do not use this business. they made a appointment and did not show then i called and they said it would be monday after they had my package for three days i will

piss poor, i have been in transportation for 30 years and this is the only company i have called and they will not answer the phone during normal hours. i called them over and over and after about 30 mins i finally had a person answer the phone and then was told he did not have time to look up a pro# for a load that was to deliver 2 days ago. use at your own risk

This company is a f*****g joke. Can't seem to deliver a package, can't seem to coordinate a delivery day or time, won't even show up on the day they say they'll come, can't seem to even take calls or have a voicemail box that isn't always full. We had to physically drive down an hour away and have them load our package into the truck in order to even receive our package at all. And when they loaded our package, the box had strict instructions NOT TO LOAD from a particular end. And what did they do? Pick up the side that isn't supposed to be picked up with a forklift and loaded it right on. This company is a serious let down. I'll advise against anyone ever using them.

3 mornings now I have been told my delivery would be that day at a specific time so I have taken off work. I finally called end of day to be told the drivers went home early with no notification to me and will now have to wait until Monday hopefully. 6 days after expected delivery date. Didn't help custermer service girl was rude after asking why I was not notified my delivery was cancelled again " we don't do that" she promises we will be first 9a Monday but I'm in disbelief. She also explained she has no contact information for owner/manager Bill so she can not ask him to call me when he had the chance but I can try coming in Monday. So I need to be at two places at once at the office and delivery 51 miles apart. Disaster!!!!!! No communication

They have had my shipment sitting on their dock for six days so far and not delivered it.

I know little old ladies who could drive a truck better than the driver they sent us. Unless I don't have a choice. I wouldn't use this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Delayed shipments, missing shipments, DAMAGED shipments. How do you lose a car for a month!?!?! When I called to ask about a missed delivery and the expected delivery time, I was given a non-specific time frame and told "there are worse things that could happen".

DO NOT USE THEM!

They will hang onto packages for days to weeks at a time before delivering, give you the run around if you call, or tell you to pick it up at their warehouse. I m trying to figure out how they are still in business, treating their customers so badly.

Was nervous after seeing all the negative reviews previously posted, however our experience was very positive.

The company was very courteous and prompt. When we contacted the customer service number the individual was very polite and helpful he was able to locate our information and item. It did take several attempts to contact the driver however this might have been due to cell reception in our area. Within two hours of calling our item arrived and was unloaded within five minutes. Also the item arrived one day earlier then anticipated so we did not have to take a day off of work for delivery. The driver was very skilled in backing up the semi truck down our long driveway. He was very respectful and careful in unloading the item. Due to the items size and weight he even moved it through several gates in order to place it where we wanted it. Additionally our location is somewhat different to find but the driver appeared to be knowledgeable in the area and road locations. The driver was mindful of social distancing which is so important right now.

I would recommend others to use this company and will use them again in the future. Justin Reeder

This company is a joke, when you order something request the seller not to use this company, they scheduled deliveries and don't show up. Vm is always full and when you talk to them there very rude. It's been a couple of weeks and still no package had to call my seller and cancel the order and let them deal with them. Save frustration and time stay away from this company

So incredibly rude and unhelpful! Jim made it very clear that policies take priority over customer service! They only deliver once a week, and allow the purchasing company to tell you an item has been delivered when it absolutely hasn't. It's unfortunate if your package lands at this place.

Best group of people you could ever meet! It would be a mistake not to use them for any of your freight transportation needs!

This company does not deliver if the weather is bad. When you call they can be rude.Very poor customer service. Twice I have had to drive to their warehouse to pick up my items because they had held them for over a week. Do not use this company.

Best customer service. So friendly. Great price on delivering large sheet products. Fast!
