My son was sick from Thursday to Sunday I brought my son in and he had severe headaches threw up, wouldn't eat and had temp of 104 all they gave him was Zofran I took him to Urgent Care by target and they swabbed and he had STREP!! This hospital is horrible

The man I take care of was in this hospital 6 days, the nurses were great and very friendly, but the doctor who did the diagnosis was wrong about his condition and we only found out after we got to the hospital in Vegas. Altogether he spent 9 days in two different hospitals and all they did was diagnois him and ran tests then sent him home, the only thing they found for sure was one kidney stone, which they said would pass. They didn't even have one of his medications that he takes for his condition and I had to bring it to the hospital and then when he left they kept it there and now I am having a hard time getting it through the pharmacy, people have changed so much in this world, quality of life is not so important anymore........

Went to the children's side of the place.... I hate to say it but the counter lady could use replacing

This hospital is conducting illegal medical experiments on the public.

I visited WARMC while on vacation in Laughlin, just to check it out in case we ever want to relocate to that area. I was impressed by their friendliness and eagerness to help and answer any questions we had. We even ate lunch in the cafeteria which was above average. We were directed to Medical Records who gave us a complete list of their physicians on staff. We were also directed to Administration where more of our questions were answered regarding Medicare, etc. We were told they have a new CEO who wants to make the hospital #1 in the country for community hospitals. They apparently were voted #1 in the area. Overall, our experience was excellent.

Definitely a rating of 10. WARMC's joint program taught me everything I needed to know before, during and after my surgery, including how much pain to expect. My nurses and physical therapist were amazing. They were so caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone I saw from admitting clerks to the EVS staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a pain stimulator removed. The nurses were so friendly answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable. Everyone there was beyond nice and helpful i love this hospital.

I wish I can give negative stars for this place. It is horrible most of the staff is in my opinion under qualified for any position in a hospital. The hospital must make more money the longer you are there no matter how minor or serious because it is an almost all day affair for anything you need to get done there I have been here several times ( not my choice) in horrible pain there is no sense of urgency for the staff to help you. Some of them are rude as hell. I guess that is what you get being in bullhead!!!
If you can avoid this place do so. Make the trip to Vegas it will be worth it plus you might get home quicker.

five stars for dr kyle murray. he looks you in the eye and makes you feel worthless.

Staff was amazing and very attentive. I had three different nurses while I had my overnight stay and they all were very pleasant and extremely nice. I felt safe and clean.

Staff extremely rude and extremely inconsiderate. I went because the VA doesn't have an er. I waited in extreme pain for 2 hours before I left.
Worst place I ever been

Went to ER twice. Both times awful.
First time I bled out on a bed in the hall (didn't even have a room) for two hours. Asked for gauze, was told "sorry can't do anything till the doctor comes" so I bled out from my face onto the bed.

Second time I collapsed at work from exhaustion. Explained to them I was merely overworked. Came in at 3pm, left at 11pm after "extensive" blood work and research on my condition from numerous nurses who WOULDN'T listen to me. Left more tired than before and without a conclusive diagnosis. Shame.

Last my pregnancy. Very rushed. Women (seen by my boyfriend) stabbed epidural into my back without even checking herself or anything and month later my back hurts all the time because I'm sure she pinched a nerve. Even the chiropractor can't fix that(TRIED!).
My son never got a monitor anklet so anyone could have run out of the ward with him and the doors wouldn't have locked.
Was in the hospital a total of maybe 28 hours before they tossed me out.
No nurses helped me get up, they told me if I had to go to the bathroom or anything after my episiotomy that I'd have to "get up myself" only an hour after giving birth and still being numb from the medication.
Had me sign papers when I couldn't see or read and I repeatedly told them to have my boyfriend sign anything for me. I had a document signing over my rights to him with clear instructions on what I wanted.
Staff did NONE of that!
During the time I was there when I forced myself to walk a nurse tried to tell me my son wasn't mine because she needed to check his band when I clearly walked in with him for a bath. Thank you WARMC for overcharging people and thank you WARMC for still hiring staff fresh into their first year of college.

Went to the ER today. We are from California visiting and didn't know what to expect. The service was excellent, from the kind Lady that admitted my husband, the Dr and the two nurses. The room was clean and very private. Thank you so much.

