Toilet ran constantly.. Due to leak. Bed and shower awesome, parking is over 15 bucks a day also... Ridiculous

Hotel was nice but parking is little difficult and little expensive.

This is one very nice hotel (I usually stay in Courtyards). The decor, the fine touches were all very impressive. The bed - comfy. The shower - exotic. Alas the HVAC was terribly noisy. In fact, another guest said they had the same problem! I did report it to the desk but since I was an Airline refugee (I was there on the airline's nickel) there wasn't much to do for my lack of sleep.

It seemed like a great place at first but after staying for the weekend I wouldn't go back. The room service was beyond the normal ridiculous price range, the beds were comfortable and most of the staff was friendly but the general lack of upkeep and overall overpricing just left me irritated.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is there isn't a lot of restaurant options within walking distance.

The room was quite clean. Service was prompt and efficient.

I really liked The Westin and I liked that I did not have to pay for parking my car.

Clean place, good customer service but awful parking.

My flight was canceled so Dallas Texas airport gave me a voucher to spend the night. The room was comforting, quiet and very clean. I woke up relaxed and ready for my next flight on my journey.

Full service hotel. Has everything and is located near multiple things to do in Dallas.

It s a beautiful hotel. Quiet when I stayed. The charge for parking is a bit much $18/night. Very business oriented. Starbucks coffee in room. TV system could use an update. Unfortunately I had to arrive in the morning after my reservation due to a storm. I called ahead and had them note that I would pay for the first night, if I could come into the room when I got there the next morning, early. Unfortunately the note was not posted and they had no room for me when I arrived the next day.

This place was extremely caring about the customer experience.
And although price line misrepresented the offer.
The management went to many lengths to see we became comfortable in what was an experience we could not really afford.
I am most grateful for the manager.

Nice place, I'd had liked to have a few items in the fridge when I got there, I'd had freely paid the premium price for a few cokes.

Convenient location. Nice lobby. Rooms were not great.

Nice room. Elevators took forever, I mean at least 4 minutes each time. Terrible parking. No elevator on the 7th and 8th floor of the garage. I saw a woman with a broken leg hobble down the stairs.

Hotel is nice and updated. The parking is less than ideal, having to pay to park in a garage that is separate from the hotel, but it's not terrible. Staff is helpful and the rates are very reasonable. My family would come back here.

Apparently there is no stairs at least that is what we were told when trying to find stairs instead of waiting 20mins to take an elevator I thought stairs legally had to be available in hotels , the bar tender was horribly rude when we asked where the stairs were also kids were playing in the gym unsupervised and trying to get into the pool after hours.the fire alarm also went off and then we were told it was a false alarm. Earlier when trying to go to the gym people brought 20 kids into the gym and weight room area, some of the kids were 3 and 4 year olds. My partner almost got hurt because one of the kids rolled a ball into the treadmill and the treadmill ubruptly stopped he fell and was ok I m glad he didn t break his neck. There needs to be a sign or more monitoring. Was not expecting a workout with screaming unwatched toddlers a gym is not a playground. Been a really bad experience will never be using Westin again.

Worse hotel service I ve ever received. I checked in and was given the wrong room that was OCCUPIED! And then I needed the room I was given cleaned and had to ask over and over again. Until I actually had to call cooperate customer service. After the room got cleaned the maid only changed the sheets, didn t empty the trash can, didn t change the towels, didn t replace anything. And the attendants at the counter were extremely rude! Worst experience ever

Room smells like smoke and the room and bathroom are old, needs an upgrade. Not what I expected from a Westin.

Had a great time at the closing party of our tournament.

I came to the hotel for a wedding, and it couldn't of been any better. I was just a guest, but the workers treated me and many others so well, and they kept the food in prestine condition and made sure the area was clean. I'm happy they made the wedding so special for my cousins, and I hope to use it for mine in the future

Very fast check-in process. Friendly staff. The decor was very tasteful and modern. My room was very clean and the bathroom was super roomie. My view was very nice. Will stay again for sure.

The hotel is gorgeous, but I was attending an event and there was absolutely NO parking in the parking garage but I was still charged $9 to leave and had to park down the street and walk.

Great location and nice set up. Rooms were great and they are great about trying to meet your needs.

