As a first-time purchaser of a Watchfire electronic message sign, many unknowns were confronting us. Most of the entry-level questions, however, were answered from the information on Watchfire's user-friendly website. From there soon found our way to Indiana Signworks where they funneled all information and questions asked promptly and professionally. The finished look was that of the original concept with pertinent enhancements that produced a satisfying professional package, thanks to the friendly, courteous, and skillfully qualified people at Indiana Signworks.

Great looking sign that is extremely easy to use and update! Lots of already created content. Very happy with the purchase and the business it has generated.

The bank I work for bought a digital sign from watchfire signs for advertising. There are several options for this sign. I have the option to use animation or still photos which are included with the sign we purchased. Mostly I advertise about loans, IRA's, CD's, Christmas Clubs. I add events that are happening in the community and locals ask us to post events that will help them. I post holidays and closing of the bank due to holidays. I use 6 to 8 slides each week and I change it every Friday. The sign also has a feature that you can set a schedule. When I went on maternity leave I created all my slides and had them change each week. It's convenient if you need to set up something in advance or need to delete a slide because it's expiring due to a date that has past. Our sign also posts the time and temperature which a lot of people like to see. I think this a good way to advertise. We are right next to Walmart so we get a lot of traffic by our location. I do think that with it being a popular location not every slide gets read but it catches your eye. I think people notice it because they ask us to put their info on it. So it's reaching people. It's a great tool. I would recommend this product.

With only a slight learning curve, we are able to make use of the sign's features and have been very happy with it.

Panel(s) failed after 14 months of use. Watchfire Signs stepped up and honored the warranty and replace the Panel(s) immediately. The problem is the installation by an licensed electrical sign company, required for the warranty, cost almost as much as the panel. Warranty should cover at lease half of the replacement installation cost. Product is excellent and has paid for itself from increased exposure. Would definitely use their product again hopping I would not need to use the warranty.

We have had a great experience with our Watchfire sign. We have had it for almost 3 years, and we have not had a single problem with it once we got it up and running.

I currently manage content on 15 Watchfire LED signs. I would recommend them to anyone. They are reliable, easy to work with and have great customer service.

Lovely sign, easy to edit and very eye-catching. The Watchfire team is wonderful to work with.

Though the sign looks appealing visually, there are several issues that prevent me from giving Watchfire 5 stars.

1) The color display is disappointing- Though it has a wide-variety of colors, it cannot display a simple picture.
2) The inconsistency of updating- For some reason, every time I go to update our sign, it takes 3-5 attempts.
3) The difficulty of syncing computers- we have several computers with the software, and still have not been able to sync them (though we have had support remote in).

There are two positive aspects:

1) It is user-friendly- though it may take a few minutes to figure out how to accomplish something, there is a small learning curve.
2) It is adaptable- there are several different features for creating messages and customizing them, allowing a variety of uses.

User friendly directions so getting the sign up and running is a breeze. Their customer service is easily accessible and very helpful. The quality of the sign is outstanding and, so far, has withstood a midwest winter very well.

We are so please with our Digital Billboard. It is very easy to load and the scheduling systems is a great feature.

In general our Watchfire sign is working well. For many months we had to reboot the sign every few weeks because we were unable to login to update it. After several calls they finally updated the firmware and it has been good since that time.

The University is very pleased with the 16 mm signs installed summer of 2016. Content looks fantastic. Very nicely engineered.

I wish the sign was taller so more the letters would be able to be seen at once. Otherwise it is very easy to program. I like the import art to jazz up messages on the sign.

So easy to use and I can do it from anywhere I have WiFi!

Sign works great and software is easy to use. Just wish there were more small fonts.

The sign works the way it was designed to. However, I had no formal training in how to use it, and had to learn by "trial and error." Would have preferred that someone took the time to show me the best ways to use it.

We've had our Watchfire sign for a couple of years and and every time we've had an issue, they've been responsive and quick to remediate. Service is everything and so far they've lived up to their reviews.

It will not let me respond to you. If you are the owner as it says the response is from we are interested in talking to you but we are not going to deal with your service supervisor anymore. We have a lemon sign and have had nothing but problems since the beginning. The excuse is well it gets direct sunlight and thats why its always going out. ITS AN OUTDOOR SIGN!

We have had our sign for nearly 3 years and have had no problems with it at all. It is durable, easily changed via the software and Watchfire online and call in service is superb and friendly. I would recommend this company over other digital signs you see. They are so good at training that after a while you can pick out a Watchfire sign over others very quickly.

I had a Watchfire sign installed at my stripmall two years ago. It has worked nearly flawlessly. It has been a great addition to upgrading my property. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a high quality, state of the art, digital sign.

Hands down the worst service from their company reps that you can imagine. They use one horse small companies that lack the ability to properly provide service after the sale. As a municipality we do not have the time to chase service providers all over the state of Michigan. Never again.

I had an Optec board prior to this one and am very happy with my new board. Optec was the absolute worst at customer service and support.

Customer Service is GREAT. Easy to use and the customer service line is easy to reach and any questions have been answered quickly.

From installation to service, our experience has been first rate. The message creation and scheduling software is very easy to use! Our sign is an essential and effective marketing tool for our theatre.

We absolutely LOVE our sign at Prescott. The program is easy to navigate and it is a great addition to our school.

The sign itself is bright, clear and serving the very purpose we hoped it would. My only challenge to the manufacturer would be to update the software and make it mac-friendly.

We have three of their signs, after spending a total of 3 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone, I still have no company provided solution to our simple problem.
I will say, the signs have good for 4 years, but if your looking for help, be prepared to wait. Will never recommend this company to anyone based solely on support wait times.

On behalf of K&M Lawn, Garden & Arborist Supplies, Culpeper, Virginia, we are enjoying the sign and are still learning all of its many capabilities. We have had a few technical questions since the sign was installed about 2 months ago and they were promptly answered and resolved by Watchfire's tech support service team.

Constant Script errors in their program, already download the patch months ago and changed internet security to lowest setting. Its back again and nothing has worked.

The sign looks awesome outside and the software so very easy to work with! We are definitely happy customers!
