Good location, but too much construction going on around it

Great service and drinks for a few moments after work.

Second stay here and always a great experience. Very convenient location.

The service was amazing, very friendly and fast from start to finish! Rooms were spacious and comfy.

The staff and amenities were amazing. Shopping package was perfect birthday gift for my wife. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cleanliness,Hospitality customer service all #1. But one thing I didn't like they charge you for wifi. Which is usually free in all hotels

It's expensive. They do not have free lunch and I have found better hotels for half price

The bar area is well organized and spacious. Not my number one choice in the area but easy to find seating for a quick drink with coworkers

Great place to stay! Had a great time at a conference. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a lot of conference rooms and are placed ideally at the heart of Bellevue. Plenty of parking at level 4 of Lincoln square in the south tower. They also validate parking upto 4 hours else it s around 25$ for the day.

I've been here for several events and one stay. Never been disappointed.

The Westin Bellevue is in a really beautiful location very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very comfortable and well-decorated.

This hotel has the most amazing room service menu and breakfast options. I recommend the Applewood Smoked Bacon. Location is great, lots of shopping nearby. Only issue is the parking structure is incredibly confusing.

I visit Bellevue almost monthly. the Westin is one of my favorite places to stay. They have branded their bed "heavenly", and boy, they sure are heavenly! I sleep like a baby here. The showers are also heavenly - plenty of pressure with great smelling soaps. Make sure to take advantage of the heated lap pool. It's my favorite part of the Westin. (Though I have yet to check out the spa). However, unlike the gym, which is opened 24/7, the pool is only opened 5am - 10pm. And to relax post workout, try out the hot tub.

From a business traveler's point of view, they have a few downsides. This particular Westin always seems to be excluded from StarWood deals. Plus, the food options inside the hotel are limited. The breakfast is expensive for what you get, and it doesn't lean on the healthy side. Plus, the concierge doesn't know the area that well. I've given up asking them for advice and just look places up on Google.

Great hotel that is close to lots of the downtown Bellevue activities.

We have stayed here 10 times, twice each year. We had never stayed on the 4th. All other visits were five stars.

Room was as usual, the fire show was great from the pool deck.

But our location on the 5th floor had too many unruly children. Having chaperone many high schoolers at prom is was shocked by the rowdy behavior. Loud banging on the glass windows till 4am. The children claim they we locked out on the balcony and were looking for help. Furniture being rearranged... it was as if parents were in one oom and put their offspring in another room and let them blow off steam.

Weston is a business class hotel...not on the 4th it was a bouncy house for over spoiled brats.

There were some parents in control ....just not by the pool or on the 5th floor.

The Westin in Bellevue has clean and comfortable rooms at a fairly reasonable price.

Upon arriving we realized we had forgotten some essentially amenities and the front desk was kind enough not only to provide for us but to do so at no charge.

Three stars and not four because the hotel restaurant/bar had no food of any kind available after 11 pm which the bartender failed to tell us (even after providing menus and drinks) until almost one hour after arriving.
Also, just like the Indianapolis, IN location, the HVAC system was visibly dirty with debris clinging all over the vents, could have at least been easily and superficially cleaned by a housekeeper.
Westin is one of the few places I know that still charges for using the internet. I think that s a little absurd in this day and age. It s also not cheap, $15-17 per day! Wow.

I would recommend the Westin but they have some shortcomings.

Overall a nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, great parking. Only a couple complaints, the TV in our room is too small and not centered with the bed or the room. It lists WiFi as an amenity, but they charge you for it. And the bathroom in our room wasn't as nice or as clean as I anticipated it should be at a 4 star hotel.

A classic American hotel in one of Seattle's most beautiful neighborhoods. Large king beds in large rooms with beautiful lake views. Very good and courteous service with peace and time at check-in. Coffee is available at Starbucks for free until 8:00 am at the front desk. A cozy bathrobe, Starbucks coffee and mini bar in the room. A particularly good service is the provision of two running routes (3 and 9km), which are issued on plastic cards. Only the prices are quite high and fluctuate daily, sometimes around $ 150.

