Good place for Office. Visitor parking is not allowed. vehicles Must keep outside of gate .
Regular police challans gappen here for vehicles

Place is good for office uses and its located in very prime area and very near by you can find lot of food options and lot of theatres for enjoyment.

The place is located just beside to manjeera shopping mall the inside is very clean and well maintained security staffs were also very good.

Because of this mall people's are facing problems.. It was constructed in people's living area

Lot of companies are there in this . i went for an interview . Super good environment .

One issue is, they don't clean washrooms on sat sun and when we go to work on monday morning, its the same. It looks and smells bad due to thar. Somehow they forgot there are compaines who work 24/7 and needs maintenance.

Nice office space, near by mall you can enjoy movies or do some shopping a after office hours.

The two wheeler parking is awful with no proper management and lazy security team. The security manger does not take responsibility of fixing the parking system

Working in one of the offices in this building...Good maintenance overall.. However they need to work on maintaining cafeteria cleanliness standards and there is always seat crunch during lunch time. People have to wait as though they have come to a restaurant and waiting for a table to get empty

Corporate area with canteen on ground floor. Also has GYM centre and other study abroad office.

Good place well connected and parking is only meant for employees with ID, others can park teo wheeler to the right side of the entrance. Sufficient lifts are there, for low level, medium rise and for high rise above 12 floors, different lifts are there, which makes it very convenient without wasting time. Neat and clean place

Corporate office complex in kphb. It has many companies inside.

Good for shopping and it also consists software companies too

Good maintenance, but waiting for lift takes time. Out of 8 lifts present, only one arrives. Lifts need to be improved.

It's awsome mall in Kukatpally and I loved shopping in it and u try once u love it

Worst maintenance. Security checking at the entrance is good but they don't provide any parking for visitors. Need to park outside the building is worst thing

Visited on 24 AUGUST 2019. The security was more stubborn and don't use any logic. They make people run from pillar to post with the arbitrary barricades.
The glass walls and doors to the back of building do not have any indicative tapes and at about 12.15 pm a senior citizen banged his head mistaking the door to be open.
This type of casual attitude of maintenance team is a threat to the safety of the visitors.
The food in the canteen was good and prices are ok.
Some of the toilets in 14 floor are unavailable as they are being maintained for a long time.

Not very well maintained...entrance and exits are horrible..no one knows where people come from and go..prone to accidents given the ramps and gates. Parking structure is even more worst. No indications...worst parking design we could ever see in the corporate building. Good cafeteria though..lot can be improved.

No security at parking, security is telling they are not responsible for the vechiles

It's an it park for startup companies. The Best part about it is it super beautiful neat and clean. The address is also not hard to find , just beside the mall and very easy to navigate

Went there for a part-time job. They said I had to pay 5500 first and then I had to submit their assigned hand written papers to word document with in 2 weeks. After 3 mistakes found that don't give money back nor the salary. Just feels not quite right to me.
