Building looks good, ideal location
But lifts bit confusing

Best MNC office space provided, parking within. 18 storied building but less parking space .

Well maintained best Corporate Business Center with ample parking space and good security and surveillance systems in place with card activated access entry, easy escalators, proper designated rest rooms for each floor space and well maintained amenities

Had been to an office in this building.
After entering the building in ground floor it is totally confusing to find where the lifts are?
Except employees, people coming for the first time should be careful as they will be roaming around the same place.
Proper signage guiding to Entry, Exit, Canteen, and offices directory is highly required keeping a layman in view.

Excellent mall..there is software companies also...

Good ambiance , new starter can get there office rooms .

Hosts multiple companies, banks, gyms and cafeteria. This building is well managed with 25 high speed elevators serving 18 floors, Air conditioning on whole floor. Finding a place for lunch is difficult as the dining hall is always over crowded.

Parking facility is good. The security is very strict, entry not permitted without I card.

What a superb mall u can visit again and again with ur loved ones

A nice business center spanned over enough large area. The parking facility with 3 ug level is just perfect to handle 18 floors. And the cafeteria has so much to offer at reasonable rates. To reduce overfill, separate elevators are for separate levels as low rise, mid rise and and high rise.

It is a place were privete companies can come for there office spaces, it has very good infrastructure,good maintainace,

It has a decent food court at the ground floor. Conveniently located, however, availing public transport may be difficult due to traffic and the condescending flyover.

It looks good, high security, nice canteen and well maintained. Good location for any startup companies. Good parking space. Plenty of lifts but little bit confusion. Any company can get work stations on monthly rental basis.

A huge commercial building, way ahead of all other such buildings. That it was built long ago, is an example of the builder of the Manjeera Trinity Corporate.

It's located on a busy stretch of an arterial road that too when none dared to build on the scale it stands today. However, the parking area needs to be spruced up with proper lighting and indicator boards.

Looks wise this building is Great from outside but inside still not satisfactory even 3 years after its opening. Some parts are still under construction including parking. Parking entrance/exit is given at side road(eseva rd).