High-end modern hotel offers fantastic environment to host professional events and conferences

Parking is great. It's right downstairs and there's parking for both the public and hotel residents.

The parking here sucks! I had a difficult time locating my car and when I asked the front desk for help they acted like they couldn't be bothered. Very frustrating. I hope that I don't have to attend another conference there.

Room was excruciatingly hot. Ended up called for a repair man at 2am, he said he fixed it but it wasn't fixed. Nice room, but no sleep ruined it.

High quality business hotel that is starting to get a little dated, but is in an excellent location near shopping and dining

Very nice hotel. One complaint my room did not cool very well.

We made a reservation online and called at ensure that the gift card we were given for the hotel stay would work. Was told by the person on the phone that we d just need to provide it to the front desk. Upon arrival late in the evening we presented the gift card to the front desk and were told they don t accept gift cards and there was nothing we can do. This means that someone lied to us, whether it was the person on the phone or the people at the front desk. Either was, terrible customer service in my opinion to turn us away like that. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Great downtown Bellevue location. Close walk to a lot of shopping and eats.

The people working here are unbelievably professional, nice, and helpful. I've never been happier at a hotel!

The location was very nice! It is across from a very upscale shopping center with 24 hour security. The grounds are well kept and quiet. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still decent. Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because we did have a bit of trouble checking in as they had it under the wrong first name but the correct last name. We also had used coffee mugs (which they promptly replaced when we called down about it). All in all, the stay was decent.

Comfortable hotel, great gym and great overall customer service and experience.

The Westin Bellevue is located in downtown Bellevue and the overall experience was very nice. The rooms my family got were connected rooms and they were very comfortable. The hotel was helpful in accommodating certain necessities for the baby like a crib for her. The wedding took place here too and it was a beautiful event. The hotel took care of all the decor and arrangements for the wedding day as per the couples wishes.

Right next to Bellevue Collection shopping centre so convenient for shopping. Rooms are comfortable and large. Service has also been fast for us whenever we needed it.

They initially messed up my reservation and told me it was cancelled as soon as I arrived which forced me to book a night in the Hyatt right next to it. Later that day the confusion was resolved and I was able to keep my reservation for the whole week.

Throughout the process they were very polite and courteous though, the room is clean and other than the hiccup it is a good hotel.

Holidays are great here. It's very walkable to all the local area shops, but the entire area is not too big. One or two days should suffice. Service is great. Friendly business hotel.

It is a very clean and nice hotel. It contains heating so even though it is cold outside, the room will always be with pleasant weather.

Classy decor and typically great staff service. However, on my last visit they could not honor the reservation I had made, so they moved us to the W hotel across the street. The W was cramped with gaudy decor and a terrible bathroom. When someone reserves a wheelchair accessible king, they need a wheelchair accessible king, not whatever else you have on hand to give them when they show up.

It's was clean and visually pretty but had to many little annoying things to recommend again. Wifi was an additional 10 dollars a day, the lay out of the hotel and accessing the parking garage was frustrating, we were missing our TV remote, there was adult viewing ads on the hotels home channel that was pretty distasteful. Sorry. Not coming back....

WestIn Bellevue be is sorrounded by so many great bars. Such as Earls, cactus, a bowling alley and a huge mall

This is a really nice, swanky Westin in the heart of Bellevue. Fairly new construction, so the rooms are spacious and modern.

Environment is very nice and warm. Although the lady at the hotel counter was kind of rude and wasn't helpful

The Westin and Jenny Ayers their concierge made our babymoon a wonderful experience. We felt so relaxed and happy our entire time. Thank you!

Company Christmas party in the ballroom, and everything was fantastic! Food, drinks, and space were all well attended to and top quality.
