My nurses were excellent!! Food when I was able to eat, plentiful and pretty good. Doctors were slow to respond to letting me know what was going on.
My bathroom was quite dirty, was never cleaned!

If I could give a negative I would. This is the most inconsiderate place I ever been to. Never received a bill from the hospital for the ER visit, just last week received the insurance payment information, today received notice from a collection agency, wouldn't a bill be more appropiate before collections? The staff isn't even that nice, the reception people give you the impression you want to walk out right there, seldom do the staff check on patients once you see someone, consider using a different facility. Not a patient friendly facility.

On 1/2/2018 spent over 8 hours in the ER. Asked the head nurse for an estimate of how much longer it would be and she refused to say if she thought it would be an hour or two or maybe a whole lot more. I left without seeing a doctor. If I had been told on arrival that the wait time was so long I would have gone to Los Vegas instead.

I wish I could leave a lower review, extremely extremely rude staff, especially the security guard that was on night shift. The girl receptionists were very nice, but they shift changed right after I got there to wait for my wife. The "male" receptionist, nurse, security guard need a serious attitude check and I let them know this. They then proceeded to threaten to have me arrested after refusing to inform me any details on my wife's condition, let alone go back and be with her. If you have a choice go to another hospital.

Terrible terrible terrible. Don't go to the ER unless you want to die in the waiting room. I had pneumonia and recoving from 5 way open heart surgery and they were taking bug bites and sprains ahead of me even though I was there first.

Extremely friendly pre-op, surgery nurses and post op. Very professional and knew their discipline. I was skeptical from what I had heard. I had no need to be anything but assured I was in good hands.

To be fair. Majority of staff did the best they could. Problems came from a few who are so inadequately trained. It was as if they did not hear me speaking. I was given medicine at the wrong time, denied meds I've taken for years. Refused water over several hours. Doctor's orders not followed. Finally there is one doctor there who should be closely supervised at all times. This post was refused till I gave it one star. LOL

Thought it would be a good idea to go here instead of Needles so we wouldn't die. Also informed them that our insurance wouldn't cover any prescriptions written without a California medical license, and they said it would be okay. Well, our insurance still won't cover those prescriptions, so why should we even bother seeing your doctors?

My parents over 80 went to this Hospital with Covid19 symptoms to include dehydration and and the symptoms. Tested positive. My parents went through the ER and were never given and Iv Fluids or medicine. They were told your not going to get better and we cant do anything for you. They were released 2 hours later. This is bad Medicine and the CEO should be ashamed. Michael Stenger!

The employees were very nice. They were very disorganized.
I was there for one night after my full thyroidectomy. The morning of the surgery, we went in to register. They had volunteers that gave us square cards with a letter on them. These were used so they could call you when it was your turn to be registered. Took about 45 minutes to be called. I have never seen a hospital do this before. I found it ridiculous.
I was taken into pre-op a few hours early. They were better organized back there. They explained what they were doing & knocked me out an hour before my surgery.
Later, in my room after waking up, I didn't get a dinner, not even a liquid diet meal. I ended up asking for pudding. I, also, asked for tylenol for pain. It took about an hour to receive the tylenol & a couple hours to get the pudding. I got two more puddings in the middle of the night. I was awake from sleeping too much. Ask for more ice water, took over an hour for that too.
When my IV bag was empty, the alarm didn't go off & again took a long time for someone to check it. Took them a long time to bring in a recliner for my mom.
In all honesty, I hope I never have to go back to this hospital.

Went to the ER on Monday night 1/13/2020. Was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and the Doctor and care was very good. However my perscription could not be sent electronically and I had to personally take the script to the pharmacy the next morning still in pain.
Most crazy was the check in experience, the lady did not ask me for my insurance. When I checked out I ask her if she wanted my insurance information, she said I have it the VA
I said where did you get that info, I never told her that. I think you assume
that because my AZ license said -Veteran.
I gave her my insurance cards and she copied them.
Crazy stuff- it was 4 am so maybe she was tired.
I Bring this up because incorrect billing by a hospital is a nightmare for
everyone.

Went to the ER with a head injury. I literally face-planted on a sidewalk and broke my front teeth and had several facial abrasions. However, because I told them that my shoulder gave out during the fall as I tried to catch myself, the only concern became my shoulder...not my excruciating headache, nausea & vomiting, or blurred vision. Not a single neuro exam was performed. I obviously refused the shoulder X-ray that they wanted to do (not why I was there.) Even when I again told them that I was there solely because of my head...still nothing. I was given a Zofran for the nausea and discharged with a few pain pills to last until I could see a real doctor, I suppose. In addition, none of the staff introduced themselves and the nurse I had was very condescending. Grateful that I live far away and don't have to ever go back.