My wife had signs of a stroke such as slurred speech, weakness, and head pain with convulsions and they did an ekg, blood, and urine. Your supposed to do a ct no matter what if you have those symptoms. I hope nothings wrong but if we go to barrows and they find something it wont be good for bullhead hospital. Medical malpractice at its finest and the doctor argued with me that people with ms dont have convulsions on and off, excuse i have ms i know more then you do bud. Plus the nurse pretty much forced my wife to have a catheter when i couldve easily helped her to the bathroom.

I went to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center on Monday, September 9th with a check in at 800 am and a procedure scheduled at 1000 am.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and was promptly seen at 1000 am.

The care I received was OUTSTANDING and very professional!!!

The highly trained staff of Doctors and nurses kept me informed and made me feel safe and very comfortable during this procedure.

I highly recommend WARMC to everyone!

Unless you are having a heart attack, DO NOT go to their emergency room. A friend went in there with excruciating pain among other issues. They did some tests and didn't know what was wrong with her so they sent her home and told her to take tylenol fot the pain. She was back in 24 hours, unresponsive. They sent her to Las Vegas and she died a few days later. I took my husband in there for respiratory issues a couple of weeks later. They did a Covid19 test that came back negative among other tests and said they didn't know what was wrong with him and sent him home. Three days later, I took him to Valley View Hospital, in the exact same condition, i.e. difficulty breathing, very low blood pressure, very low oxygen saturation levels and they admitted him immediately. Here is now in what they call an isolation room because they have to closely monitor his condition.

Went in because I was suffering an overdose on something I smoked. They removed $100 out of my wallet. And supposedly I never came in with that much. I received help sure. But I was unconscious throughout most of it.

Wonderful people doing an excellent job. Thank you for the comfort level the entire staff provided.

Terrible terrible terrible! Never go to this ER. Not worth the pain an agony you will endure while at this location. Plan on spending over and hour or 5+. Also the nurses and some doctors here are very rude and take their sweet time and dont seem concerned for patient's. Poor health system!

E.R. kept my Aunt in the hallway against the bull pen right at the doorway where the E.M.T's come and go for a day and a half. She had Pneumonia on a cold and windy day/night with Sepsis and a collapsed lung. No one bothers to tell me that I need a code word the patient who also suffers with dementia was to give me. I learn this from Monique, the lead nurse on the 3rd floor. Who was dismissive, disrespectful and more concerned about Moniques physique conversation with some guy in the hallway outside my Aunt's room. The 1st day on 3rdfloor with miss Monique, wow. She has no idea what my Aunt's condition is. The E.R. hasn't entered data onto the computer, then she changes that. Our computers are down so I have no idea right now. Off to be more concerned with how almighty important she is and my Aunt is not. Thankfully Jimmy was her nurse for 2 days and she turned everything around. What a breath of compassion, humanity and fresh air. THANK YOU KIMMY, LYNN HER O.T. AND ALL OF YOU THAT TREATED MY AUNT RESPECTFULLY. KUDOS Have been passed on to the powers that be.

My sister became ill on Wednesday morning and I rushed her to the Medical center. The Drs., nurses, and all the other staff treated her like GOLD. I appreciate the care she received
even though she had no insurance. They acted like she was a VIP. They even told me how much they appreciated me being there.

Horrible service, horrible doctor (Tiedemann). Doctor, nurses and staff are VERY RUDE, VERY UNORGANIZED and VERY UNEDUCATED. This place is a complete joke. AZ Medical Board and I will be having a long discussion over the immoral and unethical behaviors of several members of the staff of this medical facility.

My husband had to have xrays imaging department rocked it!! Dr. Meads is the best!!

Horrible service, my dad has been bleeding in his stool for the past 4 days, hasn't even been seen by a real doctor or has had treatment for his problem. Just upsetting...

Very slow service! We arrived 4:30pm and still we are here almost 9pm!

