Well, It was really the most unhappy experience I have ever had - visiting Renault Glen Waverley. However the salesman was polite, but I felt as if they are doing me a favour to test drive their cars.

Firstly, I was told that they are very busy at the time I was there as they delivering few cars and they would provide me with the low line version of the car I was looking after while I have requested frankly to examine the petrol high-line model of Koleos.

Secondly, when I reached the car that they provided I was told that I can not do the test drive with my two kids inside the car; and I need to leave my kids with my spouse. When I insisted on that, the salesman said that he needed to check with his manager and I had to to wait for extra 15 or 20 minutes beside the car with my kids till he got such approval. The noticeable thing is that there were two kids boosters installed inside the car which gave me the indication that I am testing one of the staff members car.

Thirdly, when I finished the test drive, I requested again for the availability to test the high-line petrol version that I want to buy and the answer I got by the salesman man that the other options of the high-line version were just extra functionalities that I could play with and they did not make a difference with my driving experience. I really found this answer not professional at all because there are some options in the high-line that you really need to test (like Sensors , Easy Park Assist, Blind Spot Warning, .. etc) apart of many interior features of high-line model that I need to examine.

Finally, The salesman told me that they do not offer the high-line petrol version of Koleos and they will not offer that in the future while the only option I have is to test drive the high-line diesel version. And; he did not even offer me to see the high-line version during my stay in the show room and did not offer to schedule another visit (If he is really busy at the time I was there). He did not give me a brochure when I asked for; saying that they ran of them.

I visited showrooms Mazda, Honda, Kia, and Subaru and nothing from the above attitude has happened. I do not recommend this showroom at all.

Update: If Renault Sales team made good check, they will find that I visited the show room 2 hours before their closure time I also left my email and phone number with the salesman in order send me the brochure of Koleos. But no one contacted me at all.
