One of the best dealer experiences ever. S***e, the Renault salesman knows his products inside out and has been selling Renault for many years. The service department can be busy at times, but they also know Renaults inside out and get the job done. J*****a has been an excellent and attentive service writer who knows Renaults. One curious problem took them time but they never fobbed me off and finally figured it out. I once "door knocked" a newer Renault dealer that opened closer to home and found they did not know the range as well as I and service seemed a Holden environment with Renault a step child. I would buy another Renault from Waverley in a heartbeat.

Well, It was really the most unhappy experience I ...

Well, It was really the most unhappy experience I have ever had - visiting Renault Glen Waverley. However the salesman was polite, but I felt as if they are doing me a favour to test drive their cars.

Firstly, I was told that they are very busy at the time I was there as they delivering few cars and they would provide me with the low line version of the car I was looking after while I have requested frankly to examine the petrol high-line model of Koleos.

Secondly, when I reached the car that they provided I was told that I can not do the test drive with my two kids inside the car; and I need to leave my kids with my spouse. When I insisted on that, the salesman said that he needed to check with his manager and I had to to wait for extra 15 or 20 minutes beside the car with my kids till he got such approval. The noticeable thing is that there were two kids boosters installed inside the car which gave me the indication that I am testing one of the staff members car.

Thirdly, when I finished the test drive, I requested again for the availability to test the high-line petrol version that I want to buy and the answer I got by the salesman man that the other options of the high-line version were just extra functionalities that I could play with and they did not make a difference with my driving experience. I really found this answer not professional at all because there are some options in the high-line that you really need to test (like Sensors , Easy Park Assist, Blind Spot Warning, .. etc) apart of many interior features of high-line model that I need to examine.

Finally, The salesman told me that they do not offer the high-line petrol version of Koleos and they will not offer that in the future while the only option I have is to test drive the high-line diesel version. And; he did not even offer me to see the high-line version during my stay in the show room and did not offer to schedule another visit (If he is really busy at the time I was there). He did not give me a brochure when I asked for; saying that they ran of them.

I visited showrooms Mazda, Honda, Kia, and Subaru and nothing from the above attitude has happened. I do not recommend this showroom at all.

Update: If Renault Sales team made good check, they will find that I visited the show room 2 hours before their closure time I also left my email and phone number with the salesman in order send me the brochure of Koleos. But no one contacted me at all.

Purchased a Renault Clio from Waverley Renault las...

Purchased a Renault Clio from Waverley Renault last week.
The sales manager is Serge Fernando. Great experience. Serge was incredibly helpful and accomodating. Everything went smoothly.
Serge called me a week after picking up our new car to ensure we were happy and I confirmed that we were more than happy.
Better experience than what we received when my wife purchased her new Mercedes.

Probably the worst dealer, just spoke to a consultant on the phone name Duncan very rude he was not able to match the price so he decided to hang up....wouldn't be surprised if they close down!!

Very polite and friendly salesman (Serge), great knowledge of the benefits and features of the car, kept us informed as to delivery timeframes, very accommodating to our requests. A completely different experience to that which we received at the other Dealership across the road. Well done Waverley Renault!

Thanks Rob. Ive been there a few times now and its been horrible with Dave and Darren. Darren didnt want to help when my transmission had seized and it was quarter to 5 on Thursday. Pretty much said nothing we can do, call back tomorrow morning. And Dave on the phone, could not be less helpful. When i came in to the desk, it took what felt like a few minutes for him to even look up. The level of disgust on his face and the look that he didnt even want to be there was enough to put anyone off.

It has been the best experience I have ever had. The sales consultant Kevin is friendly and shows his professional in all the things about the car. He is also willing to providing guidance on registration queries. We are very happy with our newly purchased car and all fantastic services provided.

1 star is not even worthy of the level of condesce...

1 star is not even worthy of the level of condescending and arrogant customer service I received from the service department. I called up to ask about a road worthy for a Renault and the way I was spoken down to like I have no idea about cars is beyond me. no explanation to my questions and abrupt responses. to top it off was informed I have to wait 2 weeks. will definetley not reccomend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I purchased a Renault Koleos recently from Waverley Renault.
We highly recommend visiting this dealership as the customer service was amazing.
Joel who we purchased the car from made the process very relaxed and fun, nothing was a problem which took the stress out of our decision.

Ridiculous! The WORST customer service from the us...

Ridiculous! The WORST customer service from the used car sales. After driving 35minutes to this specific dealer to see a specific car - Me "hello, may we please test drive the white Koleos?" Him "are you ready to buy today?" Me "lets see how it drives first!" Other man comes out with keys "which one?" Me "the white one in the middle section" Rolls his eyes and grunts "yes of course....the one in the MIDDLE"....Needless to say we literally turned around and took our business elsewhere. No wonder used car salesmen have a bad reputation...

Serg, Michael and Kyle have made buying my new car the most exciting and enjoyable experience. I can not thank them all enough for treating me with the utmost respect and actually listening to my individual needs. They took all the anxiety out of negotiating on a price point and I m extremely happy with the outcome. Our experience in choosing and buying our beautiful new Koleos at Waverley Renault Dealership was just fantastic. We were met with the most friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Michael who was looking after us all the way, through the ordering our vehicle with the special specifications we wanted, updating us on delivery and answering any questions we had through this journey. I have been calling this company for several times...

