Big commercial building in this kphb colony location. Having 18 floors with 10+ office spaces in each floor.

24/7 security available. Very big and nice parking place. Maintenance services are very good.

24/7 open canteen also available. Food is available in the canteen.

It is opposite of JNTU Hyderabad and on the to hi-tech City.

Good office space, near to Kukatpally . Small and midsize companies.

Hub of offices. Co working space is also available apart from Plug & Play services. Many companies are working in this building.

They don't give parking facility to Guest's

Posh building at a prime location, exctly beside manjeera mall at KPHB phase number 3

Pretty good location and a visible enough building. Houses some important businesses and is in close proximity to lemon tree and Ikea. Be careful to not go to ramky towers instead of Ramky Selenium.

Easily identifiable after Manjeera Mall, multiple organisations are there in this building, nearly 16 floors.

You can find Q wine shop on the ground floor and a Hyundai showroom as well
Lifts are smooth, view from the building is just awesome.

Good place where all the maximum of brand outlets are present and has cinema halls with spacious and has the best looking at the right place with high security management and with good looking feature with parking ticket free was a place where I loved it alot with best quality outcomes but a little traffic. No worries

I don't know why they are conducting interviews. We can't find the reason why we are rejected in final round .I'm saying, combination of four people's opinion.

I was Recently Went for Manjeera Trinity Corporate. Here So Many Companies Will be There. Lift Availability also There in Manjeera Trinity Carporate. It is very near to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on The Road of Hightech City.

It's really a good environment for Business people....

There is no lift from parking to top floors. Little bit confused to get the lift

Worst caffeteria, seating arrangement is not good. People should wait for at least 15 minutes to get a place to eat. There are no enough tables and chairs. People should literally stand untill someone finishes their lunch
. Management should look into this and try to add few more chairs

Really good building. Some construction is still in progress on few floors. Plenty of lifts.food court is open till 8 pm. Well maintained.

Building was good. But 2 wheeler parking was worst. No proper plan for parking. Plenty of lifts, which is cool

Great hub for office spaces and I was confused with the parking space . For new visitor it will create some mess as things are bit unorganized here . Coming to the zen3 office it has got great ambiance and well maintained staff accommodates 500 ppl at one shift.
