Good place for office but parking is not properly maintaining... Still construction work going at ground Floor

Commercial building for MNC & Software companies with foodcourt

Good property but needs lot of improvement parking arrangements and common canteen etc. I feel it doesn't suffice to be called as a corporate space.

It's located at a prime location with affordable commercials. Has a food court and now the biggest Liquor Shop Tonique...

Good maintenance, neat washrooms and parking facility

Huge buliding. Has almost 18 floors and the staff is good. There is a cafeteria which is crowded sometimes and a eating area which is very small and people have to stand and eat.

Fine place , for working people but only one entrance for non employee, very uncomfortable

This building is like a eye catcher from the top floors best building at this location. Very well maintained the food in the canteen is also good for the employees here

Only accessible through Elevators, stairs are used as emergency exit and not accessible during normal hours.

Some IT companies are available but still so many things to do by the management

Convenient for the KPHB and surroundings as it is easily accessible from employees perspective. Good for small and medium scaled offices and startup companies to start their new operations in this building. It also has a canteen in the ground floor accessible for all the companies. People not have to worry much. Even for entertainment the malls ar just beside and I believe this building will be a good option to choose.