Avoid this hotel if you had two. The baseboards on my room were even plastered to the walls the toilet had no water pressure and the elevators broke and every one was stuck on the floors for a hour. Not to mention that we had no phone service in our room period

I booked through Hotwire. Was charged by Hotwire. There was some communication problem between the hotel and Hotwire. At check in I waited an hour for the "fax" from Hotwire to reach the hotel. It never came. The hotel finally checked me in and said the would follow up with Hotwire. They had my confirmation number and actually had phone conversations with Hotwire while I was standing there.
I checked out and they gave me a record of no charges to my credit card. I even got free parking. One MONTH later a charge for $458.00 hits my credit card. Luckily I watch my statements closely. So apparently the policy is to just go ahead and charge your credit card and hope you don't call with any questions. NO CALL to me, or Email, or FAX (smoke signal, messenger pigeon) to let me know they never resolved the issue with Hotwire and Now expect full payment from me.
Hotwire has called the hotel and assures me the charge will be reversed.......We will see. Watch your credit card statements for months after staying at this hotel. Apparently the think they can use your card without explanation. Other than that...Nice hotel.

expensive parking? I hate paid parking at a hotel already spending 200 on the room you are going to charge me 30 to park?

Clean rooms, delicious food, and great service. The only thing missing was secure (instead of open/public) Wi-Fi for guests.

If you want to be charged every time you move then this is the place to stay. Stayed for three nights during a Supernatural Convention in 2012 and found the place amongst the least friendly and hospitable of all our stay overs during our five weeks in the US. Couldn't recommend it unless you're desparate or someone else is paying. Even then it is second rate.

The front desk is absolutely disrespectful! The rooms are very nice very clean but because of the bad service I will not attend this hotel again. A front desk representative by the name "Aura" helped me and I asked a simple question nothing to big, about my room billing. She didn't know and politely told me to wait till 5pm for accounting b/c they where not in at the time (10am). I said no problem, I asked her another question and she completely hung up on me. So I called back maybe the phone got disconnected, I was greeted and I told her " maybe the call got disconnected" and she just hung up on me again. Called back again, I was certain that it's wasn't her just hanging up on me maybe it was my servicesz I called 1 more time and she did the same, but she did not hung up right so she was still on the line and I was absolutely shocked how disrespectful was she being. She basically cussed me out, over a simple question on what time I have to turn in my key. I have never been so disappointed in Westin. I always come to this hotel. As well as the one in Houston Tx,Californa and Dallas. I will be finding another hotel !!

Nice hotel! Very convenient location in the Dallas area. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very flat. Had to triple up to find comfort.

We stayed one night and our stay was very pleasant. The lounge area is nice to sit around and enjoy the evening. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city. Employees were nice and check in & out was a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again.

Two day weekend overnight stay. First night room was unacceptable. After complaint 2nd night room was awesome! Also got free movie. Staff was terrific. Room service was better than I expected.

The charges on the credit card were inaccurate and they were rude about fixing it and it took almost a week to get charges on card reversed. Do not use a debt card.

There is nothing around here which means you have to eat at the hotel restaurant which is horrible. The food is fine but the service staff are completely incompetent. The rooms were fine and the set up for a conference was alright. I just wish there was more you could do in walking distance to get the feel for Dallas.

Great Hotel. Wonderfully accommodating for a large business function. Staff was a dream. Room was perfect. The higher floors have a very nice view. Complementary water in the room when you arrive. Overall quiet. Food is good. Shuttle service. Easy access free wifi in the room. Great gym and pool. Definitely perfect for the whole function.

Where do I begin...
$18 for parking in the garage over night unless you want to park across the street for free, didn t see that information anywhere. Had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were clearly not cleaned. Stains everywhere, wrinkled sheets, trash on the floor, makeup on the pillow and don t even try to relax and don t even try to relax and watch tv because there s no clear view on any channel. Got a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. I really didn t expect this out of Westin. Won t be starting here again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was great very professional. Food was good, coffe Starbucks. We had event there an they did a great job with set up an it was a 4 day event.

Nice hotel and rooms, but service is slow and resturant is more pricy than it should be.

Terrible experience worst hotel I ever stayed at. Me and my girlfriend got here on Thursday and it's been 2 days now my room has not been cleaned once after requesting in person at the front desk 3 times for room cleaning and calling down twice. As I am writing this I am still waiting for workout gear that I ordered about an hour ago, I have call downstairs to remind them twice and went in person once this is ridiculous the service here is terrible, never staying at a Westin again

Everything was well excuted upon and the staff were kind. The Westin sets my standard for a quality hotel when considering where I would prefer to be engaged in a business meeting.

A fridge and microwave would have been nice. The $16 a day for unsecured parking in the garage is a bit ridiculous. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The $20 a person breakfast buffet was outrageous for what was offered.

Friendly SPG staff - great location. As always Westin properties are among the best of the SPG cast. Club floor access for Platinum Members and many benefits for Gold Members - great place.

Beds were uncomfortable. everything costs way too much (example: $12.95 for one calendar day of internet). Everything looks like it was from the 70's. Would have preferred staying at a motel 6 compared to here. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice.

I stayed at this hotel with a very large group, and we all checked in at the same time. The hotel handled the reservations and the arrival quickly and efficiently. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great location, the room was very clean and affordable. The bar closes at midnight, otherwise it was a great experience.
