I've been working for OLN Inc. for almost 3 years now and have developed wonderful relationships both professionally and personally. I can honestly say this is the best work culture I've been apart of and have learned so much. Elijah has put in so much time, effort, and opportunities to help me achieve greatness and has contribute so much towards my development. Working here definitely enhanced my leadership skills and discipline. OLN is a company that guides driven individuals towards entrepreneurship and holds their employees to high standards. To match such standards, OLN provides an immense amount of support and direction to allow their employees to flourish and grow at an accelerated rate. Within just 8 months of working here, I've had the opportunity to master marketing and sales skills; interview potential candidates; acquire the skills to train, develop, and manage my very own team; attend networking events and conferences with both rookie and veteran entrepreneurs; and run business trips in San Diego and San Francisco. Along with progressing towards professional and personal growth, my favorite part about OLN is our weekly team nights, crew nights, as well as social events throughout the year. These fun events create a culture that embodies a healthy work-life integration with family, friends, and colleagues! Working here has been one of the most positive work experiences I've had. I'm eager to see what the near future holds for me and to see myself grow with the company!

OLN is a fun company to work for, and it s really well structured. If you put in the work, you ll be rewarded immensely for what you do. Elijah, Thais and the team are great! They are there to set you up for success if you are willing to follow the road map.

Great place to learn the proper steps and techniques to promote yourself and who/what you represent. Only reason i gave this 4 stars not 5 is because this isn't for anyone who would rather create excuses than find solutions. If you are this type of person but would like to change to a better version of you then i will challenge you. The best part of being at OLN is the culture. It is fun, caring, challenging and transparent. Non-seniority company that rewards hard-workers and those who have a student mentality. Its help be grow and i know it will help those who are ready as well.

The office is modern and fresh, with relevant art, much like the vibes of work happening. Interviewed there and was impressed with the leadership style and apparent hustle.

From the president Elijah to my coworkers and team members, everyone has given me so much encouragement and guidance ever since I joined the company. And the transparency and open-office policy brings great value to my growth and has given me a way better perspective of leadership and how to be an entrepreneur.
