I bought a new car here six years ago. I have had no trouble with the car, but have never had a service run smoothly. Usually, the booking day is made incorrectly and/or a loan car is not booked and/or a part was not ordered in. I have to call the week before to correct their booking mistakes. This morning I vowed to my wife that if there was any trouble with my service booking today I would trade-in for a different make of car...Goodbye Renault.
