Just on their walking paths, super clean super nice!

Seems like an outstanding resort. It has high end finish and all the amenities. Very interesting restaurant.

Absolutely the best place to play and stay in Osoyoos. Villas are great for families but be warned for ants and don't complain about them. The front desk will brush you off....and give you a can of Raid

Beautiful location, right in town and just a hop to the lake. The pool is small and a bit deep, the slide is great.
They advertised that they were a great hotel to bring kids to, but they've cancelled their kids camp and the pool does not have a shallow end to let the kids wade in. The restaurant does not cater to kids either.
The rooms are fantastic, although it would have been nice if the kitchenette was a little better stocked with essentials like dish soap, cooking oil, etc. It is stocked with coffee/tea, creamers, sugar and salt and pepper, though.
The staff has been kind and helpful.

Spotless room (2 bedroom studio) the pool was pretty warm despite being a cloudy couple of days. Kids loved the water slide. Will definitely stay here again

Great spot for families! So many restaurants and shops within walking distance . Huge , Safe swimming area roped off for kids. Beautiful boardwalk. Amazing landscaping.. the slide at the pool is tonnes of fun!

We recently visited the Watermark Osoyoos with a group of friends. We had high expectations as our friends had visited previously.

Our kids (5 year old and a 7 year old with Autism) were watching a movie with an older friend (11) in the common media room. An older girl (11 or 12) with her sister came into the common media room and turned the lights on and stood in front of the TV and insisted on changing the movie our children were watching.

Our children and our friends child politely asked the older girl to move several times. The situation grew heated and a scuffle broke out and my 7 year old autistic child hit the older girl on the arm.

The older girl was not injured.

My son then came out of the room and found me to tell me what had happened. I found the other family and profusely apologized to the family and the child that was hit (both my husband and I met with the family and the child that was hit and apologized - the child was not injured). The father was extremely aggressive and became verbally abusive towards myself and my child.

We left and returned to our room.

That evening the night manager called us and would not listen to what actually happened and said to expect a call in the morning.

The next morning we were asked to leave by the hotel's assistant manager. We asked to speak directly to the manager to explain what happened but were told it was the manager's day off and we would have to leave.

I would avoid this property and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed with the managements handling of the situation as it ruined our hard earned summer vacation.

We plan on taking this incident to the news after talking about it to other parents with children with autism.

Nice rooms, great place. Staff can be a little unpleasant though.

Stopped by their restaurant for lunch the other day. The decor and atmosphere are amazing, very peaceful and relaxed on their patio. Food was fantastic as well. Would definitely go back!

Was not happy how I was treated put a note in the hallway in the middle of the night not having a room and then being given a Roomba told them in the move again tomorrow kind of sucks and ruins the moment but all in all beautiful location and my family is here so I can't complain they did take care of the situation but it just sucks that it happens

We rolled in late night (3 am), with no place to stay (poor planning) and no vacancy except a large suite at the Watermark. Even though we were only going to be sleeping for 5 hours, we needed a place to stay and Carol at the front desk set us up. We stayed and had an amazing 5 hr sleep in a heavily discounted suite! The only other option was a night in our truck in a parking lot or a hotel that had no lights on in the lobby and looked like a b rate horror film. Thank you Carol for the empathy and hospitality last night! We will be back for certain and would have no problem paying full price for that amazing room!

Awesome hotel. Waterside was endless fun for the kids and the room had a full kitchen. Bed was nice and hotel was very clean even had movie rentals and a dvd player in each room. 5 starsstars!

Wonderful food, beautiful patio. Lots of wines of wine to choose from as well. We frequent this place.

On Saturday April 16th, my bachlorette dinner was held in the dining room at Watermark. My maid of honour meticulously planned the entire weekend in Osoyoos perfectly, from visiting each bar, and other restaurants in town, to the wine tour around the famous vinyards in Oliver. I was dressed by my friends in a wardrobe of entirely white with a tiara, as my friends adorned an all black attire, making it fairly obvious I was at the very least a guest of honour. At each of these locations we visited in celebration of my upcoming nuptials, I was treated like a queen, with excellent service, and if not matched excitement, at the very least an acknowledging 'congratulations' from staff.

This however was not the case at The Restaurant at Watermark. The waiter did not acknowledge me as a guest of honour, he did not make note of my presence being out of the ordinary. Instead of being asked a drink order, I had to interrupt him to order. I was not requested once whether or not I would like a second drink or perhaps a wine option with my dinner, my first drink was finished within 15 minutes of receiving it at the beginning of the meal and not once replaced. I know that we were served 'family style' as this was the most appropriate for the restaurant for a group of our size; however each dish was placed in front of me last or out of reach.

As friends were paying I overheard the waiter ask where we were headed next, after my friends informed him of our next event he proceeded to mention that our next venue was a poor choice; Something I found slightly inappropriate.