The nursing staff was excellent they treated me and my family with the highest respect when I had surgery there the anesthesiologist and the doctor explained everything on what they were going to do to me after surgery I got to my room my family was waiting for me. The time that I stay there they let my family bring in food to me all the nurses were very nice when they change shifts they explain to me who was in charge who was the nurse in charge and who would be watching me throughout the night anytime I needed anything they were right there I would recommend to stay there if you have to have surgery or anything else done

Went there because I had symptoms of a heart attack (05:00). Got right in and they did an ekg, chest xray, and blood test. The tests came back that I had heart attack and they installed a stent in one of the main arteries (10:00). Everyone I dealt with, from the doctors to nurses to aids to case worker, were all very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. I am very impressed with the hospital and it's staff.

Took very good care of me. Had a tia,. Watched me like a hawk, and helped me with therapy for post discharge. And followed up with texts.

Today I went to the hospital with my mother, I just wanted to help her but the person who attended me in the recession just told me I don't speak Spanish. My mother is so serious that I felt very sad. I went to a hospital, not to a meeting of Republicans. with the language and that person was very sharp

I took my girlfriend here 3 times. Two for emergency and one for samples.The emergency department was helpful. The other side of the building was terrible. Staff was rude, called us up and proceeded to fill out paperwork for another patient. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless it is an emergency. If not, you should go to the urgent care or somewhere else for help because you will wait almost 4 hours for your tests to be done and that is if they dont lose your fax paperwork.

Nothing but insurance problems with this place. Sloppy! We've spent months trying to unscrew their screwup with insurance billing addresses. They just don't care. Makes me want to leave AZ in search of better healthcare.

I would have given a half a star if I could do to the owner calling me and harassing me because I gave a poor review only in Bullhead city AZ this is the worst possible place to go.

I just spent 10 days of intensive care , I was treated wonderful there, the nurses were personable and professional which can be a difficult balance to reach. I watched them handle a very difficult patient with compassion and yet a stern rebuke. I tried not to bother them to much because they were super busy but what ever I needed they would supply or at least they would work at trying to help me . One of the nurses named Geena sp.I forgot her name 4 times so she made a game out of it. From JT to the new guy working on the cat scan, from the day nurse with the mental disposition. My husband was in the ER over the weekend and he received very good care. The ER nurse, Laura Paradise did an outstanding job caring for his needs. Her years of experience showed through everything she had to do to get a good outcome. The doctors and other nurses were some of the best. For being a small hospital they do a very good job handling cardiac emergencies.

Encountered. Can not praise my Nurses for the excellent care and keeping me focused on getting better. Also loved my Doctors again first rate.

Two weeks ago I went to the ER for coughing up mucus with blood. A nurse came at me with a swab to test for the flu. She pushed it up so far that my nose gushed blood. The pain was so bad, I went into shock and my heart rate dropped to 37. They almost killed me(I have heart disease btw). They said it is viral. That is BS!!! Here I am day 14 with metallic taste in my mouth, no voice STILL like day 1, coughing up yellow, green, rust and clear mucus, fever STILL. I have Lupus, and sjogrens syndrome. I can't sleep laying down without coughing a lung up, intolerable pain, and no relief in sight. Totally incompetent, and very dangerous flu swab practice.

All staff was so nice and took exceptional good care of me and the hospital was clean and I felt I was in good care I will always come back to this Hospital thank you Western Arizona regional for my hospital stay and care!!

My husband went into the ER on August 7th. Was admitted to the ICU for a heart attack, among other things. I wasn't NOT called ever. I had to call them, was told he had a stroke, which never happened. Was told allot of untruths. The Dr. did call me after many calls to the hospital. However, not one doctor called me after his Heart Cath procedure. My California Dr looked over all the paperwork the hospital released to me, and said it didn't make sense. they didn't know what they were doing. I will never take my family there again. Hubby also said they didn't treat him well.

I was having a Chron.s flare and was miserable and arrived at this emergency room and have to say they we awesome so nice and caring nurse Janice was amazing and Dr treiman was very caring and listened to me and helped me quickly was very good experience and very amazing staff members the ones that had direct contact with my care thank u !!!! God bless

My aunt was admitted in this hospital for 3 weeks with most of her time in icu ! While there she had 2 procedures after the first one nurse jessica Allen was the one who brought her back to her room where my mom and I were waiting. She went over everything with us & got her set up in her room ! She was very compassionate , so sweet and so caring !! You could tell she cared very much about her patients ! Now her time in icu we had many amazing nurses Agnes, Marcy and Joe ! They were all very compassionate very attentive ! They not only went above and beyond for their patient but they made sure her family was fed comfortable and was informed of everything that was going on !! Thank you to all for making sure she got amazing care !! Some days were really hard for the family and all these people gave us a peace of mind knowing they were doing everything they could for her and when we weren't there we knew she was in great hands !

