Good product, good service. Don't love the message creator software though. Not very user friendly. Small problem overall though, as it is still possible to do most of what you want your message to do with some trial and error.
We are extremely happy with our Watchfire sign! The only thing I have to complain about is how long it took us to decide to do this! By our estimate, the sign has paid for itself 2 times over in about 12 months. Along with Pro Image Design out of Traverse City/Petoskey who designed and set everything up, the final product turned out amazing. The pictures don't do it any justice - the sign is super clear from the road. The warranty support from Watchfire and Pro Image Design have also been outstanding. It was discovered that we may have had a panel or two that had some production issues when built. They were immediately replaced, but not only that - to be sure the issue was resolved, they actually replaced all of the panels. Don't be like us and wait to do it! We can't recommend them enough!
The staff was very helpful and walked us through every aspect of what we needed to know to run our sign effectively and smoothly.

The sign is great. Easy to program from anywhere on a computer or Cell phone. Can create several programs at one time and schedule date for it to change programs. Installation was great. Our church is very pleased with this sign. Highly recommend it.
Great sign but customer service is top notch! Over the past two years since purchasing the sign, I have called customer service only a few times, mostly for questions on how to do something or a communication issue. Each time the staff was very helpful and resolve my issues/questions quickly. The sign works and looks great but customer service is where Watchfire shines.
I like the sign and love exploring all the features of the software. The software is pretty easy to navigate, however, I wish it displayed the temp outside, but that may have been an added cost.

We had a bad modem at setup and the Watchfire team responded very quickly in replacing the modem. The Service Tech, Brody Little, kept in touch with me daily until the modem was replaced and working correctly. Since installation, after replacing the defective modem, we have been up since 8/21/19 without interruption. I recommend Watchfire to anyone. We are a Public High school.

Our sign here in Cordele GA is the only one at a restaurant and it is awesome. I have never had any issue with the sign. I have learned to create my own messages including a picture of the Employee of the Month. This sign is great for new products. We also use to support our high school Cougars who went to State Playoffs last year and we support local events on it as well. I wish it were larger order a large one if you do

You can tell right away a good company from bad, when you call in for service and no one answers or you get put on the on hold cycle that never gets answered and then they say they will call you?!!, and then you go back and call the sales department and they answer right away.............there is your answer. All sales no service.
Our school purchased a 53"x99" 8 MM single sided full color Watch-Fire LED electronic message display system. All the people are great to work with. The support is great. I would recommend.
I really enjoy having the ability to update our marquee at my desk. It is also easy to get assistance when necessary. The program is also easy to learn and operate.

The sign provided by these guys is top notch. I like that you can upload and personalize within seconds at the click of a button. The software to create your sign's play list is very easy to use and there's an option to upload an image or even downloadable EasyArt content to use. The sign has sharp, vibrant colors that ensure customers are able to see your message from far away. One star off because there was a hiccup during the installation process that was due to communication/coordination issues between WatchFire and the company that installed the sign; In the end though, they got it fixed and it works beautifully!

We like our sign very much. There could be improvements as far as resolution quality for using pictures and if Watchfire had more signs made for us to choose from. If they had a better graphics package or something like that. We have only had 1 problem in the time we had the sign almost 2 years. They fixed it for free. The signs is outstanding and anytime we had an issue customer service was there to resolve the issue. Great library of sign templates makes creating a sign so easy.
Overall, we've been quite happy with the sign and it's been reliable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we did have a control module failure within the first year, but since it was replaced with a slightly newer model/version, it has been working flawlessly. The PC software originally had an issue/bug/call it whatever that required a work-around but they finally issued a patch update to it to resolve the issue earlier this year. Also, a shout-out to Strickler Signs who installed the sign and have been very responsive to any and all questions we have had.

During the sales process, the territory manager, Steven, was available all the time. I verified with him and with Watchfire HQ the reliability of the dealer. Everyone was gung-ho, thumbs up, positive and helpful. After I paid $70,000 deposit, the communications dried up. Over 3 months later, there is no sign of a sign, no clear delivery date, the dealer no longer answers the phone, but once in a while sends a text with yet another reason why they sign date has been delayed. I called watchfire hq, and the territory manager and now they tell me that they have nothing to do with the dealer, and that it is out of their hands, so I should keep calling him even though he does not answer. Thank you Watchfire, I will save $70,000 and get a board from a company who cares next time, perhaps Daktronics.
Outstanding sign. We have heard hundreds of positive comments from our customers and the benefits of being able to post multiple messages every day, rather than one manual message per week, is immeasurable. Not only do we benefit from frequent, current messaging, but the color graphics draw attention that our old sign couldn't.

Well the product lasted for the guaranteed 5 years, but since then I've spent thousands on replacement panels. I feel abused by this company. Their response to my complaints-buy a new one. Like most of the other bad reviews, my problems are exacerbated by the local contractor. He just replaced 4 panels of my 16 panel sign and charged me more than $1800. Two of the panels replaced didn't even last a month. (Oh yes...this is important...the replacement panels snap in and literally is a 3 minute job. Well I got tagged for 4hours of labor at over$100 per hour for labor) I am a small business and I am aware of the damage caused by a bad review, but I feel this is accurate. I have sometimes had to wait a long time for help on the helpline, but in all honesty the techs are very knowledgeable and polite. That said, from what I can see, one in 50 of you are going to be unhappy.
The group at Watchfire were great to work with. They took the time to explain things to us and showed us where to go online to find information if we had any questions. Anytime we had a question about how to do something they were always there and ready to walk us through anything we needed. We love our sign and have great response to it from our clients and community!

We've had our sign at our church for 18 months now, and we LOVE it. It's easy to learn how to program and schedule it, and we can make changes quickly to respond to current events. We have not had one problem with it, and I enjoy creating the messages for it.

Supper easy to program and update. Hardest thing is learning your local regulations but the sign program is very easy to learn. Download the clip art to have easy access to already made pictures and animations.

Hands down the best customer service support I have ever received from any company. I wish the venders I deal with in my business would treat people even half as well as Watchfire treats end users. Sadly, that is not the case. The only other company that I can think of that treats people as well as what I have been treated by Watchfire is my company! They help their signs hold value by offering support even to a secondary owner. Drive around town looking at LED signs. See which brands are fully functional and which ones have modules not working. I think you will find the Watchfire signs all working. Watchfire, buy Mandy supper. You couldn't ask for better help then what she offers.

Watchfire and their distributor Graycraft Signs that covers Northern Indiana were great to work with. They assisted us with choosing the correct sign based on size and images we were interesting in displaying. We were able to see a demo prior to making our final choice. We went with a 10mm 4' x 7' display, attached you will find the image renderings using their software. Taking a picture of an LED sign does not display accurate to in person detail. We previously had a Daktronics lower resolution display. We had no issues with the display itself, other than the outdated resolution due to having a 10 year old display. The Daktronics software was their weak point. Watchfire has a vast library of existing messages for business, charity, religious organizations.... that is continuously added to and updated. Their software also has more functionality and options. I hear that Watchfire has great service, we haven't had to use though.
