Really bad service experience. I brought my car in for a warranty problem and they told me they did not have the part so they would call me when it gets in. 1 month went by I called and they still didn't have it. 2 months go by I call and they said it was in. Brought my car in and then they couldn't find it. 2 months go by I call they say it's there forsure so I bring my car in to get it fixed and now it's not on warranty cause I am over the kilometers. I guess I should have parked my car while waiting for this part. They are in the processes of trying to get it covered by warranty but told me they told that department I forgot to bring it in cause they are more likely to cover if it's the customers fault not the dealership. That's how you can tell what type of company you are dealing with when the lie to cover their mistakes.
