My service experience with Tim Hristakos has been anything but pleasant. Although he gets the job done, his service without a smile and his untactful remarks has left a bad taste in the mouth. For example, when I told him at 11:30am that I hope my car can be ready by 12pm (which I had already informed when I called to book the service and which they had agreed to) as I need to be at work by 1pm, instead of reassuring me that it will be ready by then, Tim unhelpfully and curtly said that it might take longer as a few more things had to be done. The service department had also wrongly noted my pickup time as 1pm instead of 12pm, which I had to correct them in the morning of the service. A pity about the poor attitude of Tim and the service team, as I really enjoyed driving my Renault Clio
