Was charged $400 to fix flashing airbag light ,only to find out it was a reset which most workshops and auto elecs charge about $100. Then 5 weeks later the airbag light comes back on and I'm told I will be charged again to fix the same problem

Wow i have given you guys so many chances..maybe its me being so trusting or Just stupid...dont trust their mechanics please as youll be ripped off...had my car serviced at various nissan dealers, each time being told very different things but a typical theme has been being charged over 1000$ each service but them actually not fixing major problems and not even letting me know what is going on until i ring them! Or even just at pick up of vehicle..a minor example is a rear water jet requiring fixing and i specifically asked re prior to service- 1)not told until i picked up, it hadnt been done, and oh that would cost like 200$ but we didnt bother to call you despite me asking re updates, prices. 2) not informing me that major work on the vehicle needed to be done, again only to find out when i came to pick the bloody thing up. 3) 2 different nissen centres picked up 2 different major issues, which i couldnt afford to get fixed as it was like 4grand to fix the air con- only to be told by a different nissen service- centre "there is nothing wrong with your air con".. please run the other way...i have given nissen various chances to redeem themselves but have Always been extremely Unsatisfied with 1) their Horrendous customer service/call backs 2) dodgy mechanical diagnosis and lastly 3) they shocking Exorbitant Prices for everything... Never again a nissen as the service aftercare is abysmal..additionally i have asked nissen brighton numerous times to be taken off their system and letters and i continue to get phone calls and letters for a service. No option to give zero stars as thats what i would give this business...youd think brighton would be better but think again

I visited Brighton Nissan last Friday afternoon with the intention of assisting my father purchase a new Nissan Patrol. Upon entering the showroom, we noticed all the sales assistants were in their offices on their phones (not taking calls - physically on their iphones) We took it upon ourselves to inspect the white Nissan Patrol on the showroom floor after no one approached us to only have a salesman briskly tell us we couldn't look at this car as it had been sold (no sold sticker or indication this vehicle wasn't for display) - he then made no attempt to help us, ask us if we were interested in this make of vehicle or even offer a brochure (I asked the receptionist if there were any brochures on the Nissan Patrol and she said she didn't think so.....) We then went outside to look at the Silver Patrol (32 degrees outside) where we spent approx 10 minutes inspecting it whilst the salesman watched from inside the showroom, once again, no attempt to assist us. After having enough of this horrible service, we jumped in our car, drove to Waverly Nissan and received absolutely amazing service and purchased a brand new Nissan Patrol on the same day. Due to Brighton Nissan's sub standard service we were happy to drive to a dealership approx 40 minutes from our house to make a purchase that could have well gone to this dealership if they had provided some form of service... Would not recommend this dealership in any way, shape or form.

Went for the service of my Nissan. Michael assisted me and called later to mentioned front and rear wiper failed water test and not Nissan genuine and rear tyre had some issue and a little other details as well. Few parts weren t available so they made arrangements to call for it and replaced the following week.
In short, they were extremely professional and know the very detail you would want in a Nissan genuine service center. Will definitely recommend

Professional and helpful staff. Bought a car from them, one of the easiest and smoothest transactions ever.
Bought a car that I thought would have been properly inspected by Brighton Nissan and their respectable mechanics.
Didn't even own the car for 24 hours and its been through a mechanic. A small crack in the fuel lines led to a strong essence of fuel into the cabin, the head gasket wasn't properly checked and repaired - it was only washed and was leaking.
The mechanics even said, and I quote "How did this even pass a rwc inspection, and let alone the car would've caught on fire. The hose leak is not road worthy."
Very upset at the fact about this, as I would say again, Brighton Nissan and their respective mechanics should check everything, prior to the car being picked up by the buyer. The buyer should be happy and not worry about any other mechanical costs, but in my case, this wasn't.

Picked up my new Nissan Quasqai STL 2020 from these guys. I dealt with some really professional and friendly people. The price quoted by Niraj Mundhara( Group bussiness manager) was undoubtedly the best price in Victoria ( I can say that after checking all the showrooms, right from werribee to Geelong) a huge difference of 3000$, and the best part their cutomer follow through by Sales executice Jimmy Noulas is awesome. It's lovely to deal with a knowledgeable person like him.

Terrible experience from the beginning. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your service. Car was taken away for a repair under warranty, I was not informed that this was going to happen, no calls or updates were given so I decided to go down to the dealership myself. I explained I need my car for work and asked about a loan vehicle, I was told I m not entitled to one and to deal with it . 8 days later after loosing hundreds of dollars worth of work I finally picked up my car, all I was offered was a 10% discount, absolute joke of a dealership.
Bought a Y62 (which I love) off these guys. My wife did all the dealings as it is her car, my only stipulation was around Sat Nav updates (as I was ripped off from our last manufacturer).
They indicated that updates were "free for life". First service and it was "that'll be $580 for three updates pls".
Discussed with the manager and he essentially called me a liar and said that they would never say that.
For that reason alone - these charlatans will never see another cent from me.

First time Nissan owner, 3 Brighton Nissan Service Centre visits, 3 fails.
2015 Visit 1 - 1k service. Minor thing, said they would order in the part & call me when it's in. Call never came. Let it go.
2016 Visit 2 - 12 month service. Went to pick up vehicle at the end of the day, unfortunately they forgot they had my car and didn't service it.
2017 Visit 3 (Today) - 24 month service. Booked in a couple of weeks in advance with a loan car. Drop off the vehicle at 8am as scheduled, rep says they have it noted on my work order form that I require a loan car, however they have over committed themselves for the day and can't give me one. So I have no choice but to leave.
These guys are completely incompetent, & a complete waste of your time.
Do not bother! I will never go a Nissan again!

Absolutely enjoyed dealing with him. Left me alone to check the cars, let me make my mind without pushing me into buying anything and extremely friendly. Before going there, I was on my guard as I expected to be insulted and treated like an idiot but it was completely opposite. Sadly I cannot say the same thing about the rest of them but George is such a amazing gentlemen that made the process so much easier.
Within 10 min, I decided to buy my dream car from him. He followed with me going through completing the paper work so it made the whole process so much easier.
My recommendation, don't buy a new car from this place, buy a used one so you deal with him and feel so much happier about your purchase..