I was admitted to their ER due a serious sting from a hornet. Throughout my 2.5 day stay I was treated so well I cannot put into words. The staff of nurses, doctors and technicians were beyond friendly, caring, attentive, and happy to provide some relief humor whenever they could. You can t ask for more than that!!

My waiting room wait time was short a good thing. Got to a room in the ER and then that's where I sat. Only saw a nurse 2 times. They have people in the hallway. No beds no rooms except in er. The Er is being used as a regular floor. Now pissed I sat freezing without a blanket until the early morning hours. They didn't even bother to get me slipper socks had to look for some in my er room. You question what is going on and they get rude. I have never had lousy medical in a hospital until here. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. This hospital needs to better train their nurses and doctors on bed side manners.

Brought my fiancee in late last night with severe headaches and pain they took some tests toldus they woke her primary Dr. Uphe scheduled an MRI for 8am and he would be in to see her afterwards it is now 1:30(AZ) time still no MRI and no Dr. Only saw nurse twice she is in tremendous pain and no one seems to care she is not hooked up to any moniters sbe could stop breathing and no one would know.what kind of heath care facilitie is this I'll tell you
A HORRIBLE ONE
We have been asking over and over when her MRI would be done after waiting all day being told they were backed up, we were then told that no one was doing MRI's all day there has not been a tech on duty. How does no one know that all day no tech was there
These people are liers , no communication
These people are not medical professionals thay are clowns
We were told different things by different people all day long
IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE DO IT

An odd story about a man discharged home after a lengthy spinal surgery and returned to the surgeons' office the following day by the patients' wife who said the surgical wound was puffy, red and draining. The patients' wife told the office nurse, whom gave the impression she was the surgeons' wife and was also a licensed nurse in the state of Arizona, assessed the wound as did the surgeon. The wife also mentioned her husband was shaky and had a temperature. Both the nurse and the surgeon said the wound was fine. The following day the patient was resuscitated out of septic shock and was better than two years before he could walk on his own.

Very unprofessional treatment of my mother in law in the emergency room, she fell at work, all they did was xray and catscan, told her she had no broken bones, prescribed her Norco and sent her on her way.
She went to her own doctor today, hyperextended knee, strained ligaments, and she shouldn't have been prescribed Norco, just a muscle relaxant, for someone her age...Pathetic, I can only imagine life threatening situations...Be thorough , shameful..

Staff was extremely dedicated, compassionate and truly concerned with patient care and comfort. While no stay in hospital can be called enjoyable, I can say my experience at WARMC was made one of relative comfort and ease by the skill and attention of all staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you all.

I m very grateful to the Emergency Department nurses and doctors who cared for me during a recent heart issue. Everyone was kind and attentive. I was quickly examined and tested and seen by two doctors. I was eventually admitted and received the same excellent care from all the staff. Food was pretty good, the room was clean and the nurses were there before I even needed them. Particularly grateful to Dr Rahim. He took his time, helped me understand my condition and got me on the right track for better health.

I went there last week for a work injury where i had to fill out paperwork for my job. And i forgot to give it to the doctor since he was in the hurry, so i gave it to the nurse. When she came back to release me they said here's the half of the paperwork, the other half won't be done till the next day. So i left so the very next night I went to get it and they said they can't find it somehow. Because of it my work would not let me work until I have it, so i lost 2 days worth off my paycheck that i needed for bills. And i called 2 days straight and kept being transferred on the phone everywhere. And this week I decided to go there in person and the admin had to help me to get my information stuff that i needed. And the er admitted they have lost my paperwork which is a workman's comp. And made me refill out another one so the doctor can redo it. Recommend never to go there find a different place.I give the administrator 4 stars for helping but the rest 1 star. If i could i would do negative, really disappointing.

My son was in a motorcycle accident, the staff was attentive at first but then I felt like his needs were ignored. He was left unattended for over an hour. No one came in to check on him. He was in extreme pain and it us several requests before his pain was addressed. We were not kept informed about what was going on and why things were taking so long. We were given a lot of "attitude" for asking questions and requesting his pain be taken care of. I was very disappointed in his/ our treatment.

I was admitted on 11-13 and had surgery performed by Dr. Smith on 11-14. I'll tell you what I never had better care than what I had there. I was really impressed with everyone. I was treated very well by everyone even housekeeping came in and offered if there was anything he could do for me. YES I would be telling everyone that will listen about the service I got at WARMC.... EXCELLENT Now however the food was less then desired thats all I can say about that. But after all I was not at a restraurant. The overall stay was the Best Thank You Gladys and Cindy you are the bomb NURSES.... Valerie Smith
