We used EZ Binz to pack up our interior during a home renovation project. Booking was easy through website, they kept in touch throughout via phone and text, and were extremely flexible with drop off/pick up - even when I needed an extra day. Price was competitive - less expensive than other similar services. Bins were in great condition.
EZ Binz communicated well throughout the move. Bin delivery/pickup was on-time and totally painless. The bins are solid and stack extremely well. Zipties were included in the order. This was a way better experience than cardboard boxes and competitively priced compared to other bin services. Move location: Sammamish.
We just used EZ Binz for a residential move and it was a great experience. 1) The online reservation process was simple. 2) The folks we dealt with were super friendly and communicative, and kept us updated via text on their exact ETA for drop-off and pick-up. 3) The bins worked great -- so much better and less stressful than tracking down a bunch of cardboard boxes and then being stuck with them after the move, and it was cheaper than buying the same number of boxes. 4) It was an extra bonus to find and support a moving-related business run by women -- we've moved a bunch of times and I don't think we've ever encountered that before. We used ez bins after our son used ez bins for his move in Seattle. They are a top notch business--the bins arrived clean and we're even delivered early!! I asked for a later pick up on the empty bins and they were very accommodating, also. Best of all, I believe utilizing reusable bins helps the environment and prevents all those cardboard boxes from stacking up at the dumpster. We moved to a small condominium complex and I am extremely pleased at not filling up the dumpster that belongs to others I live around. I highly recommend these folks for your moving needs. If I ever move again, I will use them again.
I try to be as eco-conscious as possible, so when it came time to move recently I started looking for used boxes at work and from friends that had recently moved. This proved time consuming and cumbersome, so I found myself googling ready-made moving box kits and came across reusable box services. I hadn't known this option existed! EZ Binz had the easiest online booking process, the best package options, and the best price of the companies I found. The online booking took less than 2 minutes and they didn't try to upsell or offer any add-ons during the process, because everything was included in the package. The communication around the delivery and pickup was fast and very clear, and the team was very friendly and helpful.
They let me know when they were about 30 minutes away, and delivered the boxes directly to my apartment. The boxes were way easier to move with than the cardboard ones; there was no folding, taping, awkwardly juggling different sizes boxes (they all stack neatly together), or worrying about boxes breaking under their packed weight or the weight of another box. I didn't have to worry about breaking down and finding somewhere to stash or recycle the boxes when finished, I just stacked them in a corner and EZ Binz picked them up (I even called and asked them to pick up earlier than planned and they were there within 24 hours). It was easy, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly, and I've already recommended them to another friend who asked to reuse my moving boxes for their move.
EZ Binz made my move so much easier! The bins are super easy to use, stack, and move -- making the whole process much easier, faster, more organized, and much less painful. You don't have to spend time taping boxes together, which can add up to hours for a big move. And they take the bins away when you're done, so you don't have to find a place to dispose leftover cardboard.

This was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only was working with Alicia one of the easiest and most seamless things I've ever done, but the product is top notch.
We were referred to EZ Binz by another happy customer and they couldn't sing their praises more. So when it came time for us to move I immediately went to them. The reservation process was SUPER simple and even though we had a unique situation, Alicia was more than happy to accommodate us.
Drop off was simple. The boxes were in pristine and clean condition. They stacked well while we were moving. And it motivated us to unpack on the other end. Even with the motivation we needed one more week and EZ Binz was again, more than accommodating.
I've already told another 4-5 people about them and will continue to refer people their direction.
Last PRO - this was cheaper than buying boxes at Home Depot or U-Haul and WAY better for the environment. Top NOTCH!
I couldn't recommend them more. Alicia, the owner, was more than accommodating and delivered my bins on Sunday when they are regularly closed. Very communicative and wonderful to do business with. The easiest part of my move by far! Did my research, and this is also the best value from all of the bin companies in the Seattle area.
The website was great and scheduling was very easy. The bins were dropped off right at our front door right at the agreed upon time. Alisha unloaded the bins, and was kind enough to assist us bringing them inside as well. She told us we could contact her if we needed to keep them longer for any reason, and they would be happy to work with us. The bins were clean, well maintained and very sturdy. We were also provided with a small dolly and zip ties to secure the bins with. It was much easier to use the bins instead of cardboard boxes that we would have otherwise resorted to. They stacked well, and were very easy to move around. Overall it was a great experience and I would happily recommend EZ Binz to everyone.

We had to move our retail business from one location to another and they made handling all of our product so much simpler. The pricing was slightly less than purchasing boxes and we didn't have to bother with assembling boxes, tape, or disposal! They were prompt, communicative, and professional.

This is absolutely the best reusable moving box company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They are super friendly and helpful! They delivered my boxes a day early when they did not have a driver for the morning I had scheduled and it really helped to have them ready to go. I also got done with them early and when I called to let them know, they accommodated me and picked the boxes up early as well. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of arrival time and were just generally a pleasure to work with. I got a handwritten thank you note - I have never had a business do that for me! I had the best experience with this company and will definitely use them again in the future if I can.

Alicia was really responsive with my questions and was able to accommodate my needs. She delivered wrapping materials a few days before she delivered the bins, (note, medium bins are more on the small size and X-Large are like large. I used 25 bins for my 1 bedroom with lots of bubble wrap and was just two boxes short). I felt safe stacking the bins ontop of each other. It also made me unpack quicker. I would recommend for sure!
