Called in today an enquired about Trafic van. The salesman was so low pressure I question whether he should be in sales. Didn't ask my name, or contact for a follow up..... Furthermore, he didn't have a card on him, which he had to get from inside, didn't introduce himself....didnt try and secure the sale. Brochure? Follow up call email etc....really seemed like he wasn't interested in my business.
This is the reason why Renault struggles to make an impact in the Australian market. Product is as good or bad as any other....sales and service are poor. I wanted to spec and place a vehicle order when I went to the dealer today.....Sale Lost.......I will be looking elsewhere.....my $ spend just the same elsewhere.