I had a procedure done on June 24 and the staff here are wonderful and very caring. They made me feel uncomfortable about with everything. I m definitely continue to visiting here in the future if A need comes up.

Poor Service, Got handed off to a different doctor at shift change that told me a completly different diagnosis than the previous shift, confusing and non helpful. The nurses acted like I was there for drugs which I was not. I was having chestpains and wanted an answer not to be treated like a junkie, At one point a nurse accused me of stealing a roll of medical tape and then found it under a paper she laid down. Overall experience here was awful. I pray to god that if something truley goes medically wrong with me I am in a location with better doctors and more caring nurses.

We are from out of town and I just brought my boyfriend in, was greeted with a very unprofessional desk lady, Amy. She was very rude and sat on her phone the whole time we were waiting in the waiting room messing around and not doing her job. When we got called the first nurse was nice but we were in the front room that over looks the waiting room and no one shut the door to give us any privacy. When walking to our main room, the hospital rooms looked trashed (they were not busy). We got into our room and there was random pieces of trash all over the floor including bandage wrappers and sanitizer wipe packaging. You can tell that the hospital was not clean and did not feel sanitary the bathroom was even gross. The doctor was a straight up douche and was laughing and not taking my boyfriends symptoms seriously. Everything seemed so unorganized, we had to explain what happened 5 different times and it was getting so annoying, like do they not have communication skills and discuss what's going on with the patient. Everyone just seemed uneducated and we did not get any answers. As we left we again had to deal with Amy who again was extremely rude and very unwelcoming. Majority of the people treated us like garbage and that's not how a hospital should be ran.

I m sitting in ER with my daughter. I have watched multiple people go to same registration windows and not one person came to wipe down the area. The woman behind the window rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she can give me an update. I have also been sitting for 5 hours and not one person has come to wipe down ER.

don't ever go to this hospital unless you want to be lie to and charged an astronomical amount of money for basic services that you can get else ware, at first they told me that my insurance would cover 80% of the visit to get me in the door, come to find out that is not the case I know it is partially my fault for not knowing my plan but besides the fact they had used a third party for there radiology and with out telling me I got another statement in the mail 6 months later after already paying there crazy charges I will never go here again even if I am inches from death that is how strongly I feel about this place.

This Place needs to be closed down. The staff from security to Dr. are so incompetent, I ve been there 4 times each time I ve had an abnormal EKG 1 time I was discharged with my BP 200/150, no treatment, next time 15 Xanax no treatment or diagnosis last 2 times a bottle of laxitive, I had to call 911 last night I REFUSED to go there I will pray I live to see my cardiologist, Even the EMT said this is no place for the ill and that I m not the only one that has a strong negative opinion of WARMC hundreds upon hundreds have had horror stories about WARMC. The Dr s Especially Dr T is so busy admiring himself outloud I wanted to well I ll keep that to myself, and the nurses My God where did they find these piss poor excuses for humans? They can t even draw blood and I m serious after 20 stabs in my hand I said NO MORE this is ridiculous I mean 10 years ago I was an IV user and I could get blood blindfolded! I could go on and on and on Bottom line is DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE it is by far the most incompetent medical facility I have ever been to and if I could this review would be MINUS 5 stars

I went to WARMC for a routine screening colonoscopy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The registration process however does need some tweaking, that was on the slow side. There is a sign in form at the main desk, the two ladies doing the registration had to continually leave their area to see who signed in and was next. With technology today this is a broken method that needs repair.

I have been trying to make a scanning appt for a week now! I just sat on HOLD 24 minutes before I was looped back to their answering machine!! HIRE MORE SCHEDULING PEOPLE IF YOU CANT GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! B

Twice now this hospital has flown us to Las Vegas because they say they can t offer my husband the medical car he needed at 44,000 a pop. Yep your reading this correctly 44,000$. From what I m hearing there is a group of doctors who own this helicopter so their making bank on this. I have yet to verify this but here is what happened to us on 4/19/Ok now that my husband is getting the proper health care I can vent!

