We purchased a used 2013 Lancer about a month ago.
Wayne Pidsadny was the Product Advisor that we dealt with.
He was very accommodating, worked with us on what our wants and needs were rather than trying to push something on us that we didn't need or couldn't afford. What really impressed family members and myself was the fact that he included my 13 yr old step-daughter in everything. Made conversation with her, joked with her and certainly made her feel welcome.
I will definitely recommend Wayne to family and friends when they are looking to upgrade their vehicles.
The dealership itself was very attentive, did their best to work with our schedules and worked with us to come to an agreement on payment options and financing.
Thank you Trish for everything you did and walking us through our cars' orientation.
All in All this was a very positive experience and we will be doing business again with Waverley Mitsubishi.

The staff and people who work at Waverley Mitsubishi have been very helpful with the purchase of my used vehicle. They kept me informed constantly about the timing of when my vehicle would arrive. I have just purchased my third Mitsubishi vehicle, which I know I will enjoy as much as the last two. The other two were Outlander SUV's. I now have an RVR -wanted to downsize and am very happy with my choice. (Purchased Nov/2019) I am a bit late with my stars, but never the less here they are. 5 stars to Mike Bewick for his patience with me and 5 stars to Damien Perera Finance Manager for his detailed help with the paper work. And of course Sales Manager Kerry Kooi 5 stars. The service department should not be forgotten for all their help with my previous two SUV's. Thank you. Gail M.

I had an incredible experience With Waverly Mitsubishi and especially Adam who was my contact
I live in BC and this car was in Winnipeg.
Adam did an incredible job of sending me videos and all the information I needed to know about this car.
I did not want to fly all the way there and be disappointed and I could not be happier with my purchase of a 2017 Camaro.
I would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends and anyone reading this

I purchased my vehicle which is a 2013 Mitsubishi RVR from Waverley Mitsubishi and after a year of owning my vehicle I could not be happier with my purchase. After spending alot of time searching for this vehicle within my price range and going to a number of dealers I finally made the decision to purchase from this dealership as it was a no pressure experience and all of the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Mike was the sales agent I dealt with and he was very patient with me as I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Mike was willing to answer any questions I had and also gave me any information I needed to be informed about making the decision to purchase a vehicle as this was new to me. I also dealt with some of the other employees and all of them were very helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location.

This is the best dealership we've ever been at. Kuya Jeth Reyes had been so helpful from the start to finish and kept his promise in helping us get tid of our old car. Damien helped us a lot as well and been very good in explaining the situation. We didn't feel rushed nor forced to get the car. They gave us options and was so honest of what our situation is. I highly recommend them!

I am so thrilled with my new RVR, I have actually gone back to the dealership with an idea for an ad campaign. It is a great car to drive and the fuel economy is FANTASTIC!!!! The people there were so wonderful, they made me feel like I was part of their family and still do when I take my car in for service.

As soon as I drove on the lot and started looking at vehicles I was greeted by the salesman. He informed us about the deals going on and had lots of knowledge about the SUV I was interested in. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. Everyone was very friendly and worked to get us the best deal. When we got to pick up the vehicle we purchased we ended up spending the afternoon talking with the Mitsubishi team. It was great a atmosphere and we will continue routine maintenance at the dealership.

This is the 2nd custom ordered Porsche we have purchased from Waverley Mitsubishi. We have been highly satisfied with the level of service and experience the whole team has provided. From the lovely receptionist who greets you to the 2 ladies that helped me in the service bay; very friendly and helpful! Dylan, the sales manager was able to locate and deliver both vehicles that we were looking for. Always kept us updated on delivery dates and felt that we got a fair deal. Provided us with free extra's and took very good care of us! The after sales service has always been a very positive experience as well. Will continue to buy our future vehicles from here & refer our friends and family.

