Overall, we've been quite happy with the sign and it's been reliable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we did have a control module failure within the first year, but since it was replaced with a slightly newer model/version, it has been working flawlessly. The PC software originally had an issue/bug/call it whatever that required a work-around but they finally issued a patch update to it to resolve the issue earlier this year. Also, a shout-out to Strickler Signs who installed the sign and have been very responsive to any and all questions we have had.
