During the sales process, the territory manager, Steven, was available all the time. I verified with him and with Watchfire HQ the reliability of the dealer. Everyone was gung-ho, thumbs up, positive and helpful. After I paid $70,000 deposit, the communications dried up. Over 3 months later, there is no sign of a sign, no clear delivery date, the dealer no longer answers the phone, but once in a while sends a text with yet another reason why they sign date has been delayed. I called watchfire hq, and the territory manager and now they tell me that they have nothing to do with the dealer, and that it is out of their hands, so I should keep calling him even though he does not answer.