We were on vacation at our home in Bullhead City and he fell and hit his head on the tile floor. I called paramedics and he went to the hospital on Silvercreek

They helicoptered him to sunrise hospital in Las Vegas because they were not equipped to handle his injury

Sunrise hospital diagnosed he had bleeding of the brain but that it was OK it had stopped bleeding and it was getting smaller the body was absorbing it

10 days later still being in the hospital and getting worse every day I was able to provide a medical transport to get him closer to home, we live in California

Upon arriving at Long Beach Memorial Hospital they did a CT scan immediately and we immediately had to go into a brain surgery to drain the blood off his brain. I am including pictures of his CAT scans arriving at Long Beach hospital and that is showing proof of how sunrise Hospital discharged him saying he was fine. Also attaching a picture of the blood that continues to drain besides the the blood that was taken out with surgery.

Folks sunrise hospital not only did this but so many things!

I m writing this because people need to be aware that the hospital in bullhead in silver creek sends patients to what you are suppose to believe is s better hospital but it s not! The helicopter ride alone is 44,000!!! Yep you read it right 44,000.00$

The third photo is a sunrise hospital and they re diagnosed the bleeding was minimal and that the body was absorbing it.

There is a growing knowledge throughout the community, and probably the country, that medical treatment is truly a crap shoot and you need a lot of luck not to get bush whacked by corruption. Many patients at WARMC have done well, Many have not. Defining who does well and who doesn't can only come from the inside. I believe there is good quality clinicians @ WARMC but the cover-ups of abuse and bad medical treatment can easily be defined as legendary. Potentially a great place with seemingly many good clinicians but when it plays out to full discovery of some absolutely horrendous cases one wonders where the justice system gets paid off. Its becoming known that criminal fraud is factual, and law enforcement says its civil. Felony fraud and endangerment there can be put on a graph, if you know where to look. If you value your life steer clear of this facility. Although this is posted anonymously there is evidence in my desk draw that criminals run WARMC.

ER visit. They took me in quickly. Didn't leave me suffering or let me leave without treatment, which was great DR. and staff. God is good.

WARMC has the BEST STAFF in Arizona, however, most of the best Directors, Nurses, and Staff are being forced to leave because the CEO, Mr. Villa is a Dictator with a "MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" policy. The best have already left and many more will follow. I do not like Villa!

Excellent Service on A Sunday morning when I was traveling. Suspected blood clot in my leg. Testing and diagnosis was prompt and communication was excellent. All staff was very professional and friendly.

The maternity care was great they explained everything to me, treated us like family the nurses were great had a great experience thank you

Everyone was so courteous and helpful especially nurse Christina, Dr Ahmed, Terry from Cafeteria and all staff on 2nd floor. You all made a very stressful event for me so much better. I can't thank you enough but you treated me like family- much appreciated !

Dear Patrick you are absolutely correct WARMC has had an always will have the reputation of being the dying grounds. They are not interested in quality patient care they are strictly interested in monetary profits to corporate gains. So they attract the corrupt physicians to make their money. And as a result the talented physicians do not tolerate such abusive issues with patients and leave the community. Many physicians have left as I have many will in future. Honestly best hospital I have ever been to. I am from phoenix and unfortunately on my vacation in bullhead city I sprained my ankle and had to take a trip to the hospital. Compared to the hospitals in phoenix I was so pleased with my experience. Everyone there was so nice. I mean everyone! I'm also 34 weeks pregnant and they made me feel so comfortable and they all sincerely cared about my health and safety including the health and safety of my daughter. I wish we had the same care in phoenix that I got while in bullhead. Thank you everyone!

Had my colonoscopy here. I was understandably sensitive about the procedure and everyone here was so respectful and kind. I m very grateful to the staff, especially surgery staff. A+

Tried to pay on a payment through their services that they send you with their billing was treated rudely.
Billing department needs to put the bills all together so one bill is paid and not individually to each doctor. This becomes confusing for the patient and the question: Am I just paying the same bill over again?
Will NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN !
Will travel for medical care from this point forward.

