Their representatives out in the schools are good and help the students create a good, creative book. However, the quality of the printing is not as good as other companies. Additionally, their website is not user friendly. It timed me out when trying to create my daughter's baby ad and in today's computer technology, there is no need to have a website that times out. Secondly, when typing the words, the site doesn't let you know how many words or characters you are over, so you have to keep guessing, and in my case I had to rewrite it 4 times before I whittled it down to meet the criteria. That wasted a lot of my time. So, I hope the money the company saved by hiring shoddy programmers for their website, they pass on to me in savings by low costs.
The prices are ridiculous and then they add insult to injury by adding as many fees as they can think of. Anyone with access to binded printing and adobe photoshop should give them some good competition and make a more creative product!
