We had a bad modem at setup and the Watchfire team...

We had a bad modem at setup and the Watchfire team responded very quickly in replacing the modem. The Service Tech, Brody Little, kept in touch with me daily until the modem was replaced and working correctly.
Since installation, after replacing the defective modem, we have been up since 8/21/19 without interruption. I recommend Watchfire to anyone.
We are a Public High school.