Just recommending the RVR to a neighbour; I bought my AWD RVR at Waverley about 3 years ago. Not a single problem since then, I drove it to Vancouver Island from Winnipeg-great on the highway.It is super comfortable, reliable and has good gas mileage - a pleasure to drive. Excellent sales service at Waverley, with courteous, knowledgeable advice on warranty and financing from Financial Manager Miyako Shima. I have been very happy with routine servicing at the Mitsubishi dealer in Victoria. best experience I have had at out of the numerous dealerships I had shopped at. big kudos to Adam McDonald who was an honest and not a pushy salesman you made my experience very comfortable! not to mention helped me find a vehicle I was not even originally looking at, and now I am obsessed ! big kudos to everyone else such as Kirk, Nelson, Dylan and Kyla. working with clients myself I really respect that everyone here at Waverly Mitsubishi cared more about building relationships rather than just trying to push me into buying something! Really bad service experience. I brought my car in for a warranty problem and they told me they did not have the part so they would call me when it gets in. 1 month went by I called and they still didn't have it. 2 months go by I call and they said it was in. Brought my car in and then they couldn't find it. 2 months go by I call they say it's there forsure so I bring my car in to get it fixed and now it's not on warranty cause I am over the kilometers. I guess I should have parked my car while waiting for this part. They are in the processes of trying to get it covered by warranty but told me they told that department I forgot to bring it in cause they are more likely to cover if it's the customers fault not the dealership. That's how you can tell what type of company you are dealing with when the lie to cover their mistakes.

Would rate less than one star if able! Bought wife a beautiful BMW X5 Diesel from Waverley Mitsubishi and had nothing but grief from the beginning of the sale to seven months later and still dealing with sub-standard service. Firstly, was dealing with a salesman who was very new to the game, of no fault of his own, but seemed too inexperienced to be selling cars without any mentor in close proximity. I believe he tried his best, but I don't think that his boss gave him the tools to get the job done. He obviously doesn't work there anymore. I don't think he was set up to succeed with what I saw. I was promised free oil changes for a year among other offers, but even after specifically asking for it, I still couldn't get anything suggesting this formally on paper. On my first oil change, it took all day, even after booking an appointment a week in advance. and even then, the tech couldn't reset my service reminder for me. Seriously, that's all I brought it in for! The second oil change, it took over two hours while I waited. this time, I picked it up and drove home across the city and once on my street, my vehicle diagnostics system gives me a warning to stop driving the vehicle and fill with oil as soon as possible. Without any other options, I returned to the dealership to have them deal with it. They apparently ordered quantity of oil for the GAS version of my car and not the diesel. The diesel does take more so I do understand the ordering mishap, but what I don't understand is why the technician couldn't either check the dipstick nor the on-board electronic oil level sensing system. I obviously had to wait yet again for a technician to top up the oil and confirm as he should have done in the first place. my time wasn't worth the free oil change! what a rip-off. Furthermore, my "Year of Free Oil Changes" turned into only the two, regardless of the date. They used semantics to help convince me into a sale, and again, for their convenience, to short-hand me on what they promised. at no time during the sale did the salesman discuss that it would be based on mileage. maybe i'm naive, but this type of thing should have been made clear in the documentation as i requested it from the beginning. All this to say, I was thinking of upgrading my Land Rover to perhaps their F-Type they have, but not now in this lifetime! if i can't trust them to do a simple oil change, i'm certainly not going to take anything nicer than an X5 to them, regardless of it being free.

Service is great here. People are friendly and communication between customers are awesome. I normally drop off the car at the dealership the night before. First thing in the morning I get call to confirm the car has been picked up and the details of the service. They outline all the charges, if there will be extra charges and are constantly in contact with me during the day to let me know the progress.

I m sitting here at the dealership still waiting f...

I m sitting here at the dealership still waiting for my RVR. I arrived at 10:30 regarding break noise (3rd visit on the matter) that has been reoccurring since the dealership did my break pads and rotors. It s now after 2:00 and still no progress. I just learned that my car wasn t even taken into the shop to be seen by a mechanic until 1:00. This has been happening repeatedly when coming in for service at this dealership even for a simple oil change. My time is not respected and timeframes are not realistic nor shared with the customer. Since my warranty is up, I will not be returning here ever again.

We have had our Outlander PHEV almost a week now a...

We have had our Outlander PHEV almost a week now and so far are extremely pleased. This was my first experience with Mitsubishi and also with the Waverley dealership. The staff were very helpful and tried very hard to find us a 2018 model equipped like we wanted. In the end we chose a 2019 SE Touring model that met our needs and budget. They were also very accommodating in getting us a delivery date that worked with our schedule. Thanks Waverley Mitsubishi for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Update 10-July-2020: So, we have owned our 2019 Outlander PHEV for over a year now. I just had the 24000km service done at Waverley Mitsibishi. They really do a nice job of taking care of their customers. The car was services, clean and fully charged when I arrived to pick it up. I think because it is a family run business, Waverley Mitsibishi has a much warmer feel than some of the big stores.
Overall I am still very pleased with our purchase. Our gas consumption for the last year is down to about 1/3 of what it was with our old SUV and the car has been trouble free. Thank-you Waverley Mitsibishi.

