Every time i bring our car for service, everybody s accommodating and very helpful.
The service advisors, especially Nic knows and is friendly with customers. I have been bringing out vehicle to the dealership since we bought it and have no complains.

Love our new Outlander PHEV. Having a great time with our new vehicle and appreciate the support provided even post sale.

This was my first experience on buying a new vehicle, have always bought used in the past. I'm very happy with my 2016 Mitsubishi RVR, have not had any troubles with it at all! But if i did it has outstanding warranty to go along with the purchase. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy a import!! Several thumbs up!! Walked in with cash to put down a deposit and make and offer on a used vehicle they had. Walked around for 10 minutes making eye contact with every sales person in the building. Not a single person offered to help. For being a snowy day in slow season you d think they jump on a car sale. I guess I ll start looking elsewhere

After stopping in at a few other dealerships, These guys were by far the easiest to deal with. Shawna, Damien, Kerry, and Andre all went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. They all stayed after closing on Saturday (on the May long weekend too) to finish the paperwork and make sure the vehicle was ready to go. Thanks again guys!

The sales people were not pushy. I really liked how I was treated by everyone. they laid out all my options but i never felt forced. I love my new Outlander. If all continues to go well I will stick with Mitsubishi for a long time.

When it's come to my car services, the only garage I can trust is Waverley Mitsubishi. Simply superb and even provide good advice from the Service Ops Manager (KIRK) what's the service needed for your car at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, the service advisor (Nic) is extremely helpful. At this time of uncertainty, I GUARANTEED it's safe to stay until the service is done. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back, WELL DONE!

Went to buy an rvr. At negotiations, manager came by and wanted to sell me a trailblazer. Felt really bad in middle of the settlement. Was embarrassed that i walked out. People have good experience but i would not go back there. Ever.