The most appalling of the night was what I had learned after I'd left. My maid of honour was in charge of transporting us to the next venue. After we had all settled the bills she needed to make multiple trips; and I'd travelled in the first group while some friends remained behind at the restaurant in waiting. After she had made her third and final trip, the guests that joined me let us know that they had proceeded to order a few more beverages while they waited; when they approached the waiter for the bill for these drinks, he told them that payment was unnecessary. If anyone should have had special treatment, and I'm not asking or expecting anything for free, but it should have been the bride if anyone. I felt very unimportant and in no way a guest of honour. If you want to feel special on your day, be it a birthday, grad event, or bachelorette; maybe try somewhere other than The Restaurant at Watermark. If you want the waiter to flirt with your attractive friend on your special day, by all means, this is your place.

The pity here really is that the food and the drink was delicious,my praise to the chef, I would have surely ordered more, and told my friends and family of the delicious meals. I would also have loved to have tried a bottle or two of the wine selection, however the opportunity for me to even request one was so vacant and the overall experience was so marred by the lack of service and respect to the type of event. I felt disregarded and disrespected. And, after making multiple attempts to contact the resort, with no response at all regarding my complaint, I feel it necessary to warn others before they are treated similarly.

Great hotel. We stayed in a townhouse. Note this isn't really a full blown hotel, the units are privately owned and offered into the rental pool if the owner chooses. They are fractional ownership too, which in my opinion is a glorified time share. They are under/over style so our 2 floor unit had someone above us. The full kitchen is modern and nice. The furnishings felt a tad sparse, there are empty shelves and surfaces to speed maintenance and cleaning. The hard living room floor has no rug which was a notable omission for a winter stay. The gas fireplace warms the place up nicely and the heating system is excellent. I liked the fact that the patio barbecue was ready to go. I barbecued with snow on the ground! The place was essentially immaculate. The bathrooms and toiletries are really nice. Nice beds and ample average towels. The optik TV was a hassle to figure out. Much of the programming is extra, it's $7 for a movie. There are TV'S in both bedrooms also. The kitchen is adequately equipped, if you are an adept chef you should bring your own knives. There are no condiments or consumables, so bring your own foil, stretch wrap, salt and pepper etc. The wineries were worth visiting in winter. The location is excellent for walking around town, the lake front, and groceries are literally right out front. We had a good time. It's a bargain really in the slow season.

Nice small community. Lots of small places to shop. Beautiful lake and nice walking path. Looks like lots of beaches for summer visitations. Lots of eating places, fast foods and dining areas, services were fast and friendly.

Visited to preview the conference rooms for an upcoming event. Nice conference rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, clean, modern building. Great view of the lake. There didn't appear to be any parking for non overnight guests, so had to use city parking across the street. Expect to get some exercise if you have to walk from one end of the building to the other, as it's a long walk if your legs are tired.

Nicely furnished rooms with great bathroom and deck. The pool was nice for the heat and the hot tub was nice for the evening. The little slide was actually pretty great too.

This is our third visit in as many years. Love the beautiful lakefront suites; with all the amenities you could need. Absolutely excellent service - right from check-in onwards. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a wonderful experience in Osoyoos.

We told our server Redford that it was our 5 year Anniversary in this exact spot and he promptly came back with Mimosas. On top of our delicious breakfast it made our morning

Have been here at the Watermark Beach resort for 4 wks. This resort has it all, from great welcoming staff to a awesome restaurant, well put together gym, beautiful outdoor pool and two hot tubs (one open year round) and barbecues for use. We have had such a welcoming and inviting experience by staff. The Watermark management has went above and beyond to have a safe environment for there customers by having dedicated staff sanitizing elevators, door handles, stairway rails throughout the entire resort, 24-7. I m so impressed with this dedication to providing a safe and relaxing environment for customers to live in. I feel so safe and protected knowing the management of this resort has taken their customers safety serious by spending time and money on detail, that matters.

Rooms are nice and spacious. The particular room we were in wasn't as clean as it should have been. Cobwebs and bugs near the ceiling and top corners of the room were noted. Housekeeping was OK, they were attentive to our needs but had to call them when they did not come up for room service. Proximity to the wineries was good. Quick drive and you will hit a few of them. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also the lake is just steps away. The room was far from front desk and there was a lack of dollies to take the luggages up. They are all near the front desk. Also the lack of automated doors and auto sliding doors made it a challenge at times to get your luggage cart through.

Great experience having a meeting here and staying for a few nights. Staff were all great - very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Resort had great food, with amazing views at the restaurant.
Rooms were very clean and modern.
Meeting side - our lead was attentive to whatever we needed and helped out in whatever way he could.

Nice hotel but service is a bit slow. Also the restaurant is not kid friendly in terms of their menu... Even their kids menu is kind of weird.

No longer a classy resort. Repairs and paint are needed badly. NOT worth the money. Restaurant is expensive and not good. Smittys is way better. Perhaps because it's for sale is why it is a hole now. It is barely worth 125 a night not the 349 they want.

This is a great place. Not sure how they qualify as a resort because they don't include free services like most resorts do. But overall still nice place

Place double my rate then charge me twice on my Mastercard.ti has been a nightmare. Also ordered a steak and a salad they charge me 90.54cents. I just about had a stroke. Now I have to do all the paper work to get my 756.46cents they took out twice .they are very over rated.

