This is an commercial offices with takes place a huge company offices are present in here including MNC

Location is good.But no parking for visitors. Every visitor is forced to pay the heavy parking fees in the neighborhood Manjeera Mall.As per the GHMC policy, they should not collect the parking fees from the visitors.

There is my office and last day in that building so that is why

I visited once to hand over laptop. Oh god, no proper POC to get in any office. Even security is not aware of anything

Parking full of dust, some floors under construction

outside people cannot enter into the parking we have to park outside. big building so many companies.

I am not sure about those who work here. But as a visitor, you don't have the option to park in covered basement.

Around 150+ companies are located here. So far the best interior.