My Aunt was a patient in this facility while traveling on vacation. She had a bad reaction to an infusion she recieved in Oregon. The Dr and staff were fantastic. They saved my Aunt's life twice. They worked with me to get her on a plane back home to her regular medical team. THEY ARE VERY CARING PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS!!!

I will give this Hospital a 5 all day long, from the day we arrived we have been treated fantastic. I can see that a lot of training in customer relations has happened here, from the front desk to the nurses and all in between the supervisors must be proud of the crew they put together good job. We live in Kingman and will make sure that your Hospital will be our Hospital from now on just wanted to post this Thank You

I had a very good experience with med-surg. The nurses were incredibly helpful. Couldn t have asked for a better experience

Was called a drug addict told i ran out of my pain pills from vally view and i was there for more when i had never been to vally view before as i was having a heart attack worst place to go

Had an allergic reaction to gluten and was in severe pain! Took forever for triage and then was told it would be a few hours before I was even brought back. I left because it was just too much of a wait. There was no way I was sitting there that long in tears.

Waited for an hour without an IV, a nurse or a doctor coming to see me. Wasn't even hooked up to any sort of monitor for the hour. There were no codes, no emergencies. The staff was horribly enthused. I heard an elderly woman calling for help for a good 5 minutes before I saw one person, not run, but stroll to this woman. This ER sickens me and the level of customer service/customer care is horrid.

Worst hospital ever dont go here just go to a pharmacy and buy pain pills cause thats all they know how to do give pain medicine.

Don't go to WARMC if you need labs/xrays! Registration process ancient! Give you a big card with letter on it I suppose so they don't upset HIPPA by calling name, but it's OK with HIPPA to call first name & last initial, so why childish card? Husb. & I both have waited over 2 & 3 hours 6 separate times for lab work done. Convinced husb. to try again(6th time). Did & went to the ladies 2X making sure name was in que. Told them "stop" after 3 hours & had to go to work. Still had big alphabet card. He hadn't even made it to the reg. desk in 3 hours! Went to VV after that & impressed with process. Second time at VV I timed each process of wait for husb's lab.Total experience 23 min. TOTAL time in door to out door 23 min!! WARMC staff need see what VV doing & take page from their book.

I had surgery here last week and stayed in the ICU for observation. Everyone from the admitting lady to the discharge nurse were exceptional. I wish I could remember all the names so I could mention them by name. The RN, nurse anesthetist (sp), anesthesiologist, OR staff, ICU nurses (love those popsicles) and of course my doctor, Dr Bailey.

I am from California, I also have a place in Laughlin NV. I was visiting over the weekend and got sick and ended up at the Hospital Emergency Room. I had the best care from the time I checked in to triage to the nurses and the Nurse Practitioner. I have no complaints. I spent about 4 hours being treated and pumped with fluids.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .. HORRIBLE SEVICE AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! Basically a fake hospital....

Very quick and caring. I came to hospital as er thinking I was having a heart attack. Lucky I wasnt. But they ran several test, kept me over night to besure I was ok and it was the best care and cleanest hospital I have ever had to use. This was about 6 years ago and still remember the nurse taking me to the door and to car talking like we were friends. They don't do that in CA any more any where.

I would give negative stars if I could. My daughter has stage 4 cancer and I'm transporting her from Seattle to Phoenix Mayo Clinic to continue her chemo. We stopped and got a room in Laughlin. She took a turn for the worse and started running a fever so I had her ambulanced to this facility. They took her vitals and told her she had heartburn! Then they removed her wrist band and told her she could leave! I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs care of any sort as they apparently DON'T care.

My son went to ER very ill at July 17, 2019. The doctor didn t make any research about him any bloodwork or anything only received a referral for visit a family doctor!!! Months ago I went to ER with a severe allergy in my body and the doctor in shift didn t make anything and either received any medications no matter the nurse saw all the rash on my body!! My son has a private insurance and pay at the check out $300 for receive nothing!! Hispanic don t go to this hospital!! Go to Valley View!! If something happen to him it s the hospital s responsibility!!

My mom was detoxing at she got arrested and didn't notify me in any way

We were out of town and my Daughter needed to be seen at night. None of the Urgent Cares were open, so I took her to the Emergency Department. From the check in process to the Nursing Staff, Physician, and EVS, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I am a Nurse, so I may notice things that others do not see. I was very happy with the care that was provided and the delivery of it!

