Wheelchair friendly, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Always way too long waiting- up to 30- 40 minutes. Medicines are often not available and need to be ordered and picked up another day... And now they are even earlier closed ( 17.30 instead of 18.00)!!! And saturday closed as well. How somebody working full time is supposed to get medicines?

What can we say? Worthless pharmacy. This is because of the staff: unkind, uninterested, unmotivated. Just characteristics that describe how the staff do their work. Repeating your medication is made unnecessarily difficult for the already often ill patient / client / client. Once the medication can be collected, the customer is treated to a queue with the expected waiting time increasing by default. The name 'service' pharmacy is unworthy and I wish everyone who is a forced customer a lot of success and strength!

When I said something about the lack of privacy, I was very aggressively freaked out and told that if I didn't like it I should file a complaint. I am indeed going to do that. Never been treated so rude before!

Worst service I've ever experienced, same story for 5 years "it's not us" blames the doctor but that's simply not correct. Desk staff do not understand and can do nothing. Unfortunately no alternative.

I join the other disappointed people. I do not know where to start, there is so much wrong at this pharmacy. Fortunately, I now have a good experience elsewhere :-)

Find another pharmacy. You are stupid when you come here.

Unbelievably slow, waited 1 hour with 10 people in the queue.. They don't care aboutthe people waiting, not in the smallest amount.

Incredibly poor service, waiting times and unnecessary bureaucracy. Ordering repeat recipes is hell. According to one employee it must be called one day in advance, according to another it can be done the same day. Recipes prescribed by the treating specialist in the hospital are only provided on presentation of the original recipe. Until

I have been on hold once for 20 minutes and once for 40 minutes without answering the phone. Shame on you! And this is true almost every time.

Nice pharmacy with helpful assistants. All my questions about the new medication were answered correctly.

Medicines are never ready on time. "Come and get them on Saturday". Turns out they are closed. Then put them in the machine as I have already requested 10 times. Competence of the staff leaves much to be desired.

Came last tuesday to pick up my antidepressants, but I got sent away because they didn't have it ready for me. My boyfriend came to pick them up yesterday and it STILL wasn't ready yet.

Yes can confirm that the negative reviews are still standing as a house, pretty good from this pharmacy to be able to continue.

Bad service! Ordered medication has never been on time or complete. Usually a week and a half after placing the order with the doctor, my medicines are there, sometimes I get something else as an alternative because it is not in stock. No, I walk back and forth 3 times a day for fun!

A staff had ear problem, unfriendly, unkind, mean attitude towards me because I'm a foreigner, doesn't speak Dutch well. Came there for eyedrops, got running nose after waiting for a long time and stressed from one staff. Didn't get sick before going there but got sick after coming back from the apotheek.

Assistant was very alert and knowledgeable. I was helped well and the waiting time was not too bad.

Sometimes it takes a while but everyone gets a neat number and the employees do their very best to double check the correctness of the medicines supplied. Nice that there is a pharmacy so close!

Waiting time much too long and totally not customer friendly. They allow a heavily pregnant woman to come back to 3 times, they have too few staff to make the recipe directly, and they themselves indicate that it takes 10 minutes. Then they indicate that you can come back in the afternoon, where you can of course wait at least 10 minutes before it is your turn.

Super long queue. Varies from 20 minutes to 30 minutes! Also to buy a paracetamol ... not to complain about the staff.

Pharmacist is friendly, generally the assistants are howling. Rude and brutal has occurred to me more often than once. And there is always talk of a long wait whether the pharmacy is full or empty.

In addition, me. Van Gerven is a great pharmacist. The saddle horn that also works is rigid in communication. Remember patients highly needed medication.

Bad service. Long waiting times for telephone and in pharmacies. If a recipe is offered must be picked up the next day. Then often not complete so come by three times for 1 recipe. Nice staff, but so far not one order has gone well at once. And then they pretend this is normal. It doesn't give me the idea that they want to do something about the mistakes.