I have been calling this company for several times to put my vehicle for service. when ever I call, the call get transferred to the service department, and after a long waiting on the line no one answer the call. Therefore I have left the messages to the receptionist, they said they will call me back and let me know the details for the service, but its been a week no calls from them. I'm really disappointed about their service, Also again today I called them, but as usual same scenario. I had the same experience on my first service as well. If I would give zero star, I would.

Great quality service. Drop off and pick up provided, free wash and vacuum and event a video was sent of the technician showing me around underneath the car and what had been done. Very impressed!

Today, getting a "fuel system problem" and "STOP" ...

Today, getting a "fuel system problem" and "STOP" on the dashboard of my 15 month old Koleos. Ring the roadside assistance who doesn't know what it means. Ring the service department of Waverley Renault - "oh we can't look at it, we're booked out till next week" REALLY REALLY POOR SERVICE, WAVERLEY RENAULT. What's supposed to happen for unbooked problems like this?????? NEVER BUY A RENAULT!!

After inquiring about a used car I later received ...

After inquiring about a used car I later received a follow-up call (not sure on salesman's name) and was immediately met with hostility from the salesman after/while I questioned the price and then explained my reasoning, where then after being asked what my line of work was, I was told to "stick to that because you know nothing" where he then promptly ended the conversion. Not really a good look for him or the dealership if that's how he speaks to customers without even trying to make anything of my interest in the car by countering or saying what he could offer at all.

Our Master van was off the road with a part needed...

Our Master van was off the road with a part needed from Renault Australia in Melbourne - best case we were given by the local dealer was 'approx' 4 day delivery to the Central Coast NSW. We contacted Paul from Spare Parts at Waverley Renault and he jumped at the chance to sort this out for us. He had the part picked up and available for us to collect and ship to Sydney on the same day. Fantastic service at the right price - highly recommend. Thanks again Paul

I did my first service with waverley Renault and they close the hood with missing pats. They have removed them at service and not put them back. I realize day later when a smoke comes up. I never go this service center and don't recommend to anyone.

If there were more car salesman like Adam at Waver...

If there were more car salesman like Adam at Waverley Renault the car sales industry would not have a bad reputation. He service was excellent. He wasn't pushy, he was able to answer all our questions and we felt we could trust him. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car to go and see him.

Had a great experience with Kevin at this dealersh...

Had a great experience with Kevin at this dealership. Kevin was quickly able to narrow his information on the Koleos we were interested in and get us having a test drive in no time. He was patient, present and willing to answer all our questions. We visited Kevin a number of times over a couple of days to make sure we were happy with the model we were planning on purchasing, before we did in fact purchase. Each time he was friendly, welcoming and ready to answer any of our queries.
Thank you so much for you help Kevin, it is great to know there are car salespeople out there that don't rush you and pressure you into purchasing decisions. Thanks again Kevin!!

Walked into the dealership and was not greeted for 15 minutes, once I was greeted I enquired about a vehicle asking about the features and the sales person stated "what you see is what you get".. could not organise a test drive for me either. Left very unhappy. I am in sales also and have never experienced such bad customer service.

First time I went to Waverley Renault for service. After I bring the car home got a rubber smell and open the hood. I found they have not put back the parts they remove at the service. Under the hood my car looks like a kayos.
I will never go there or recommend to any one.

I bought a new car here six years ago. I have had no trouble with the car, but have never had a service run smoothly. Usually, the booking day is made incorrectly and/or a loan car is not booked and/or a part was not ordered in. I have to call the week before to correct their booking mistakes. This morning I vowed to my wife that if there was any trouble with my service booking today I would trade-in for a different make of car...Goodbye Renault.

My service experience with Tim Hristakos has been anything but pleasant. Although he gets the job done, his service without a smile and his untactful remarks has left a bad taste in the mouth. For example, when I told him at 11:30am that I hope my car can be ready by 12pm (which I had already informed when I called to book the service and which they had agreed to) as I need to be at work by 1pm, instead of reassuring me that it will be ready by then, Tim unhelpfully and curtly said that it might take longer as a few more things had to be done. The service department had also wrongly noted my pickup time as 1pm instead of 12pm, which I had to correct them in the morning of the service. A pity about the poor attitude of Tim and the service team, as I really enjoyed driving my Renault Clio

Purchased ex demo Clio Intens. The appearance of the car is great and a test drive showed a how quiet and easy to drive the car is. The friendly staff made the sales process very efficient and it was a pleasure to deal with them, especially sales consultant, Michael Lachina. All the vehicles many safety features and controls were clearly demonstrated.

I drove over 40kms via tollways to buy a new car on Sunday and wandered around an empty showroom for 5 minutes before being told to turn around and go home by a rude and arrogant salesman who refused to give his name, just for requesting a test drive of a Captur. Without knowing my financial position, I was told it was out of my $25k+ price range and not to waste his time. That is the warm reception and consultative approach you can expect from the so called manager in charge. The dealer principal needs to seriously look at the loss of business and sad reputation for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Greg even got in my face before turning his back and walking away. I took my business to another Renault dealer the next day and did the deal over the phone.

Called in today an enquired about Trafic van. The salesman was so low pressure I question whether he should be in sales. Didn't ask my name, or contact for a follow up..... Furthermore, he didn't have a card on him, which he had to get from inside, didn't introduce himself....didnt try and secure the sale. Brochure? Follow up call email etc....really seemed like he wasn't interested in my business.
This is the reason why Renault struggles to make an impact in the Australian market. Product is as good or bad as any other....sales and service are poor. I wanted to spec and place a vehicle order when I went to the dealer today.....Sale Lost.......I will be looking elsewhere.....my $ spend just the same elsewhere.