Update 11-Dec-2020: We are now at the 1.5 year mark. About 31,000 KM s on our PHEV. Just had another service done at Waverley Mitsubishi. They did a very thorough job and completed the work in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Waverley Mitsibishi. They are a family run dealership where you can get the attention you need to take care of all your automotive needs. Thanks again.

Our experience was terrible from the start. First ...

Our experience was terrible from the start. First the salesman (Rome) talked us into a deal with our trade-in that sounded fine in theory, so we agreed. When it came time for financing the deal he verbally made was non-existent. He never showed us a breakdown of costs/charges, just focused on what the monthly payment would be. The finance gentleman (Damien) was nice enough and moved some numbers around to help us out with the promised deal.

Secondly, when we went to pick up our vehicle, we abruptly found out that our sale had been transferred to a different salesman (Richard- who was very nice), I can only assume this happened so that Rome could avoid the questions regarding the shady deal he reneged on us.

Lastly, the cheque sent from Waverly to pay off our trade-in loan was "lost" and we were being payments from our previous loan and the new loan. It was all sorted out fairly quickly, but in the end we somehow lost $66 and was told that we will just have to eat that cost. I know it doesn't sound like much, but we already had a terrible experience money wise in purchasing the car and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I can't even give our experience one star... but in order for this to post I had to select it. I would NEVER return to Waverly Mitsubishi. If you're looking for a Mitsubishi, I would highly recommend a different location.

In 2011 I purchased a new RVR as my first vehicle ...

In 2011 I purchased a new RVR as my first vehicle from Waverley Mitsubishi. The service was fair 4 years ago, but my last experience has completely turned me off of Mitsubishi. On July 25, 2015 I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership because it would not start. Unfortunately I can't include an to the general manager of the dealership as it exceeds the character limit. It was sent after my vehicle had been there almost 7 weeks, and receiving some terrible customer service throughout the process.

Today is Sept. 20, 2015 and while I have my vehicle back and have spoken with a sales manager, I have yet to receive any response from the general manager - even a simple response to acknowledge receiving the email. Needless to say I will not be recommending this dealership to friends or family (co workers have already heard the extent of the situation).

The short version of that email is that during a 7 week stretch I received only 3 updates on my vehicle, 2 weeks apart each. Only 1 of those updates was given without my having to call and ask what was happening. Every date I was given for getting my car back or receiving an update came and went without hearing anything. I was never offered an alternative vehicle of any sort, and when I finally asked for one after my car being there for 5 weeks I was told I would have to pay for a rental myself as warranty only covers a car if parts are on back order. One should have been offered after it was apparently I wouldn't be getting my car back in a reasonable time frame.

When I finally received my car back on Sept. 17, 2015 I was still expected to pay for a nearly $600 service. My fiance and I had visited to speak to someone earlier in the week and were left with the impression the service was no longer necessary as the repair basically meant my RVR had a new motor. We did not contest this cost as I wanted to get out and be done with the situation. Apparently the best that could be done was to take 50% off shop supplies (an $18 value, seriously?).

The impression I'm left with at the end of this is that the service department at this dealership does not care about their customers and their needs. Additionally that the general manager would rather ignore an issue than address the fact that he has an unhappy customer. My RVR is now going to be traded in at a dealership with another automotive group and we will not be dealing with Mitsubishi in the future.

Had an awesome experience purchasing a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from Waverley Mitsubishi
Business Manager Damien Perera was excellent explaining warranty in detail and introduction to dealership Staff.
Salesman Michael Bewick was extremely detailed on description and benefits of the car as well as extremely thorough in introduction/inspection of new car.
He went through all aspects of car from front to back.
He even went extra mile and put dealer plate on and rode with me to closest recommended Insurance Office which was done in less than ten minutes.
Finally not only were Damien and Michael very professional and courteous but they were patient with my taking time on decisions of purchase and options
I rate this purchase 5/5 on their efforts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