GO IN E.R. FOR BREATHING PROBLEMS-XRAY MY LINGS-GUY PLAYING DOCTOR TELLS ME MY LUNGS ARE INLARGED BUT HE DONT KNOW WHY-HE TELLS ME TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST-UN-EDUCATED-DONT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO CURE PEOPLE,.REMINDS ME OF THE GONG SHOW.

I have nerve damage in my big toe because they told me to keep my splint on too long.

For those that think this is a nice place? Wait 4-5 months when you get the bill!!!!!!!!!!! $2500.00 just for a doctor to look in your eye and say to take eye drops. No prescriptions no tests = $2,500.00?

I can't believe the State of Arizona allows this Place to be open! Sen. John (the douche bag) Mcain should have to have his medical treatment HERE!!!!

I hadI a colonoscopy they were so good and helpful everyone was kind with smiles on their face and they took the best care of me ever I really appreciate this hospital I would recommend it to anyone

I have no idea when these bad reviews were made but all I can say is this is one heck of a good Hospital. Everybody went over and above to give the proper care to my husband who is admitted with pneumonia. It took a while to get from the emergency room up to a room in the hospital itself. When we came in they were short on staff and very very busy. Everyone treated us like we were human beings with the medical issue. I cannot say enough good about the care and compassion that we received from all the staff. I found nobody that was rude only extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. We winter in Arizona this is the first year that we've stayed near Bullhead City, the care and compassion of These Fine professionals has convinced us to return every year. My husband has cancer and also COPD. They were a great help setting up a Complete Care team for us to work with our doctors in Idaho. I know when hospitals are busy and short of staff it is quick to condemn people. I just want you to use common sense and realize you are not the only person that needs attention. They made us feel welcome and immediately answered when you push the nurse button. You always hear on the news about how great First Responders are, I think doctors and nurses need to be recognized more. Your life and safety are there primary concern. When I talk about stuff being over and above that goes from the very top right down to housekeeping. Thank you Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for putting us at ease.

Don't go to this hospital it's not a hospital. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I made two visits in two days . Second visit I passed out and hit my head and was brought in from the ambulance. They are rude and everyone disappeared. The rooms have chairs in them no beds.I told them I was,allergic to ibuprofen and they tried giving it to me. Such a joke . I will never go back there again. They don't know what they are doing at all. They also gave me a albuterol treatment through mask and left it on with only air like it was no big deal. Please Stay Away.

The ICU department was exceptional. The staff was compassionate for not only our loved one, but for our entire family. Family and friends drove from California and stayed 2 days in the lobby. All staff was cordial and assisted all of our needs. They went above & beyond, bringing in carts of food with coffee, drinks, snacks, and fruit for the family. We have never had service like this before in any hospital. We appreciate and are grateful for everything and everyone.

I have 2 insurances for my son. In 2017, we went to hospital and I specifically told hospital to use my current insurance because his father's insurance has ridiculous copays, hence the reason why I have him on my insurance. Several months later, I got bill from collection agency and called them. They used wrong insurance which got denied. Now I am being sued even though I gave them the correct insurance and my medical records don't even show my insurance card. Now I am going to fight this full force and reporting them to credit bureau. I have constantly called to try and rectify this since I found out and they expect me to pay ridiculous interest along with court costs. No one will work with me and they expect me to pay all of this when I put in my insurance twice. They never filed a claim. I think they are frauding me and most likely others. Be very aware and don't go to this hospital!!! I have all my proof of trying to work with them.

Had surgery today, staff was great.In-and-out, nurse Jenny was the best!

Just left the er i want to thank the doctors and all the awesome staff for the fast and kindness service i received there. I was in pain that I wouldn't wish it on my enemy, from the front register to the nurses to the Doctors and especially the miracle drops that was put into my eye, thank you so much. Having a corneal abrasion/corneal ulcer in ones eye due to 10 month old baby that scratched my eye very painful so grateful for all the staff at warmc.

I didn t even want to give a single star to this hospital!! They are super rude and extremely unorganized!! Not only did they just recently not diagnose my niece right but they kept giving my staff run around answers to our situation!! I will never take anyone there ever again after all this!!

I never had to call for help. They checked in on me about 30min.