We had a great stay with watermark,even though our stay was in the off-season, in osoyoos,the rooms were amazing, clean, the hospitality was great, the outdoor hot tub was relaxing, and the convenience of having the amenities in the building, such as the Boston Pizza,the spa, and health drink location,were among the few services that were convenient and made our stay wonderful..a definite must visit any time of the year..2 thumbs up

Word of caution to potential guests. I really enjoyed my stay at the resort with my parents. We were there for just over a week. The rooms are very nice and loved the waterfront walkway. Unfortunately my parents had $200 cash and my mothers credit card stolen from our room. I was very disappointed with the response from the hotel. Management never contacted me after I called and left a message with the front desk, letting them know what had happened. The only help I received was from one of the maids on my floor that took me to her supervisor. She said she was sorry but could not do anything. The stolen card was used in Osoyoos. We filed a police report so at least someone will look into it. So, if you are planning to stay here PLEASE do not leave anything of any value in the room.

This is a beautiful location. It was so quiet at night we actually slept in....never happens at home! Our room was gorgeous with every amenity available in the kitchen.

Beautifully located right on the lake. Check out the Boston Pizza while you are there.

Just finished up our stay at the Watermark and we had a really nice time. The overall location is great, as the property is right on the water and super close to groceries, dining, shoppers etc. The rooms are also awesome, nice condo style with kitchen for those who like to prepare some of their own meals. The restaurant was nice (one of the best options for food outside of dining at a winery) and the service staff were all terrific. We really enjoyed the pool and waterslide area which was very clean and well kept. There were a few negatives as well but nothing that would stop me from returning.. Rooms at the back of the property look out onto a busier street and also back on to a vehicle servicing shop. The odd time at 7am you'll hear their lug nut gun removing tires. The elevators are painfully slow, and occasionally would open on to a floor that nobody had selected. Lastly, we had bought some wine during our trip and we were looking to ship it back to Calgary. The hotel staff were very friendly, but I was quite surprised when the front desk staff couldn't provide us with any help or information. They suggested we try the post office (and no, Canada post doesn't ship wine). It just seems like a hotel like this, in this area, should be a little more educated in helping tourists with something like that. I highly doubt we are the first to ask that question and likely won't be the last. For anyone reading this who might have the same question down the road, bring your wine to the Penticton Wine Info Centre. Very reasonable shipping through temperature controlled ATS trucks!

The most perfect location in town, would never stay anywhere else. Food, drinks, and staff are fantastic. Will come back summer after summer....

Very expensive for what you get, but we did go during the most popular weekend of the year. Won t be staying here again, next time we go, will try a new place.

Amazing resort! Right on the lake and has a pool With the water slide!! Kids love it and so do we. The lake view suites are amazing. Full kitchen in suite!! Grocery store close by. Great staff. Amazing food

Beautiful place, sooo comfortable beds, wonderful staff

I would like to start off by saying that it is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, wth a lively balcony looking out to the lake. It is pet and family friendly. The pool is a nice size but a little to busy and loud for this middle aged adult. That's my problem, not the hotel's. My one peeve is the handicapped parking spaces. Our group included one wheelcahair bound person and we appreciated the spaces provided. Only problem is they were always being used by people who did not display their handicap sign or just didn't care what space they were in.I would appreciate some enforcement in that respect. Lookng forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! And even though it was only one night after checking out at 11:30 the front desk provided towels and offered the continued use of the pool for the day. The kids had an awesome time on the waterslide and the bar service kept the adults nicely hydrated while relaxing in the perfect weather.
We will be back again!

Rooms are so big with a full kitchen, laundry in the room, a patio with a table to enjoy morning coffee and the sunshine with the lake view.

Wonderful experience at Watermark Beach Resort. It's a beautiful location in the middle of Canada's premier wine region. Something here for everyone. Fantastic Sunday brunch in the restaurant. Very clean and well maintained property. I would highly recommend.

Quite a gem in the off-season but showing its age with old carpets and dirty grout. Service is generally excellent though.

They have a really good restaurant. Surprisingly good place for brunch and not very busy at all. Great view of the lake too

Beautiful property. Suites are full kitchen, cutting board, blender, everything you'd need to make a decent meal. Rooms also have washing machine and dryer.

Enjoyed our time here. Stayed in ocean front room 301. Just an amazing experience.

Well looked after resort. Givin the nature of the towns summer influx of people..its goals overall structure has potential to be a must stop for any summer holliday or snowbird getaway. Its understandably hard to reach for a certain standard givin the income months ate three to four months a year but with the right marketing and management team it could be a gold mine. This isnt to say its not been successful. I have lived in its local area my whole life and see and hear what the people say. Less expensive food items and flipped into more to offer for room service is a deffinite must.

We had a wonderful stay with friends to celebrate their engagement. We all enjoyed it.

Clean. Good service. Quiet. I am very happy to have chosen this place. The husband and me wanted a night away from the kids and this didnt disappoint. All the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we could need. I will definitely come back.

This resort is awesome from the amenities to the employees. Not a negative thing I could say about my stay
